Why did we pay $25 a bag if you don't enforce this? Food choices are funny, especially the "tapas". Whoever thinks THOSE are tapas should Google the word tapas. Delta reportedly earned 746 million in the first quarter and you charge for everything and still can't come up with decent food for us to BUY?"

Cons: "I was seated next to an extremely obese man. He was so large his body spilled over not only into my seat but rested on my body if I did not plaster myself against the window. This was very disturbing on many levels. First of all, I paid for a seat on the flight but only was able to utilize half of it for the man next to me took up not only his seat but half of mine. Secondly, we were seated in an exit row. There was no way this man could fit through the emergency exit. This aroused a sense of panic and an overall feeling of unsafety for me because in the event of an emergency no one would be able to escape in our area because this man would clog up our exit. This could prove fatal for many people. Thirdly, his body kept touching mine since he was overflowing into my seat. During takeoff and turbulence especially, his excessive fat would rest on my legs, arms, and torso and bounce around. There was no escaping it. It was not only disgusting and disturbing to be unwillfully touched by this stranger, but it also caused me to feel extremely claustrophobic. I feel as though regulations need to change regarding excessively obese people flying on commercial airliners. It is unfair for passengers like me to pay an equal amount and be cheated by passengers like him and only receive half of what I paid for mixed with undesired human contact and is also a serious safety hazard. Thank you for your time and I hope you take my complaint seriously and consider reviewing your regulations."

The gate agent directed me toward the United help desk, which in turn did nothing. After telling me it was not their problem because the delay was Lufthansa's fault, they finally gave me a telephone number to call Lufthansa. That number, as it happened, was incorrect."

When I asked her to take a look at my premier access status, she said stop yelling. Then another man in a suit walks in and first word out of his mouth is not an apology, but a threatening "Don't yell". I just kept walking away from this unqualified person lest it goes out of control. United needs to do a lot better. Just because these gate crew people feel stressed out, they should not take on innocent travelers. Instead of putting a customer under a defensive position, they need to learn to respect the customer. United is training their crew in a wrong way.."

You are a joke and do not respect the money we pay and prearranged seat assignments. United you are a terrible airline, please strive for better customer service. You charge a lot."

I appreciated the texts, but would have liked to have more information about why we were delayed. Communication from gate agents can go such a long way. I never understand why nothing is offered to passengers in return for such delays--whatever happened to food vouchers, etc.?"

Pros: "Pricing was great, and planes were clean."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats and no complimentary drinks, but for the price and a short flight it is well worth the purchase. Much better than my experiences on other low cost airlines."
Cons: "I was unaware a carry-on had a cost to it. Then when they told me that if I paid at the desk it would be $50, but if I did it online it would cost $38 I obviously went to do it online. I was unable to do so. Even the desk associates were unable to do so. So they gave me a phone number to call and told me that they would refund me $12. Well, I got unnecessary attitude from the person (Arya) with whom I spoke with when I was being calm and collected. That's what pushed me over. I can handle bumps in the road calmly until I'm getting attitude from the customer service."
Cons: "The flight time was delayed 6 hrs for “maintenance” then the time changed 4x, Sears didn’t recline at all, I’m 5’9 and my knees were touching the seat in front of me."
Pros: "Got in 1/2 hour early can't beat that."
Cons: "Pilot was very confusing with messages, ended up going back to gate to get gas after we began to taxi then sat on the tarmac forever. Only received water and a small granola bar after the third hour on the tarmac began. Pilot kept saying 30 more minutes, 30 more minutes. All in all it was just over 4 hours from the time I boarded to the time I took off."

Cons: "Flight was canceled due to "maintenance issues". Agent was not empathetic at all. When asked when or if the flight was going to leave...she said don't know. I said so you're basically saying it could be midnight before you might have an answer...she said basically yes. and to top it off there was no agents behind the ticketing desk to assist with refunds. We were able to get our money back by having to call Frontier directly. Lourde was very helpful, but the Frontier agents at charlotte douglas were no help at all. Will never fly Frontier!"
Pros: "While the initial ticket prices seem nice, the extra charges aren't worth it. Also, both of my flights were delayed for multiple hours with very limited warning. While I understand it's Christmas time and delays happen, no other flights were experiencing delays and we were never given an explanation."
Cons: "The fact that since I was in the back of the plane the crew was right there. They talked non stop the entire time. Subjects were unprofessional and bordering on the offensive. Transgender bathrooms? Really? In this plane we need to hear it? I am older but the kid next to me commented on it also."

Cons: "I found charge for seat was a bit much. Middle seats are free which would work on short flight . Just be aware the lower price is just base price and you pay for everything else, including water during flight. That said I would use Frontier again for short hop to Philadelphia."

Cons: "Poor customer service. We got to the airport 3 hours ahead of time and it took well over an hour for them to check in baggage (keep in mind we checked in our bags online and there were only 8 people in front of us) we made it to our gate 30min ahead of time. It was terrible. Tried to be kind to the staff but they were not having it. Very inconsiderate of others and doing their job in a timely fashion. They also lost my luggage. Since the airline is so cheep they don't keep staff on hand to handle issues after the flight lands. No desk to report to, no phone number to call; as if you never even flown with them. It was very alarming as I had important clothing for an interview, medicine, and other personal items that would not easily be replaced. Never flying frontier again."

Bad:!you had to pay for everything except water. Good: the plane was noticeably clean!"

Cons: "I woke up for my flight which was supposed to be at noon and the flight had already been delayed by two hours. I wasn't going to be leaving until after I was supposed to arrive at my destination. I was hoping for the flight to change back, so I got to the airport with ample time and ended up sitting around for a long time. Don't understand how it could have been delayed four hours before it was supposed to even leave."
