Pros: "- Good service once we were on the plane - Free wifi for texting - Inexpensive since Southwest got more pricey"
Cons: "- Flight was an hour late - instead of being honest about the delay it was like "Just another 15 min... we'll be ready to board shortly..." - The gate was SO FAR from the plane. We were in the shuttle bus for like, 10 minutes. WTF?"

Cons: "A woman thought she had my seat. She said "I am 29A" and so I quickly got the steward so we could resolve the complication. It turned out she read 29A on her itinerary only it was for an earlier leg of the trip. Instead of understanding her accidental oversight, the steward said to us both, "you have 29C and you 29A whats the problem?" I understand he was busy, only 2 passengers booked for the same seat would cause a problem on a full flight. He should have understood her accidental self-seat assignment change because she read the seat from the earlier flight. She and I weren't trying to have issues, we just wanted to sort out what we thought was an overlap in seat assignments."

I thought I'd purchased on Delta but it turned out that my ticket was Utah Alaska. Luckily the Eugene airport is small and friendly and they got it all figured out."

Pros: "Sonoma county airport is the easiest airport to travel through with the friendliest TSA and airport employees. I got there 40min before my flight where I checked my baggage, went through security, and had 15min to spare before boarding."
Cons: "The main terminal could really use some love. It's just a bungalow type of room with a vending machine. I really wish they had tables with chairs and a way to order a drink/food via the restaurant that's outside the terminal. This isn't a huge deal considering the airport itself only does one flight at a time so getting through security is easy. Just check any baggage you're not carrying on and go to the restaurant. About 20-30min before the flight go through security (5min process and they're probably still 10 min from boarding). It's one plane so it's easy to get through security and To get on the plane."

Cons: "Flight was downsized from Charlotte to Salisbury. I was fortunate and was able to get a seat on the flight but felt bad for those getting rerouted. It was troubling that so many people had to be rerouted due to the last minute switch of an aircraft and one that was smaller to boot."

Pros: "I was running late but was already checked in, the flight boarded at 5:30am and was schedule to take off at 6:15. They were nice enough to keep the cabin doors open as I finally boarded at 6:05am, making the flight. Not to mention we even arrived about a couple minutes earlier than scheduled."

We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us."

Pros: "Fly attendants have no knowledge of hospitality. They arguing with customers and refusing to assist, blaming on company policies. My friends were assigned seats next to a toilet. No folding options. One of our friends has a back pain problems and got stuck for 5 hours. There were seats available upfront and Manager Gina could simply change our seats instead of dry “there is nothing I can do” I am not recommending this airline."

Not only was i forced to buy a brand new flight to get out to Orange County, i was charged $150 JUST to be able to keep the 2nd leg of my trip, which i'd already paid for. It's the 2nd Time Delta has done this to me in the space of 2 weeks and it's absolute Idiocy. Gouging you loyal customers like this is NOT how you do business."

I ended up spending SEVEN hours in Phoenix waiting for a different flight to take me back to Tampa. The least AA could do is offer to pay for my supper or even a snack ANYTHING would've been nice. It's called customer service. I understand things happen that are out of our control, I also understand what it is to help make people whole or happy."

Pros: "Arrived to the airport well ahead of time and encountered lines so long that we were not able to make our flight. Only 2 attendants working and so many people had to be rebooked we didn't get another flight for 3 days. Did I mention I was traveling with a baby?"

Cons: "Upon boarding the aircraft, the attendant at the gate told me to check the size of my carryon bag against the test dimensions, which I did. My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

Cons: "They had no record of this portion of my trip, after a few people checked they found the Chicago to Ammon part so they added me onto a flight from Washington to Chicago. All should of went well from there but they sent me to the wrong gate. Luckily I just made it to the correct gate for boarding. Upon arriving at Chicago there was no one available to provide information on how to get to Royal Jordanian gates. Also on my AA portion of my flight coming into The U S in New York the flight was cancelled and I was told the next flight Available was next day (18hr delay) at the other NY airport. I had to have someone drive from D.C. (My destination) to pick me up"

Cons: "Delay while we waited for a crew from Denver and nobody cleaned the plane while they waited. Instead the crew arrives quite late to find a dirty plane. While the plane was being cleaned our Co-pilot was reassigned. We waited on the plane while they scouted up a different co-pilot. This caused another delay. Staff did the best they could but the organizational incompetence was not lost on the passengers."

Cons: "I didn't receive an email to check into my flight for Alaskian airline/American Airlines, and when I tried to check in online from my confirmed ticket order the website wouldn't let me check in. When searching where to go at dallas ft.worth (DFW) airport to check in for our alaskian airlines flight the website sold us to go to terminal E 18 where they are, but when we arrived we were in fact flying out of a completely different terminal A, not having enough time to check our bags and missing the flight."

I even thought about renting a car and driving from Dallas to OC California. I waited until i was almost the last person to board. What a pleasant surprise. I was seated between 2 lovely people who probably could have but didn't hardly talk the entire flight. The conversations we did have were pleasant, and they slept some of the time without snoring. It was a very nice flight home! And I'm thankful I didn't rent a car. Flying is much quicker!"

It read that the flight was on time, so I arrived a few minutes before the boarding time per the ticket and the flight was already leaving. So I had to cancel the flight and they re-booked the flight for the next morning, pretty late morning, which made me miss a scheduled day of work. There was also a child kicking my seat behind me so I had to move my seat in order to avoid any issues."

Cons: "The pane was 2 hours delayed due tom problem at airport. While we sat on the plane for 2 hours in old uncomfortable seats (5pm - 7pm) we were not offered refreshments or snacks. When the flight finally took off and they got to us after 9pm, they had ran out of food. Lastly, this plan was made for short flights. No one should be asked to sit in those seats for 7 hours."

I didn't really mind. Just happy to go home in comfort with my upgraded exit aisle seat and no one next to me."

I paid extra to fly out on Sunday so I would be able to make my obligations, but didn't arrive until Tuesday night. No refund or voucher was offered, although I asked. I had to reschedule my entire trip for two days later (a trip to see a hospitalized relative). The affair would have upset me less if Kayak/United had simply informed me that they had overbooked the flight and they did not have room for me."

Pros: "I had a mobility issue and was given preboarding and extra legroom seats, which helped my overall satisfaction. The temperature in the plane started very cold and then sometimes would go really warm. Other than that, good flight, nonstop and fast, and pleasant crew."

Also every time I was in boarding group 4 but was at the front of the plane and ALL OF THE OVERHEAD SPACE WAS TAKEN ALREADY so I had to walk further back in the plane to find overhead space so when the plane landed I got to WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO GET OFF so that I could walk TO THE BACK OF THE PLANE to get my bag!!! Ridiculous never flying United airlines ever ever ever again."

The flight was delayed multiple times for reasons the airline would not tell anyone why. After we were able to board the plane, the gate attendants were rude. The in flight crew was nice, but they were not helpful with people trying to figure out seating. After everyone was on the plane, we were delayed once again. Once we finally got in the air, I tried to watch a movie. The movies were expensive also. The movie would not play for some reason. There was no leg room or room for me, or the person next to me. I would not recommend flying with this airline. This was the first time I have flown with them, and will be my last time. I don't like to write bad reviews but I have to with as many problems as I had with this airline."

($13-30) I was shocked. However, I realized later that if you scroll down all the way, there's a "skip" option. Turns out, you're paying to reserve a seat, versus them automatically picking one for you later. ಠ_ಠ I was a little upset when I realized this. -my tray table was the size of an ipad mini -they've shaved a few inches off of everything, so it was a tight fit. -everything but water costs money. Soda is 1.99 for an 8 oz can. -no tv, no headphone jack in the arm rest."

Cons: "Every seat was the same but there was an upcharge on different flights. I paid an extra $9.00 for a window seat in the back of the plane and it would've been $20.00 for the same seat closer to the front. They also charge for bags whether they are carry on or checked. My first flight, a kid in front of me threw up and it went under his seat and all inside of my bag. I spent the entire flight cleaning puke off of my computer and my clothes. The flight attendant just told me there were paper towels in the lavatory. When we finally arrived at 11pm we sat in the runway for 30-45 minutes until our gate was clear. Then we finally pulled up and it took another 15-20 mins for them to attach the bridge for us to get off the plane."

Cons: "Even though the ticket is cheap, you have to pay outrageous prices for literally everything else. You have to pay to reserve a seat (any seat) otherwise they can separate your family on the plane. You have to pay for drinks (even water) no matter how long your flight. You don't get a free carry on bag and if you don't book the bag before you get to the airport it can cost you north of 45$ to check it. The accommodations themselves were not great. The chairs have no cushioning, don't recline, are so close together that I couldn't cross my legs, and the tray table is 4 inches wide and couldn't even hold my laptop. The flight attendants on both flights were extremely rude and ran into me with the drink cart twice. One of the flight attendants when asked if the AC would be turned on since the flight was pretty warm asked if the woman wasn't just having hot flashes. She was upset tingly abrasive. The flight was delayed on the Tarmac for over an hour because the team couldn't load the baggage on the flight. The flight team didn't give us any explanation of the delay beyond that, they didn't update is on the expected time delay and they never apologized for the delay. When we did finally get going the flight crew was very rude with asking people to sit back down. Worst of all was that after all of that they lost my luggage. Despite a 2 hour layover and 1 hour delay at the gate specifically because they weren't done loading the luggage Frontier couldn't manage to get my luggage from gate 42 to gate 44... The whole experience was awful. I would never fly with them again no matter how cheap the ticket."

I've been to the Portland airport before, so I'm aware the security line is never too long, so I figured after dropping off our rental car getting in the airport at 7:00 when our flight leaves at 7:40 was no problem. We arrived, to check in and check our bag and the kiosk said see attendant. Only problem was, there was NO ATTENDANT even at the desk! They put up a sign that said check in desk closes 45 minutes prior to take off. What kind of airline closes check in desk before the plane leaves?!? We tried to get help from other airport attendants, who agreed we had plenty of time to get through security before our flight took off and thought that was rediculous as well. There was even a man who said he was at the check in desk at 6:40 (One whole hour before take-off) and no one was there to check him in. Finally after easing 45 mintues trying to get a Frontier attendant paged by Airport Help Desk, we all missed our flight. Finally a Frontier attentant came around, and said she couldn't do anything for us and we would each need to pay an additional $99 a piece to re book on another flight!! It takes a lot for me to get upset, but when I know I could have made my flight like 4 different times but I couldn't because I couldn't even check in to get through security...that's BS!!! And to be forced to pay an additional $99 to rebook, on top of already having paid for my round trip ticket, just totally proves that Frontier doesn't value their customers at all. I have been a frequent Frotier flyer these past few years, and after my experience, I realize it's worth it to pay a bit extra to fly with people who value you and dont try to scam you multiple different ways to make more money off you."

Cons: "The interior has been redesigned, almost as if to punish passengers for cheap tickets. We all know that the price for cheap tickets is getting charged a la cart for everything (luggage, seats, etc), which is ridiculous but expected. What I didn't expect was that they replaced the seats with cheap minimalist seats with almost no cushion, no lumbar support, no reclining, no sound... nothing, except a half-sized tray and pouch. You'll have a sore back within the first 30 minutes of the flight. Worth it only for the price."

Knowing this would've caused me to rethink the ticket purchase in comparison to other airlines. I will not choose Frontier again on purpose! It's not worth it."

One personal item is allowed but if it doesn't fit entirely under the seat you will be charge a fee "greater than $40" to change it to a carry on. My personal item did not fit and I was not charged for a carry on. Personally I would be very upset if I had paid for a carry on and seen people like me get around this. No free snacks or drink on the flight either. Frontier needs to be more transparent with their pricing and take a lesson from an airline like Alaska that gives free beer and wine on their flights. Their website is very difficult to use on an iPhone and the only option is to print the boarding pass - not to email it or add it to passbook. I do not have a printer so I had to download the frontier app in order to avoid printing at the airport. It is clear that Frontier Airlines is pushing the bounds of "calculated misery""

When they finally did get me on a flight a day and a half later instead of an hour layover I had a 9 hour layover and when I asked if it was possible to get on an earlier flight I was given attitude and treated very rudely and dismissed in spite of how polite I was. In addition to getting in two days late and coming in at 3am, my luggage was lost and there was no one who could assist me in the entire airport and when I called their customer service I was eventually hung up on, after sitting on the phone for 15 minutes, as it was after hours. When I did get a hold a representative the next day they were very put out that I didn't want to make the two hour drive to the airport to get my luggage and instead wanted it delivered. Worst experience I've ever had after many years of heavy travelling. Absolutely terrible."

The crew helped out whenever we needed assistance, allowing us to board ahead of others so we did not hold up the process. Flight departed & arrived on time which was critical as sitting on the plane was not comfortable for someone with a back injury; any delay would have seemed like an eternity."
