Cons: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Pros: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big.

Pros: The crew was attentive, the plane left on time, we arrived very early at our destination.

Cons: The people working at the American Airline counters at the Philly International Airport are very unhelpful and rude. When the check-in kiosk said to get assistance from a rep, the reps told me they could not move from behind their counters. The TSA people people were worse. They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people.

Cons: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Cons: Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration.

Cons: They cancelled and did nothing to help via 2 hours of phone calls. I was heading to conference and they did nothing In Hong Kong the BA first class service was fabulous and got my travel arranged The idiots on the phone sounded like they had never flown

Cons: i was on a commuter jet for 2 1/2 hours which was cramped and uncomfortable. no wifi or any entertainment. we sat on the tarmac when we landed for approximately 10 minutes even though we were not early.

Pros: Crew did the best they could keeping us aware of the extensive delays flying in to LaGuardia. The captain made himself available to answer questions from passengers at the gate early on and I thought that was a great gesture.

Cons: If they had noticed the first plane was extremely hot before boarding everyone and leaving the gate and if once they found a new plane they had bothered to put fuel in it during the hour we deplaned, walked to a different terminal, and reboarded. Also, if they had passed out drinks or snacks during the flight.
