I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

Waited for hours with no information as to what the problem was or when the flight would leave (same for other two fights). There were no Frontier employees in the terminal to be found to ask. It was all very unorganized! Finally one employee made an anouncement that we had no flight crew. Again waited in line for hour and half to talk to the one employee working the desk. Then waited almost two hours for bag at baggage claim. Still did not get luggage. Had to pay to stay in hotel and book flight on United the next day. When I tried to ask a Frontier employ the next morning where I should go to find luggage he was extremely rude and said I had to wait in line with a bunch of other people trying to check in and others that were on a flight that was just cancelled. There is not baggage offfice like other airlines have - they are too cheap!!. Their fairs are cheep but they nickle and dime you to death with baggage fees and seating feas, seats are cramped and uncomfortable, employees (the few they have) are rude. I think the airline is extremely cheap, unorganized and pathetic. By the way, i filed a claim on my luggage on line as directed by the recording you get when you call (because there is no one to talk to) and now received an email that I need to file claim with the baggage office at the airport. Cons: "My flight and all other flights to Minneapolis were cancelled that day. My only option was to reschedule for the following day. Instead of dealing with that mess, I got a refund and booked a different flight with Delta. The whole experience has put a negative taste in my mouth for Spirit Airlines. Will not fly again!"

Cons: "I could live with the extra charge od $55 per bag on the Denver to Phoenix portion of the trip, but they cancelled the flight an hour before leaving Phoenix to Denver. This left 100 people scrambling to find an alternative flight. Rather than wait 1-2 hours while two totally unprepared ticket counter clerks tried to accommodate 100 PO'd travellers, I decided to get one of the few tickets available to Denver leaving that day. It cost me $375. I finally got thru to the Spirit Customer Service desk (somewhere in the Philipines?) where somebody did try to help, although the line was sketchy and the accent indecipherable. I recommend not listing Spirit on your site."
