Flight Crew was very good.

We flew on a Boeing 787. The seats were not comfortable. They had no kiosks at check in. Even if you check in online, you will still have to check in at the counter.

I was astonished to see a passenger putting nail polish on during the flight and no flight attendant did anything about the awful smell. Additionally, upon landing it is customary for passengers to unbuckle their seatbelts while taxi-not to the gate and standing up before the seatbelt sign has been turned off. The passengers have no regard for safety or rules.

Not much here. The seats were ok, but the rest of the flight the airline was just poor.

The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make.

I was on a 7 hour flight and the TAP airline service was very good. I had requested a vegan meal and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. Also they had a great selection of movies.

I didn’t like that all the soap dispensers in both bathrooms were empty the whole flight. But good thing for the wet naps they offered and antibacterial I had in my purse.

Delta assigns seats at boarding, miss when you could pick which seats you sit in. I bought my sisters ticket, hoping we would then be able to sit together but we both ended up in the middle in different rows.

Everything is good except our lunch as described below.

They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us.

The flight crew was nice. Plane departed/arrived on time.

I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"

Safe flight, arrived early

Flight attendant on my side was not friendly. Insisted the only thing left for a meal was curried chicken for my 4 yr old. It's an 8 hour flight- and she wouldn't even bring me an extra roll for him. His seat was paid for like everyone else's- you have a plane full of children - and you have nothing to offer but curried chicken? Bullshit.

Great dinner. Friendly service.

Small video monitors with poor picture quality and sound was also difficult to hear. No power jacks. Oh, and 2 hours sitting on the tarmac because of a “bag discrepancy.” If the bags can’t get along, who really cares!

Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off.

Took a red eye, so slept most of the way. Crew was super chill and let me sleep the whole way. Minor turbulence, but the captain made announcements and made sure everyone felt at ease. Quick to unload passengers once we arrived at the gate. Didn't use the in-flight entertainment but there was a cool and updated map feature that was much better and more high-tech than previous AC flights I have taken. Also enjoyed how the cabin door separated economy from business class, so we didn't have to wait for the entire front of the plane to unload from the same door.

Baggage claim took FOREVER. Air Canada needs to work on this. Waited over 1 hour.

There was a seven hour delay. No explanation provided. Agents at CMN were rude and unhelpful. In the original flight I had selected an aisle seat but somehow ended up in the middle. My whole rows TVs didn’t work and no one helped us or cared (contrasted to Singapore Airlines which actually cared when a similar issue happened). Customs forms were all in French even though we were flying into JFK. Awful airlines.

The food and service was presented kindly.

There were a group of Moroccan young adults (both genders) that were allowed to pass around a bottle of whiskey and became very intoxicated, loud, rude, vulgar, disturbing other travelers. This continues the entire flight (one didn't even put his seatbelt on during landing and crashed in front of his seat). I felt very unsafe as no crew member tried to talk to them. There was no sense of security or safety.

My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster.

How can a plane be this cold?? I travel all the time, but I have never experienced this. It seemed like there was a general temp control - apart from the air vents. I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to.
