I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.

Was unsure of this flight due to high winds in CVG from Hurricane Helene. Crew did a great job of getting us to CVG safely.

It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK

This was a code share Latam Airlines flight - everything very good except there was no seatback entertainment

Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.

Don't waste your money or points on first class. Delta first class is a joke. The seats were rickety, the food was awful, and nothing worked, wifi, my light, the power plug - and it was dirty - the fold out table was gross. For 2-3 hours, tough it out in Economy.

Long line to check bags. Curbside check-in was closed. Seat back monitor was not working.

My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.

Overall, the flight from Atlanta to Orlando was acceptable, albeit delayed and the typical temperature issue on the plane (hot) which has become somewhat expected. However, the staff at gate B22 for connecting flight DL1562 was disappointing. And to clarify, there were two gentlemen behind the counter — one pleasant and the other, Larry. Without question, Larry should not be in hospitality. My wife and I were first in line and when Larry walked in behind the desk, my wife greeted him with “Hiii Larrry”. And while she can be bubbly at times, and I get that it was late, the conversation morphed as Larry asked if she was drunk. At first I assumed he was joking (still not appropriate) but he was not. Clearly he was having a bad day or maybe just hates his job. In all cases, his behavior was unacceptable and offensive. The only saving grace is that he was equally rude and dismissive to all of the surrounding guests as well—although, I’m not sure if that is a good thing or not.

The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline

Did not have enough time from Venice seaport at Ravenna to get to Venice airport in order to make the scheduled flights. Need to have at least 3+ hours from ship docking to airport.

Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.

The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.

Everything was very good. Was able to change a make run flight leaving on direct earlier in the app -seamless!!! Well done

I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time

Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks

Boarding in Paris was a nightmare for us. Why passengers have to get checked luggage tickets and then to go to counter to get luggage weight and send to the conveyor? We counted 14 security and airline checks before getting in the plane. We will never again use United or travel to France, neither stop by IAD airport.

The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.

It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.

Charlotte NC agents were great and ended up with decent seats after having to switch flights amidst Hurricane situation. CMH was a different story. Doors to flight closed 15 minutes before departure so we nearly were left behind. Flight crew were OK but nothing to brag about for sure

My initial flight to ORD was extended without reason. We circled the airport a few time and then drove on the ground for at least 20 minutes. These kinds of delays are annoying but somewhat expected… it would be nice if the crew would make an announcement to give updates on how long we could expect to be delayed.

WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.

It was on time, which is always a good thing. There wasn’t any food hence my okay rating.

Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the AA crew. I believe it was disability-related. It’s unlikely I will fly AA again.

Fantastic. I am low vision and was impressed with how helpful and accommodating the service tam was. It was super appreciated! I was pleasantly surprised about how delicious the food was. Like, “I wish I had more even though I’m no longer hungry” delicious. 100% enjoyable trip.

It was excellent - good value; good service. No complaints; my sister moved to Portugal so I will be flying there annually and will continue to use TAP. I love that I can get nonstop flight from SFO to Lisbon.

The tickets were economical but the catch was the exorbitant baggage fees. So sketchy!

Food was bland..... Boarding priority mess with being bussed to plane. Newark baggage took 45 minutes to hit the belt.

Plane was late and they forced us to take the stairs (no elevator available) to catch the bus to the plane. My wife was carrying a baby and fell. Terrible experience and terrible air line. Constantly late and conditions seem to be getting worse every time I have to use them.

Flight to Lisbon from DC was great. Was surprised to get dinner in middle of night. Hardy breakfast may have been better. No real complaints. Snack in morning was good and real coffee was a real benefit

TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.

If you miss any flight in a Multi-City flight plan with TAP, all remaining flights will be automatically terminated immediately. Their support line is no help at all, and you'll be stuck paying again for another flight.

the cancellation of my earlier flight caused me to miss this connection as well.

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!

Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.

The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.

Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.

I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.

Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable

Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
