Plane boarded late for unknown reasons then once hosted left late due to maintenance. Seats were mediocre at best, WiFi was over priced for the length of flight, pretzle bags were incredibly small and beverage options all involved a cup, no small bottles of water even.

My flight was delayed and expected to delay further and the attendants put me on another flight to get there before my connecting flight.

My bags never made it and when I arrived, I was told that one of my bags was still at my departure airport and the other wasn’t scanned.

Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat.

We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out.

I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well.

Seats are so small and there is virtually no leg room. No choice of free snacks—just a cookie. Took forever to disembark—so long that no one from the crew said good-bye to us and the cleaning crew had already begun cleaning the 1st class area. Flight take off/ landing was comfortable. No on board movies. Couldn’t even connect with my own iPad or iPhone. Can’t believe there are airplanes without screens on the back of seats. Just an okay flight.

I'm an alaska member so I have taken quite a few flights with them and I notice the service difference after a while. Generally the crew was nice.

There was no beverage or food service till ~2 hrs into the flight. No air issues etc. that would cause a delay. There was only 1 service in a 5.5 hr flight. The previous crew served us beverages at least 2-3 times and carried water up and down. Coming from +90 degree weather everyone is thirsty. I bought food soon as I got on, I have a toddler.. it was delivered over 2 hrs later, luckily I came prepared with lots of snacks. Also there are no hot vegetarian meal purchase options on the flight to Mexcio/Costa Rica (which was the first leg of our trip) we had to make do with cheese/fruit platters.

The flight attendants were very friendly and attentive. The Red system makes the flight much easier. It has entertainment, you can order your food and keep track of the flight stats

The plane had problems delaying the flight by 3hrs. Alaska really should change how they load the plane. After all the special people (first class, mvps, etc.) then passengers without carryons then people with carryons. This would speed up the process and keep people from getting stuck behind people who are messing with their bags.

That Harry Potter was playing

That our flight got delayed so many times, they changed the departure time to sooner at the last minute and we had to book it to the gate from security, we missed our connecting flight and had to sleep in the airport.

1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run.

Platinum member. Flying with gold colleague. He was upgraded. I was 1 on the list, wirh 3 openings. Asked gate agent, and she said just take my seat. Asked attendant, she said same. Economy plus seats were comfortable and definitely worth it. In-flight service was very good.

Multiple delays mean we deplaned nearly 3 hours late in Chicago. The plane was late inbound, had a minor mechanical issue, and on top of that we were at a remote gate so they had to bus everyone to plane. After all that, we sat on the tarmac even longer because of “traffic”. Our takeoff clearance had expired and we were behind a bunch of planes. After landing in Chicago, we waited an additional 30 minutes because our gate was occupied.

The plane was over an hour late and they lost our luggage. I understand things happen it was not that big of deal but the lady in Syracuse was unfriendly and acted like she could care less. We ended up going to a wedding in our shorts and flip flops because we had no clothes and not enough time to purchase any. Our bag was delivered about 1am. The customer service was really pathetic. Not even an I'm sorry this happened.

The onboard crew was great. Very attentive and personable

I had to wait an hour in line just to check a bag (I was charged $45 to do so) I was charged another $20 just to select a seat with frontier.. our flight was also very delayed, and we received little communication from the airline about it. Seats were uncomfortable and close together, and no amenities are included with your flight. I understand you get what you pay for, but I doubt I’ll be flying frontier anytime soon.

We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport.

New flight reservation took us directly from Newark to Phoenix.

This flight was totally cancelled. New reservation took us to Newark. Here the crowds were very long, baggage took over 20 min. to arrive, missed our connecting flight and had to wait 4 more hours for next flight. The flight out of Newark was held on the tarmac for 40 min.

Flight delayed until 8pm then sat on the plane in Toronto for 45 minutes waiting for a gate and because we were sent to a parking area with numerous other planes and ended up getting boxed in and couldn’t get to our gate earlier. Nothing offered to the passengers during this time, not even water.

New flight reservation took us directly from Newark to Phoenix.

This flight was totally cancelled. New reservation took us to Newark. Here the crowds were very long, baggage took over 20 min. to arrive, missed our connecting flight and had to wait 4 more hours for next flight. The flight out of Newark was held on the tarmac for 40 min.

Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat.

We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out.

We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport.

I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well.

Economy plus seats were comfortable and definitely worth it. In-flight service was very good.

Multiple delays mean we deplaned nearly 3 hours late in Chicago. The plane was late inbound, had a minor mechanical issue, and on top of that we were at a remote gate so they had to bus everyone to plane. After all that, we sat on the tarmac even longer because of “traffic”. Our takeoff clearance had expired and we were behind a bunch of planes. After landing in Chicago, we waited an additional 30 minutes because our gate was occupied.
