Cons: The food

Pros: Flight arrived to New York earlier than expected.
Cons: One flight crew member, a guy, was not very friendly.

Pros: Arrived safe
Cons: My seat was the worst I sat next to the flight attendant in middle seat and I felt like I was in a can of sardines the whole time! I will never sit in that seat again :(

Pros: The crew was great! Excellent service!
Cons: Everything was great

Pros: I really like the vast selection of movies.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better flight attendant

Cons: The flight was delayed significantly and no explanation was ever offered as to why.

Pros: Crew was very friendly, on-boarding was easy and fast, everything was clean, and there were nice touches like a sleep mask and ear plugs on every seat.
Cons: The leg room was better than in other flights, but that's not saying much and the seats were very uncomfortable and for such a long flight, it was deeply uncomfortable overall. My knee joints still hurt two days later.

Pros: Smooth in he air
Cons: The pilot made an announcement that on the planes arrival the wing had a crack in it and it needs to be checked prior to lift out. I am upset because if the plane was broken don’t load the plane with new passengers until your sure the plane could fly. They loaded the plane with all the passengers then made up wait until they got mechanic clearance and paperwork approved to fly. Which took approx 1.hours late. Boarded plane at 9:30 left at 10:30. Arrived very late.

Cons: I really love flying Jet Blue. I don't mean to criticize, the following is written in an effort for improvement: The hour-long delay and the long wait time on the runway. A passenger got up to use the bathroom right before we were going to take off - we had to wait for her. Another passenger pressed the flight attendant call button right after lift-off. All of the food for purchase was sold out by the time it got to the back of the plane. And I could be wrong, but I don't remember going through safety instructions because we were waiting for a while and then had to hurry when we got clearance from air traffic control.

Cons: No food, only snack

Pros: Our seats right upfront with the extra legroom!
Cons: N/A

Pros: Extra space seats. The crew. The food. The landing! Pre-board bag check at gate - asking for volunteers.
Cons: The cabin temp was too cold. The entertainment was awful.

Pros: average flight. Friendly crew.
Cons: There is no online check in! Kayak sells multi-airline flights with airlines from different alliances and that does not allow you to check in online. We got to airport at 3:45 am- no one at the check in counter, employees finally arrived at 4 am, checked in, but then we don’t have seats asssigned! We get to the gate and wait-wait-wait until almost 5am and finally the employees were able to find someone willing to move so that myself and kids don’t get seats in emergency exit row. Nuts. Very unpleasant(not the employees, those were nice-it’s the check in and seat assignment policies).

Pros: The aircraft was clean and comfortable and everything went official
Cons: The film did not work

Cons: Notified flight was delayed over 2 hrs.. while at airport outside of screening an announcement that they are boarding our flight.this is an hour plus prior to the time on the board. When I realized that my boarding pass was no longer on my phone I had to go to get a pass. Male/ White older, was totally negative and not helpful except to tell me he could get me out the next day. Other workers picked up the ball and got me a pass and escorted me through tsa... then we sit on the plane for another half hr before leaving. Ridiculous!

Pros: On time good service

Pros: Jet Blue was GREAT- as usual. I want you to know that getting through security in ATL airport was an ordeal. Incredibly long lines, disorganized (a sign clearly said, TSA Pre-check- line up here) and then the people managing the lines yelling at us (and this is an observation) because they wanted us lined up further back. This was baffling because the actual line into the TSA space was empty at that point. I think the ATL security staff could all benefit from some further training about to work with people effectively AND ATL airport needs to look at their systems. I know it's a busy airport, but there has to be something better than what they are doing now!

Pros: Poor
Cons: Agent in Dominican rep counter not very professional

Pros: Everything was great!! Excellent job pilots

Pros: The flight itself went rather smoothly.
Cons: The movies (in flight entertainment) were inaccessible for me and my neighbor and when anither friend across the aisle managed to play one, there were no captions. Also, our flight was delayed almost a hour for no clear reason.

Pros: The flight and crew were totally fine. I slept the whole time.
Cons: There was not a single JetBlue employee at the Denver airport until exactly 2 hours before the flight. There were many passengers (upwards of 20 and many with small children) waiting around to check their bags and unable to access the food/bathroom/go through security. Everyone was confused and upset. While I understand that there are no flights for several hours prior to the late-night flight I was on, that does not mean that there is no need for an employee presence. Many people arrived multiple hours early because the most common destinations for Denver travelers are the mountain ski towns and the last departures of the shuttles that run from the mountains to the airport leave at 3:00pm. Therefore a large number of passengers arrive by 6:00pm for midnight flights and are left waiting in the check-in area until 10:00pm. The situation was made worse by the poor communication--there were signs saying that checkin was open only from 8:00am-11:00am, which left everyone very confused, given that we were on evening flights. There were many angry people sitting on the floor around the JetBlue counter.

Pros: The crew and the actual plane ride are always great. Comfortable seats, friendly staff, and I am so grateful for the free wifi.
Cons: Delays! Jet Blue seems to always have some type of issues with their planes which cause delays. I understand that things happen, but I'm not the only one who has been affected by these delays. I had to wait over four hours from my original departure time, it's ridiculous. The only positive is that Jet Blue does go out of their way to compensate us for our troubles, but I would be so much happier if my flight came and left at their appropriate time.

Pros: I like only 1 thing wi - fi is working good.
Cons: I don’t like anything. It’s a worse airline ever i take I would like to suggest never ever fly with jet blue . I go through so many problems so rude employees working at help desk . Especially steven he said he is supervisor then he says he is only shift leader instead of helping he just talking so mean guy . This is really a big story i try to put in small words ...i fly with them on march 2nd LAX to JFK my finale destination is amritsar in India because of their fault i miss my next flight . The lady help me in morning she is very mean i wanna talk to supervisor she say I’m supervisor but she is only shift leader.i forgot her name . When steven told me he is supervisor i was like

Cons: When I scanned my boarding pass the Jetblue staff member told me my carry on was too big and had to be checked. This was puzzling to me because I travel often and do not have a problem with that bag. As I was sitting on the plane I saw everyone's bag's were bigger especially the man next to me. His was significantly larger and he had a large duffle bag between his legs causing him to manspread into my area. and yet i was told "make sure your purse is under the seat" seriously?! What about his giant duffle bag and huge carry on roller?!

Cons: Our flight was delayed making it so I and several others had less than 4 minutes to catch our next flight. The flight attendants wouldn’t help us at all. Instead of having us come to the front of the plane to exit first we had to ask the rest of the passengers if they didn’t mind letting us through to catch our flight. I have severe psoriatic arthritis and I had to sprint to my next gate that had been changed making it much farther away from our arrival gate. Now I get to spend my vacation in pain trying to recover.

Pros: This flight was delayed when we were on the runway due to air traffic control. They estimated it could take an hour or more to take off. I told the flight attendants that I had a connecting flight in NY and they both helped look to see if there was a later flight I could get on, if we didnt make it in time. When they determined my connecting flight was the last one going out of NY that night, I asked if I could possibly de-plane if we were going to take off more than an hour late since I would surely miss my flight and and I would rather go home and sleep in my own bed than get a hotel in NY. They were genuinely and sincerely interested in helping me, so they spoke with the captain and updated the passengers since some other people had the same issue. The capain surprisingly agreed to roll back to the jetway to me off if we were going to be delayed passed the time for connection. Thirty minutes later, we were in the air and I made my connecting flight. The flight attendant even gave me earbuds to watch TV free of charge!!!! What an absolutely amazing flight crew!!!!!

Pros: The one thing I liked was the expedited service I got because my brother needed a wheelchair. The comfort of the plane was really nice as well, one of the best flights I had in a while.
Cons: What I didn’t like was how my flight got cancelled and the only flight I was able to get was 4 days later. So I was stuck in the Dominican Republic for a total of two weeks!! I had to miss another weekend at work which made me lose a lot of money since I’m a barber and lost some one my clientele. On top of my flight being cancelled it also got delayed again but only by 30 minutes so I wasn’t so upset. When it came to the boarding, that had to be the slowest boarding I’ve went through. The gate seemed very behind on the technology and that caused the workers to work even slower. At times they had to step away and go on their monitor to fix something out so it took an extra 30 minutes before I even got into my seat, and I was sitting in row 6 of the plane. Then after everyone was seated the flight got held back an extra half hour because a lady wanted to file a complaint saying that she got pushed and ended up being the only person that got kicked off the flight so she did it all for nothing. So with everything happening, our flight got delayed an hour and a half. Very disappointed..

Pros: The crew. The comfort.
Cons: Almost 2 hours delay.

Cons: Let me preface this by saying that prior to this experience I generally though highly of JetBlue. To change my opinion of them, JetBlue had to monumentally screw up, which they did. This was the worst experience I have had on any airline, ever. Why I am mad: - I had a 4.5 hour delay due to maintenance that caused me to miss a flight to India. The 4.5 delay was on a 50 minute flight from Portland, ME to JFK. I nearly could have driven faster than JetBlue got me to New York. - Because of my missed flight to India, I missed day 1 of a two day wedding of which I am a wedding party member - In order to get to India in time for day 2, I had to book a new flight on a different airline for an additional $1000, on top of what I paid for my original flight to India - I was originally told by JetBlue in Portland, ME that they would offer me a reimbursement for the Portland flight, a hotel in NYC, and a travel credit for the trouble. While not totally satisfying since I was still going to miss a day of the wedding, I thought this to be a fair enough offer. - However, at the JetBlue desk in JFK, they completely reversed course. I was told that all they could offer me $100 travel credit. No reimbursement for Portland flight. No compensation for the extra $1,000 flight I had to book. And best of all, no hotel in New York, I was stranded at JFK for the night. I spoke with a supervisor at the desk who repeatadely told me that JetBlue had done their job in getting me to JFK and that they were not responsible for anything after I arrived to JFK. A 4.5 hour delay on a 50 minute flight is bad. Being steadfastly unwilling to compensate for missed flights is worse. And stranding me in JFK after telling me they would offer me a hotel room is just plain unacceptable. My family will be cancelling their JetBlue credit cards and we will look elsewhere for flights in the future.

Cons: The flight attendants were very rude and didn’t like their attitude

Pros: Was able to have one carry on plus a personal item.
Cons: Unfortunately, the food selection was poor, as in a drink and a bag of chips. I just flew through Delta and it was a big difference in service. JetBlue used to have high standards and now I'm seeing more delayed flights, lengthy security screenings, higher airfares, and just overall poor customer service. The chairs don't have outlets to charge your devices, and controls are embedded on arm rests so its uncomfortable. I also tried connecting to the Wifi and it didn't work. Flying used to be fun, but now it's a drag, pun intended.

Pros: The crew seemed capable and came around a couple times with water. We arrived safe and sound as one would hope for, if an hour or so later than scheduled. Seats seemed roomier than most standard economy/coach (probably due to it being an older model). Though I didn’t partake they seemed to offer more complimentary snack options than other airlines.
Cons: The airplane cabin had a strong urine odor that endured throughout the red-eye flight, the air temperature had to have been at least 75 degrees, probably 80 which was a bit stifling. No usb/power at the seat which would be preferable/should be standard by now for a coast-to-coast flight. Seat didn’t recline which isn’t the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. My headphones didn’t work with the little screen at my seat but it’s ok because based on my neighbor’s screen it was just a rotating lineup of Jet Blue commercials/fake tv shows that I can easily pass on.

Cons: The flight was delayed by 1hour and 40 min. One hour at the boarding gate and 40min on the airstrip. Pilot said we were overweight. When we landed at 730 vs 557 we still had a delay because our gate was occupied causing a greater dalay. Due ro this delay I was late to work. The flight attendee making the announcements might have been new because she kept messing up what she was saying and shouting and mumbling through the speaker. I usually have amazing flights with jetblue but I'm highly disappointed with this flight.

Cons: I had been in the airport since 1130 am, trying to get on an earlier flight. My original flight was scheduled to leave 540 am the following day (the day Irma was supposed to hit). At first waited 30 mins in a line to speak to a JetBlue agent about finding another flight. She said she couldn't help me, no flights available, and didn't have the patience to take some time to explore all options. I then proceeded to look online and then call JetBlue, after 30 mins on hold I finally got someone. She actually helped me and looked at all flight options and got me on a flight to CT (2 hrs away from me) leaving that same evening. I ended up waiting in the airport for 10 hrs. At one point in the evening the gate attendant began giving out packed snacks and beverages to passengers waiting for another flight that had been delayed, but refused to give out anything to other passengers waiting for delayed flights....not even water! I was shocked at how callously the gate attendant turned me and other passengers away. I had been in the airport for 10 hrs! Thr flight I was scheduled on was delayed by about 3 hrs leaving PR to NYC, but I was told the snacks we're only for passengers who had been waiting at least 3 hrs. I was turned down 3 times, and watched as other passengers just grabbed water and canned beverages without even asking and without being turned down. At the time that I asked for the last time my flight was delayed by 2.5 hrs already. I had a headache, needed water to take medication, hadnt eaten dinner, and all the restaurants in the airport were starting to close. I ended up spending close to $20 on the last Domino's small cheese pizza, a bottle of water and a snack bar....because JetBlue was being stingy. And yet, this is the same airline that let's passengers grab as many snacks as they want on the flight, delayed or not. My flight was scheduled for 807pm. We left at around 1106 pm. Thanks, JetBlue. Way to go on that customer service.

Pros: Free wifi when I got my bags and was headed out of the airport. I had to order an uber to the wifi helped

Pros: Once in the plane everything was fine.
Cons: Plane was delayed by 2 hrs.going , and returning from destination. JetBlue is not reliable. It is happening more often. On top of that they charge more when you need to check in a luggage. For the price, Delta is so much better, and you do not have to pay for check in luggage. For that reason, I will try to stop flying JetBlue, and fly DELTA. REFERRED DESTINATION: SANTO DOMINGO.SQR

Pros: I like the service ,the food in thos fliggt back. Excelent
Cons: Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something

Pros: Premium feeling to the flight

Cons: Dirty plane, plane was late and my screen didn't work. Flight attendant was flippant.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This is insulting. I watched my flight pull off from the gate and was then asked to stay at a Holiday Inn. I spent thousands of dollars on my flight, then was forced to spend another $950 on a hotel, food, etc. I was supposed to be home 5 hours ago and still haven’t taken off.

Pros: Excellent flight. Aeromexico is great
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great cabin service from Ruben
Cons: Pretty basic food offering

Pros: The new plane. The food.
Cons: No entertrainment system the whole trip. The flight was delayed over an hour due to overbooked flight.

Pros: I loved to have a very good meal, a nice tv that worked after all, there was a blanket
Cons: I didn’t like the headphones, the line to the bathroom was always very long because there was only 1 bathroom to all the plane

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The crew is rude and not helpful. Had the only seat that did not have a working tv and the crew did not care to fix it or move me while there was open seats on the plane.

Pros: Everything, it was punctual dispite the chaos México City Airport is, the food was awesome (first class) and we arrived sooner.
Cons: This is not about Aeromexico. Migratory police is hard now, do not have connections inside the States or you would loose it

Pros: I loved the city of Puerto Vallarta,Mexico. I will encourage anyone interesting in visiting Puerto Vallarta to take Delta,or American Airlines
Cons: Aeromexico canceled my flight 5 hours before boarding on May 24th 2018. Then rebooked us two days later on May 26th 2018

Pros: At check in was given an emergency exit seat with leg room which was lovely since I'm tall.
Cons: Cold ham and cheese on bread... Was cheap and gross. WiFi didn't work the whole flight. Insensitive flight attendants assume I'm with others as a family just because we were black. Not very friendly at all. Safety video makes it seem like everyone in Mexico/on their flights present as white. Should have more diverse actors. Get it together and be representative of the population you serve.

Cons: We chose seats. Those seats were not ours when we flew. My daughter and I were put in middle seats in seperate rows in the back. Obviously Kayaks program is very faulty. It was my first booking with them and my Last.

Pros: I like the entertainment choices and the blanket.
Cons: Food could be better.

Cons: The flight was overbooked but they dint say anything not to be responsible so they were telling passengers that the plane was overweight

Cons: I have my reservation and payment Aeromexico didn’t care they put me on a stand by list as they overbooked the flight but these time instead of them telling you that it was overbooked their pretext was the weight of the plane

Cons: Croissant sandwich was not very tasty

Pros: Coming back was okay, fly attendants were nice everything was good. thank you.
Cons: Going to Mexico, I ask for a glass of water and the fly attendant ignored me and she did not come back. I know she heard me, she gave a drink to the other passenger

Cons: The behavior of the front desk employee who provided us the ticket.

Pros: Flight attendant Antonio was great! Friendly, funny and kind.

Cons: Boarding was very delayed. The flight was very delayed. There was never an explanation or acknowledgememt, of the delay and it seemed no effort to make up the delay while in the air. As a result, a great number of us missed our connections to Boston. Poor effort by AeroMexico and Delta

Pros: The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. The in-flight meal and movie selection were both really great.
Cons: The servers were a bit rude--they spilled juice on me--but, to be fair, I was failing to speak spanish, which is also very rude. The only tough thing about this flight was that we changed gates about 4 times, then got switched to a very distant gate at the ass-end of the terminal (literally, the lights were flickering. It was eerie.) THEN we had to take a bus out onto the tarmack to get onto the plane. But that's a small inconvenience considering we travelled from Mexico City to JFK in like 5 hours.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: NOTHING Ok....

Pros: N/A
Cons: Departed late, landed late, old plane that was technologically outdated and uncomfortable, surly crew that seemed put out by the simplest requests, late arrival.

Pros: Great entertainment options. Good food Although the flight was completely full the crew was attentive and nice

Pros: Entertainment was good, as well as the crew
Cons: I got sick with the food, and the flight was delayed, I'm visiting just for the weekend, so time is very important to me, if you add this two issues, well it's not the best of my trips

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Same as above. Sorry.

Pros: Food!
Cons: Crew ladies were a bit rude, it was a long flight and a smile wouldn't have hurt instead they looked people like they were aliens speaking a nonexistent language.

Pros: In general the service was good!
Cons: In México city needs to be better organized the people from Aeromexico who attende the customers!

Pros: Real food on the plane and a free drink, but I loved the branding most of all with the way the flight attendants dressed - heels for the airport and flats for the plane. I even asked if their make-up was issued by the company since they were all wearing the same shade of red lipstick - it was!!!
Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect and on time!

Pros: A few seat empty xso we all could stretch

Pros: Amazing airline ! Great everything.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Worst customer service, ticket reps are rude and lack any kind of sympathy. Flight attendants were rude and inattentive. I will never fly Aeromexico. I will avoid it like the plague. If you can go through another airline.

Pros: Quick boarding, takeoff and loading off the plane.
Cons: I paid additional fee for preferred seating and my seat did not recline.

Pros: There was nothing to like about my experience.
Cons: I booked round trip ticket's to Cancun from NYC. I had a change of plans . I needed to add my 2,4yr old to my trip. The Aromexico agent wanted to charge me over 1000.00 for the two children, to travel with me even though online the tickets were $200.00.They would not let me book my tickets online because the children were minors even though my ticket was already bought. I ended up purchasing tickets on delta to get to Cancun. However I was under the impression that I would return with Aeromexico on the round trip ticket I had already bought.NO! according to Aeromexico even though you buy a round trip ticket if you fail to use 1 leg of the trip you loose both ways WHAT! Then they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an airline in the 30 yrs that I have been traveling internationally. I would paddle boat rather than use this air again.

Pros: boarding was good and easy.
Cons: got a non reclining seat and a next door passenger that kept pushing me with his leg onto mine

Pros: If you have not had the chance to flight in this plan, you have to, it offers more space between seats, and the comfort is in another level. Plenty of choices in entertainment about 20+ movies to choose. Food and service were great.
Cons: Landing was not the best but considering it was windy, it is acceptable.

Pros: Check personnel was very helpful in Puerto Vallarta getting us on an earlier flight. He was very pleasant as well Boarding was easy attendants were attentive Flights were on time

Pros: The Dreamlines is terrific. Great service, attentive staff & clean airplanes & food.

Pros: I loved the friendly staff, smooth flight, movies, and meals.
Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: Is on time
Cons: The food is terrible

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I had purchased a ticket to fly from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City on Thursday, November 24. When I arrived at the airport, I came to an airport that was "shutdown". According to a few people I spoke to, it was because of a protest. I was not emailed or notified that I was wasting my time and money trying getting to an airport that wasn't flying out any planes that day. I was very distraught and disappointed because I am a foreigner and there was no representative front the airport or airline that this was happening and what's are the next steps I should take to get on the next plane back to United States. I spent hours and hours calling Aeromar about rebooking my flight for tomorrow so I can get out of this city. It was a nightmare on the phone because it was like the employees were trained not to help. I was told it wasn't their fault, and I need to call aero Mexico to get this straightened out. Not one employee from the many I spoke to consistently throughout the day tried to rebook my flight. They wanted me to pay for another flight which is absolutely ridiculous. I missed my flight because of some protest, something not in my control, and i kept being told too bad. I did not get offfere one solution by your staff. I was left to figure what I was going to do by myself. I didn't leave Puerto Escondido until 24 hours after I was suppose to and it was not by the help of your staff. Because of this, I will highly consider not buying tickets from this airline of their is any other option because it was an awful experience. One of He aero Mexico employees told me to stop acting childish because I was upset about missing my flight for reasons i didn't control. The customer service for aero Mexico was worse then aeromar. They kept blaming aero mar and kept saying they need to figure everything out, yet these two airline work together. Aero Mexico is the one that helps get the flight to other smaller cities. All around I had a miserable day and not one person I called from aero Mexico, like aero mar helped me or offered a solution.

Cons: Food was bland and 1st class was similar to a domestic flight to Fort Lauderdale from NYC

Pros: The seats were extremely comfortable. They provided free entertainment.

Pros: Aeromexico is the worst airline ever!!! I will never fly with this airline ever again! They made me pay another flight to get back home because of a mistake from one of their staff!! They are so incompetent and they take advantage of the fact that we have to go home..... so disappointed!!

Pros: Una hora de retraso
Cons: Una hora de retraso

Pros: Great flight, comfortable

Pros: I enjoyed that my kids had a great movie selection and food.
Cons: I absolutely found it ridiculous how they board the plane. They did it both times coming and going. They didn't call anyone by zone they just allowed anyone to board at any time so I was in row 9 and people in row 20 boarded before me. What sense did that make.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Pros: Staff was super friendly, nice airplane size for the amount of passengers, smooth landing from the pilot
Cons: Airplane was delayed one hour, kept switching boarding Gate from 63 to 56 to 60 and passengers were confused, nothing free inside the airplane not even water or snacks in more than 4 hours flight

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Delays, amount of people during a pandemic.

Pros: Crew was amazing, arrival time much earlier, easy boarding
Cons: Complimentary water on the plane

Pros: The price.
Cons: The flights were full. Middle seat was not left empty for covid. Yet you would not provide a snack because of covid.I did not feel valued as a customer.

Cons: It was a packed flight. No empty middle seats for social distancing, only half empty rows that you could pay $50 to "upgrade" into. Just having a backpack will cost an extra $40. No complaints of the crew. I've had better experiences with Spirit.

Cons: We waited 7 hours to leave Orlando

Cons: Need food

Pros: Seat very small and uncomfortable

Cons: Los precios son muy populares por lo que la incomodidad de los asientos se te olvida. En general todo es bueno. Aparentaba estar limpio y el servicio fue excelente.

Pros: Good service and very attentive.
Cons: Better entertainment options.

Cons: Seats super uncomfortable

Cons: Everything

Cons: The crew let everyone off the plane even though I told them my phone was missing and asked them to make an announcement. They didn’t thinking we’d find it after everyone deplaned. We didn’t ! Someone stole my phone and your flight stewards let it happen!!!! I’m considering Fronteir personally responsible

Pros: The crew were great and very friendly.
Cons: The flight was delayed for approximately two hours.

Pros: Boarding was fast.

Pros: The flight was safe.
Cons: Everything.

Cons: I won’t fly this airline again. Very cramped seats, difficult to check in on line so I had to speak to a representative from Frontier, who was difficult to understand and then wanted to charge me more for baggage checkin using his services. No snack, only water offered since they didn’t get restocked they said. Also once you pay for all of the extra fees it’s no longer a savings. One and done!

Pros: Safely landed & they didn't loose our luggage.
Cons: Frontier kept pushing back the flight with no explanation. We were staying 10 minutes from the airport - rental car was returned & had to wait it out. 3 hours in they gave us a $15 food voucher but at midnight no restaurants were open. Need a zero star option! They nickel & dime you for everything! My time is worth something.

Pros: Cheap flight, quick boarding.
Cons: Cramped accommodation, extra fees for luggage, no complimentary beverage service. I’d call it the Grey Hound of the air, except I recently took a Grey Hound and I was much more comfortable.

Pros: professional staff. very smooth and safe flight.
Cons: for safety i didn’t bring credit cards. I could not buy snacks. The seats were small and uncomfortable which I had too seat in for four hours. Only one toliet. It was very difficult to get of the seats to use the one toliet. I t was just too jammed.

Cons: The seats are the most uncomfortable seats of any airline I have flown on .. The fact that they charge you $45 for a carry on! I mean, what is the point? A checked baggage fee can be explained by the handling, but a carry on??

Pros: on time

Cons: THE most uncomfortable seats ever!! The seat bottom has been reduced in size by half - the edge hits mid-thigh - and all cushioning has been removed - like sitting on a folding chair, but less comfortable! And the pricing: I paid as much to bring my luggage with me as I did for my "seat". And to top it off, it was a red-eye flight and the crew were yacking the whole time. I will NEVER fly frontier again.

Pros: Checking in was easy
Cons: Most uncomfortable seats ever. They don't even recline. NO Wi-Fi, no entertainment at all! Roughest landing ever on a plane.

Pros: Very little
Cons: Most uncomfortable seats of any airline. Terrible in flight survice everything is extra, even a bottle of water Booo Frontier.

Pros: Took off on time, landed on time, very smooth flight. Baggage arrived in a timely manner. No problems.
Cons: I wish Frontier didn't have so many fees and provided in-flight entertainment like television or movies.

Cons: No lo vuelvo a usar, el cobro de la maleta es un robo, las demas aerolínea cobran 25 y frontier 40 es demasiado la diferencia y el valor del tk es costoso

Cons: The flight attendants were not informed as to why the pilot didn't show up. We just sat for hours on the tarmac and when the pilot showed up she seemed confused too.

Pros: Not a fan of the crew rambling on the speakers trying to sell me on frequent flyer programs and whatever else as I am helplessly stuck there. I'm used to frontier with its fees for every little thing, but the loud sales pitch while I'm just trying to get through the flight is never appreciated

Pros: Besides having delay boarding due to an unidentified luggage, boarding was quick. The seats were clean and seat belts were laid out neatly in a cross fashion.

Cons: The entire staff to and from my destination was unacceptably rude and unprofessional. I have never seen an airline employed by so many people with an outrageous amount of attitude and distaste in working in customer service. By far my worst experience flying.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They cancelled the flight in the last minute withiut even sending out an email. Some of the passengers even went to the gate and they said flight was cancelled then. It was ridiculous how frontier treated customers. I literally had to pay more than $500 for my one way flight with another airline. I will never fly with frontier ever again.

Pros: Cheapest flight I saw
Cons: Most uncomfortable flight I've been on

Pros: Not much
Cons: Seats are hard with almost no padding and don't recline, can't have a carry on. Tray table is too small to anything on! Front tier from my favorite airline to my least favorite airline in a matter of a few years!

Pros: The plane stayed airborne and arrived early b/c tailwind.
Cons: Least comfortable seats of all time b/c Frontier. Tiniest leg room legally permissible b/c Frontier. Charged more $$ at every possible turn b/c Frontier. Last time flying this airline b/c Frontier.

Pros: Everything went smoothly.
Cons: None.

Cons: Paying so much for drinks. And having a gratuity added!!

Pros: Quick affordable flight, safe and fast
Cons: Have to pay each way for a carry-on which was a $75 inconvenience which was totally misleading, seats were very uncomfortable and stiff.

Pros: Nothings
Cons: They cancelled my flight ashlee

Pros: Flight attendants weren't very friendly
Cons: Drink service moved to fast

Pros: The crew was polite and time. Conscious
Cons: Well there was nothing I really dislike.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight delays the near miss on the runway had to do an evasive manever...lost luggage no clothes for wife had to purchase new clothes .....totally I don't know

Pros: Not much to like here.
Cons: Toilet was broken, flight staff wasn't very friendly.

Pros: flight status email notification via email

Pros: I got what I paid for. Except baggage. I paid for that on top of the total. The staff was great, though -- no complaints about service.
Cons: The chairs were uncomfortable and the seat-back tables are unusable.

Pros: I didn't like anything.
Cons: Most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on, never using frontier airlines again.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I am just disappointed

Pros: Plane was clean. Flight attendants polite. Boarding went smooth.
Cons: Frontier does temperature checks. Makes you feel safer. Flight attendants did not address all passengers who weren’t wearing their mask. United disembarks plane I. Sections so everyone is not on top of each other. I thought that was good.

Pros: Punctual.
Cons: Seats.

Pros: Uncomfortable seats everything
Cons: Hire better ticket agents

Pros: The speed on boarding

Pros: Seat sucked

Cons: Great services

Pros: The boarding process, professionalism, agents at ticketing counter, smooth flight, good communication on board
Cons: Better priced refreshments. More comfortable seats

Cons: Spirit airlines kept hundreds of passengers waiting in line at the airport for up to two hours just to get our bags tagged. We still had to carry them over to the men who actually sorted and loaded our luggage. Other airlines print out our baggage tags at kiosks along with our boarding passes, so we can immediately apply them to out luggage ourselves and then hand them over to the loaders. If Spirit Airlines had that feature at least two-thirds of us would not have had to wait hours in line.

Cons: Nothing flight arrived early, staff very pleasant and helpful

Pros: .
Cons: First time ever taking spirit airlines and will never take again. We purposely picked this flight at the time due to it's cheaper price compared to other flights. Turns out it ended up being just as much, if not, MORE because when it was time to check in you had to pay extra. It was an extra $45 a person for each carry on. AND you had to pay $18 extra each person each way for the ability to pick seats (to guarantee we sit together). This would have all been fine had the trip been a comfortable one, but there was no plus side to taking this flight over a different airline. There were no TVs, no way to charge a phone, no shared movie where you could even attach headphones and listen. No just stare at each other, talk, or sleep was it. Never. Again.

Pros: The fact we actually left on timeout no cancellation, unlike my flight to Ft Lauderdale..
Cons: I didn't like the idea of paying for everything including a can of soda and other snacks I was also annoyed about paying extra for checked bags as well as the 40 pound limit on checked bags..Not to mention the fact that my initial flight to Ft Lauderdale (flight#779)was cancelled.. Not only was I in danger of missing my cruise, I had to find other means of transportation as there were no flights available according to Spirit until Sunday Aug 20th , where as my cruise was scheduled to depart on Aug 19th... The customer service was horrible.. They made no effort to help customers only saying we could get a refund and another carrier@ an additional cost to consumers.. Long story short I'll never frequent Spirit Airlines again .. I'll also urge all my family friends and colleagues to do the same.. The so called low ticket prices are totally not worth the headache with all the additional nickel and dime efforts they make yogurt the low ticket prices they initially charge you..

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The boarding procedure was absolute chaos. On two of my four flights this weekend, they had the wrong flight information posted on the screens at the gate. Nobody knew what gate was for what city. It seemed like the crew at O'hare didn't even know there was a Spirit flight scheduled because they didn't have a jetway for us. We had to wait for a ramp to be set up, walk across the tarmac, and up two flights of stairs into the terminal. Then on the way out, we had to do the same thing in reverse, even though our flight (heading for LGA) was listed as being four gates away. It turned out the flight at that gate was really going to Houston. The people who were going to Houston were waiting at a different gate until someone told the New York passengers to go to the gate with no jetway... Confused? Just imagine how confused the hundreds of people were who were trying to find their flights with all wrong information on the screens.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: As we were landing the pilots seemed to have lost control of the plane. People were screaming. I've flown all over the world on a lot of different airlines, and this was by far the worst. The aircraft was so small and packed it felt claustrophobic! Not worth the small difference in price.

Pros: The Steward was the only nice person , the rest of the Airline check in staff were cruel, cold and unprofessional
Cons: Check in boarding staff, the insisted I pay for my carry on. I had a round trip ticket. I did not have to pay for my carry on on my first flight. They made me throw things away before they allowed my bag on the flight. I had to throw away shoes, I was so upset and confused I did not know what to do. I had no money since I just paid my rent. They didn't care. It was embarrassing. Now I need to save up for new shoes. They did not care about me and my situation. I flew home for my sisters wedding, I missed 4 days of work with no pay. My Mom had to budget for the and ticket because I couldn't . The staff is horrible at Ohare. The airlines apologized to my Mom via email. Told her I could have a $50 voucher, I can't afford another trip. What a joke! Nick M.

Pros: I can not find one positive thing to say about my experience and that is astonishing as I travel often across many different airlines and I understand things happen but my issue is with your overall operation
Cons: Yeah you offer low fares but what's the point when you charge $60 for me to carry my own bag onto the plane and store it myself ...that is just being greedy . The fact that I arrived checked in and was stopped at security entrance to go back into a ridiculously long line to pay for my carry on luggage is ludicrous-again showing your greed , if someone gets through at least set it up for them to pay at the gate and not have to stand in long lines -time is the most precious of commodities these days. Once in security line customer service was awful , people yelling out all the cant dos rather than assisting people through the line for efficiency. I asked an agent if he could move me in the line as my flight boarded in 30 min and he simply said I can't do that but you can ask someone if they will let you go ahead -ARE YOU KiDDING ME ? Any other airline would show concern and assist accordingly-it's called customer service Once entering the plane , it was dirty and had a fowl odor in the cabin. Could see trash and debris from the prior flight and this was a 7am flight! . Seat did not recline and no entertainment options . Have not had an experience like that in a while and I will for sure steer clear of your airlines in the future. Not trying to be harsh -but you got some work to do

Cons: My flight was canceled with little notice, and the only option I was given by the airline was to try and find a seat on another flight back using their website. Well, nothing was available for several days, and I couldn't afford to miss that much work. Plus, Spirit's help line was totally unavailable. I ended up booking a last minute flight with Delta. Spirit later sent me a voucher for $50, but my ticket cost more than that, plus I had purchased extra baggage. That's still a loss of roughly $70. The voucher is also only good until July, and I have no flights planned any time in the near future where I could think about using it in time. You get what you pay for, and from now on I'll just be paying more for flights with airlines I can trust.

Pros: The check in woman was very nice and tried helping me as much as possible.
Cons: Spirit is such a rip off. You think your saving money by at the end of the day you lose out. The bags can only weigh 40 pounds as compared to delta and jet blue that cost 25 dollars. Carry on cost 55 dollars each!!! No movies on board and even the cans of soda cost 7 dollars? The crew members are ghetto and they look sloppy and with beards and they all have different uniforms. They were fooling around the whole time and joking with each other as well as making faces behind customers back when passengers were asking questions or making them look dumb. Never again! And I will tell this to all my friends who travel frequently to not book with spirit airlines. The seats don't recline and there is no port for audio. If you want to sit together with your friends it's an extra 18 dollars a seat!? I'm very disappointed with spirit. The aircraft itself was very noisy. At the end of the day I spent more money with spirit then I would have with delta or JetBlue. Im a police officer in NYC and I will go back to everyone who goes on vacation (which is about 500 people or more) I know and tell them how disappointed I am.

Cons: I know for a fact that I will never take a spirit flight again in my life and neither should you. I was supposed to leave Fort Lauderdale on Saturday at 11:30am. The flight kept being delayed until 6:30pm when passengers were finally told that it was cancelled. The runaround that Spirit gave us was absolutely ridiculous - literally. Due to the plane still being in Fort Myers and not being at the original gate they made us change to 3 different gates -E2, E7, G10- various locations within the airport. I am talking about one side of the airport to another. Finally, at the last gate 10, the plane arrives at 1pm but there was mechanical difficulties that had to be repaired. We boarded the plane at 3pm once the plane was fixed. We sat on the plane for 45 minutes before a Rep came on the plane to ask for 4 volunteers to give up their seats. Four people leave and another group of four people board. Captain tells us that they are searching for luggage and once that's finished we will leave. An hour later, still seated in the plane the Captain apologizes and says that he will let us leave the plane to stretch our legs because Laguardia has not cleared the plane for take off. At this point it is close to 5pm. We wait another hour and half of Reps saying they don't have info because apparently now there is a weather concern in NY that is causing the delay. I immediately call my husband to ask about the weather and he tells me it was sunny, 60 degrees, and it rained for 20 minutes. I get a feeling that Spirit is about to cancel this flight and even ask the Reps- they all say no the flights not being cancelled. After another hour and half wait they make the grand announcement that the flight is cancelled. If you thought that was the worst part of my day, think again. After chaos breaks out from the passengers we are told to find customer service at gate H5. Another trek trough the airport we reach customer service who is a lone Rep with a line wrapped around the corner. After waiting another hour to speak to her, she tells me the earliest flight Spirit could put me on is Tuesday night (remember it's Saturday night). I ask if there is a way to get on to other airlines and she tells me that it isn't spirits policy to find me any flight home. They could only reimburse me and I would have to book my own flight home. I leave the line and start searching for flights and it becomes clear that flights are booked going to NY. I eventually book a flight for the next day on United that leaves out of Miami airport, connects in Chicago and lands in Newark. I took this flight that was 3 times the cost of the Spirit flight, with connections, an hour and half drive from my house just so I could end the Spirit nightmare. Moral of the Story: For your sanity, to be treated professionally with consideration to your time, take any airline other than Spirit.

Pros: My experience with spirit airlines on 2/25/2017 was initially good after being checked in at the gate due to the fact that my mother and I were flying standby on United. After waiting most of the day I decided to purchase two ticket on spirit airlines through and travelocity. I paid $428.38 to which there was no mention of a handbag fee. Even after check in at the gate there was no mention of a hand bag fee by the initial agent. While sitting and waiting for boarding there was a loud booming voice over the PA system it was Ricardo Employee # 34537. He announced in a loud angry voice if you have a personal bag and a carry on that does not fit under your seat you have to pay $65 for the bag prior to boarding. If you wait till you get to the gate then you have to pay $100. This was said and repeated in an angry and condescending way. I felt like I was being robbed without a weapon being present. This is something I have never experienced before although I have flown on Spirit Airlines once before many years ago. I will not be doing that again. I will not recommend this airline to anyone. I felt like cattle when it was time for boarding.

Pros: Airline Canceled the first leg and so never got to this flight
Cons: Airline cancelled the flight with zero understandable cause. And now out thousands to get home a day later than planned

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This was by far the worst experience I've ever had flying. Our flight out was cancelled but the website didn't reflect he change so we needlessly came to the airport. I'll never fly with spirit again and will recommend that my friends and family avoid it too. On the return trip, we felt manipulated by a series of difficult to understand rules and surprise pricing the entire time. The machine was broken at the check in but no one told us that would make us ineligible for check in pricing. Everyone was aggressively unhelpful and even rude at every turn.

Pros: Price was very reasonable. Seats were reasonably comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly.
Cons: We arrived on what was apparently a very busy travel day for a 7:20 flight over an hour before the flight. Once we arrive at the terminal there was a line outside the terminal including hundreds of passengers for various flights covering the entire sidewalk outside the terminal (FLL). Thankfully we were pulled out of this line due to our flight leaving within about an hour to a shorter line to check in our bag (which still moved incredibly slowly). Once we were all checked in including our bag we lined up at security. There a woman asked for anyone going to our destination at which time she we acknowledged us looked at line ahead and turned away never too acknowledge us again. We went through the security line and were on our way to the gate within the time limit. Then we walked through the terminal to our gate which was apparently at the further possible gate from our assigned terminal (with my elderly parents who weren't able to walk at a quick pace). During our long walk to fare there wasn't even one announcement about our flight completing boarding or announcing that this would happen soon. Once we arrived at the gate another woman told us the doors were closed and no additional passengers were to be allowed in. We understood that despite the ridiculous security line and distance to the gate that we did not arrive on time and were turned away. This is where I felt that the gate associate acted unprofessionaly and allowed 2 other passengers to board even after turning us away. I asked why, despite the doors still being opened for these other passengers, that we were turned away? The woman said she couldn't help us and that we would be allowed into the next flight. We returned to the terminal for rebooking and waited almost 2 hours on line to get on the next flight. At this point we were told that all flights were booked until at least 24 hours later. Then we switched our flights to an airport about an hour away (PBI) to land at an airport two hours from our original destination (ACY instead of LGA). I'm the end we spent the entire day traveling. I would understand that we weren't at the gate by the designated time (due to the ridiculous check-in line and security line) but the part that infuriated me was that 2 passengers were allowed onto the plane after we were turned away. I felt that because I didn't yell or whine, my family weren't allowed to board the flight and the two passengers who did argue, were allowed to board is a poor business practice and disrespectful. This was compounded by the poor attitude of the gate agents and the fact that there were no announcements made about our flight.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This company is so cheap, they charge you $45 for a carry-on bag, and they don't even have reclining seats on their planes. Even worse, there are no monitors next to the gates to tell you WHERE THE FLIGHT IS GOING. Because of this, when they change a plane's gate, they don't have anywhere to tell people. So they tell you when you go up to get on your plane, which is already 30 minutes late, and it's too late to catch your flight. Then you get to spend 3 hours waiting in lines to talk to Spirit employees who are just annoyed, stubborn, and won't give you a refund. Absolutely terrible experience. Seriously, pick any other airline than these guys.

Pros: Board flight. Fly to destination. I love the no frills, low luggage, easy on and easy off of this airline. My biggest feeling of stress on flights is the drink service. The cart is always blocking the bathroom, you are thinking of what free beverage you want the entire first hour, you spill some of it, then you have trash for the second hour of the flight. It's literally the worst part of flying other than the endless fear of death and facing your mortality with every hint of turbulence. This airline and others like it are amazing. No stress of awkwardly bothering your aisle mates with getting in and out when they just got a comp. cola. and you feel like you have to wait until they're done before you can go to the bathroom. Half the anxiety of flying is alleviated for me personally. Love this airline.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Flight was over 3 hours late. Spirit didn't even alert me. Once finally on the plane, crew was extremely rude. The lady next to me asked one of the flight attendants mid-flight, "Will we be there by 8?". The attendant rolled her eyes, scoffed, and replied, "You wish!" What an unnecessarily snarky comment. Seats were extremely small and uncomfortable (I'm very small - only 5'4, I can't imagine if you were a tall person). No free food or beverages are offered (not even water). They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. No in flight entertainment. I've flown Spirit before, but this experience trumped them all. I will NEVER fly Spirit again.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Horrible flight situation and horrible customer service. Flight delayed 8 hours in 30-60 minute increments without any solid updates, information, or feedback when asked questions politely. The situation was constantly blamed on the weather when there was nothing happening outside and everyone who has a smart phone could see it's because of the Mike Pence plane issues at LGA, so being lied to is not an effective way of dealing with an issue. Every other flight got out hours before ours and your agents claimed that this wasn't true, yet it was. I will never fly this airline ever again because of my terrible experience, and I have been sure to share this experience with others and will continue to do so.

Cons: The flight is advertised as low priced, but at the cost of checking a small carry on for $50 each way. For $100 more for ticket we could've flown JetBlue with amenities like water and coffee and attentive professional flight attendants. The plane was extremely loud, and sounded as if the panels could be ripped right off during landing and takeoff. We shouldve just packed a backpack. I don't think I would ever fly this airline again because the overall feeling was that the equipment was rickety and unsafe. I guess Ive just become accustomed to professionalism and service on other airlines.

Cons: I got the airport 44 minutes prior the flight and was told I couldn't check in because I was 1 minute past the boarding time. I was also told there were no other flights available that day and that I could go out again the following day for a $100 penalty. This was not possible as I was attending a wedding that evening. Moreover, they said that because I "missed" the flight I could not get a refund. I ran over to the JetBlue ticketing desk, who had a flight departing at the exact same time. They issued a ticket and I was able to fly to my destination. I think it ridiculous that Spirit will not issue a boarding pass 44 minutes prior to a flight. Especially since I was carrying on luggage. I was also not aware of their policy. I also don't understand why Jet Blue could issue me a ticket for a flight at the same time and Spirit could not. I've never head of a 45 minute prior check-in for a flight with carryon. The desk person was also unhelpful, despite me being very polite and begging for him to allow me to check-in.

Cons: I arrived at 5:18 for a 6am flight DTW to LGA. Was unable to print my boarding pass because was too late. Asked for assistance from agent, who told me gate was closed and wouldn't allow me through. I don't believe that the gate was closed 35 mins before departure, and I feel the agent could have made some effort to get me on the flight, especially after I told her I'm an oncologist and that I needed to be in New York to start seeing patients at 9am. Agents (Alexis and Leila) flatly refused, completely unsympathetic. Fortunately was able to get on next available flight on Delta, at cost of $450.

Pros: It's cheap-ish.
Cons: I won't bother telling you all the things you know about Spirit but that you think might be tolerable in exchange for cheap airfare: seats that don't recline, a charge for a carry-on bag, a charge to print a boarding pass, a charge for soda and snacks. All of that I'm used to, as is anyone who flies Spirit. You want basic amenities, fly Delta. You want cheap, fly Spirit. But something new and remarkably unwelcome happened on this flight: we arrived at the airport an hour before our 6am flight and were told when we tried to check in that we were too late and the flight was closed. I explained that we already had booked a flight--I wasn't asking to buy a new ticket. She said she understood, but we'd never clear security in time (there was no line) and that our bags probably wouldn't arrive at our destination because we were "so late." We had no bags. I said we needed to get home. They said, "You're supposed to be here 2 hours early." That rule is a bit like the speed limit--no one actually follows it to the T. There's a range of appropriate (say, less than 2 but more than 1 hour) and inappropriate (say, 15 minutes before your flight). When you're flying at 6am and you know there won't be a line, you don't really arrive that early. Anyway, they called a supervisor who said to let us board. And then there was a mechanical problem with this plane that was so intent on leaving ASAP that we weren't going to be allowed to board a full hour in advance. And the flight was an hour delayed, meaning I guess we really did arrive 2 hours in advance. Dump Spirit. It is never, ever worth it.

Pros: If I could give it no stars I would it only deserves one because I made it safely
Cons: Terrible customer service rude employees left and right. Nobody you spoke to sounded eager or willing to help with any issue with any passengers the attitudes were absolutely ridiculous. I didn't think my flight returning could be any worse than the first one but I was wrong. Never in my life have I had to go through that and for me to be trying to make it to a funeral that had to be the most unpleasant travel experience. Never again it was insulting all the money I spent to be treated with zero compassion or respect. Other passengers were trying to get in hold of employees to file numerous complaints. No one was at either customer service desks in the terminal. Just horrible.

Pros: The idea that I don't have to use Spirit the next time I travel
Cons: I got to the Airport to try to print out my boarding pass 45 minutes before the flight at 5:20 AM for a 6:05 flight. I must have missed the required cut off (45 minutes to check in) by a minute or two and the Spirit Airlines person responsible for helping refused to help me and even acknowledged that there was no line at security and I would have easily been able to get on the flight and I had no bag to check in. She said I could get on a flight the next day. I had to buy a ticket from another airline in order to get home.

Pros: The only positive thing I can say is that the "extra room" seats are actually comfortable. The significantly high extra cost for these seats is worth it, considering how terribly uncomfortable the standard seating is. Look it up, Spirit has the worst seating of any American airline. Pay for the extra room comfortable seats, it's the only way to bear this airline.
Cons: Spirit was delayed across the board on my return trip from Detroit to New York. No other airline was having problems that day, only Spirit. The communication from the airline regarding the delays was terrible. The delay was frequently modified (both up and down) without a clear answer from the gate crew. At one point the flight was removed from the airport departure board, with no explanation from anyone. At one point the gate crew announced a vague departure time, and then quickly retreated behind the locked jetway door so that they would not have to face questions from the confused passengers waiting for information from Spirit. The airline needs to learn something: passengers are easy to figure out and easy to placate; all we want is to be informed. Keep us in the loop and we'll be able to handle delays without complaint. We are adults and understand issues happen when dealing with a complicated air schedule. But keeping us in the dark and not informing us of basic things like departure times is a surefire way to get people agitated and angry. Just keep us informed!

Cons: The crew at the gate let a large family through... they were sneaking additional bags on the plane. Trying to have kids carry them and hiding them in strollers, etc. Instead of charging them for the bags they saw, which were all larger than the free item size crew still let them through. I counted eight bags and that made me very angry because so many people pay in advance and I packed extremely light to avoid additional charges and this family was rude and careless with no consequence. They did not pay the additional fee for any of the bags!

Cons: Spirit airlines would not issue a refund for my cancelled trip to Miami despite the high Zika risk, attendant CDC travel warning, and the fact that I notified them of my pregnancy. They purported to issue me a $120 "voucher" (to expire in 60 days) though I initially paid around $400 for the tickets. The website failed to display the voucher number, and my requests to their customer service center to please provide it were ignored. It's hard to imagine how I'd even be able to use it as there is no voucher redemption option on their site. I will never book another flight with this airline.

Cons: I would NEVER recommend Spirit Airlines to even my worst enemy. The airline unilaterally canceled by flight without informing me, and luckily, I was checking the website prior to the flight to discover it. I was not offered any viable flight options out, despite me offering to drive to four (4) different nearby states to go to different airports! The customer service is horrible and they caused me to miss the entire trip with no remedy! After this incident, I researched Spirit Airlines and saw tons of other reviews where customers seem to have similar complaints! I will never fly Spirit Airlines and will never refer them... customers BEWARE!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I arrived at O'Hare and my flight was cancelled. I had to book another flight for the next day ($480+) and a hotel room for the night ($200+) ALL AT MY EXPENSE. The Spirit representatives said that someone from Spirit would contact me in a few days to reimburse me for the flight from O'Hare to NYC, but as of a week, no one has. I have very little faith that anyone ever will or that I will be reimbursed for the flight that was cancelled. I intend to report Spirit to the NYS Attorney General's Office. Everything was bad, since I had to spend close to $700 of my own money to get back home. VERY VERY BAD.

Pros: At first the cost, but I learned the hard way u get less than what u pay for
Cons: They charged me for every single bag, no such thing as a carry on with them... I thought they were going to charge me for my purse. Then NO type of curiosity snack,u pay for everything, then Spirit had about 5 international flights all land at about the same time, customs in ft Lauderdale was a mess, myself and about 250 other people missed our connecting flights n had no curiosity hotel, restaurant vouchers nothing, we had to sleep outside on the floor cause the next flight was at 8am n I was not missing that flight... So like I said NEVER AGAIN!

Pros: I liked the low air fare. It was very affordable...initially.
Cons: The low cost of air fare is made up in ridiculous baggage fees. Not only that, but I'm a military war veteran and the attendant at check in at Myrtle Beach airport wouldn't give me the military baggage fee waiver because I'm not officially on active duty anymore. I told her and the manager that I am ALWAYS on active duty and they acted like they could care less. Spirit airlines would do better if they waived fees for military veterans with proof of service as well as active duty. At least give veterans a discount or something to show appreciation for the sacrifices we made for this country. If there's one thing I despise, it's a lack of appreciation for our military service members. You civilians have no idea. You stand behind the check in counter and shrug your shoulders offering a fake apology for the inconvenience but if you knew what we had to go through, and the things we had to do to secure your freedoms, you'd be giving us flights for free. Other than the lack of military appreciation and ridiculous fees we paid to check one bag, the airline was good. I don't know if I'll ever fly Spirit airlines again if things remain the same, but that's just me.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: I got into he line 70 minutes before my flight, which was considered a "late check in" and the line was so long I missed my flight! The next flight to my destination was 12 hours later, so I said I would have to purchase another ticket with a different carrier. The cashier informed me I would get refunded for the missed flight. Flash forward to my return flight, they canceled it! The cashier never noted that we even spoke, and it is procedure to cancel the rest of the booking if a customer doesn't get onto a flight. It was a complete nightmare. I had to purchase another ticket home and the kicker: no refund for either flight that I didnt even go on. You get what you pay for. Spend more and go with a larger carrier. I've always had good experiences with Southwest.

Pros: The only good thing I can say is that we were on time.
Cons: Unfortunately my flight with Spirit was one of the most inconvenient unpleasant and most disappointing flight experiences I have ever had. Before I bought the ticket I made sure that my carry on bag fits the requirements for the free personal item carry on. I get to the airport and apparently my bag was one inch too big because the handle was sticking out of the grey line an inch and I had to go back to the baggage drop off and pay for an extra carry on bag. Since a carry on bag is more expensive than an actually checked suitcase, I obviously checked my bag. Where do you pay more for carry on's than checked in luggages? Either way needles to say I could have packed an actually suitcase in the first place since I ended up checking my bag. Finally on the plane the crew was very unfriendly and unprofessional. They chit chatted and were busy fixing their hair, while passangers boarded. Didn't look right or left to say hi and greet people. As I made my way all the way to the back where I was sitting I have noticed that the aircraft was covered in bread crumbles and cookies on the floor and seats from the flight before. I cleaned my seat and sat down. Security instructions... nobody cared that the window shields had to be open for take off and landing nore that passengers were having tabletts and purses on their laps. The backrests weren't in an upright position at all. Next thing the pilot did not really speak that great of an english so that the flight attendant had to repeat what he said in order for us to understand it. She announced that all drinks need to be paid for including water coffee and tea. Wow... what an amazing flight. Never again, and I can definitely not recommand this airline to anyone else. Tickets are not cheaper than others the airport is very inconvenient and you have to pay seperatly for everything else which makes it more and more expensive and in the end you don't save at all but actually pay way more than jetblue for example for a poor service and dirty planes. I am evry disapointed well, rather furious I paid so much money and had to check in a personal item that is supposed to be free online.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Would never fly with Spirit ever again.
Cons: Make sure you realize that unlike literally every other airline, Spirit charges you $30 to bring a carry on if you pay in advance online, $55 if you end up paying at check in at the airport, and $100 if you do so at the gate. Carry on, not checked luggage. Every other airline will not charge you for it. If you want to pick your seat, or keep your family together on a flight, you have to pay extra, whereas every other airline, it's pretty much free. Because of this I was placed next to a 12 year old girl by herself in the very back row, thankfully the crew had enough sense to make sure to not let a grown stranger be in this position and moved me to a different seat, but had they allowed free seat choices, she could have sat next to her family and there would never be an issue. If you want a beverage on the flight and didn't pick up your own ahead of time, it will run you $3 while every other airline will give it to you as a complimentary service - meaning no charge. Their website touts that you're saving money on the flight cost by them charging these excessive fees, but I literally only saved $10 from the next highest flight price, ultimately running me $45 extra. Terrible business model.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: 1. I checked-in at the Kiosk 2 hours before the flight. Had to pay for my seat. Not an exit seat, JUST A REGULAR SEAT. 2. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF to "drop off" my luggage, that I was charged $50 for. (by the by - you have a fee for a carry on as well) 3. When I got to finally drop off my bag, it was given a "Late Check-in" tag, per #2, I was NOT late by any means. 4. My luggage didn't make it to my destination AND they would not send it to me because I was "a late check-in" (refer to #2). So I had to wait 5 hours in the neighborhood (thankfully I was from there and had family to hang out with) to go back to the airport and pick up my bag. So, all in all, a $145 ticket would have actually cost me $260. Oh - and you don't even get WATER on board... you have to pay for that as well. If the Spirit airline folks were nice, that might have been okay, but cherry on top SURPRISE - they were rude, borderline hostile. I experienced anxiety on the fact that I had to fly back on this craptastic airlines, so I actually wound up booking a flight with another airline (don't know if I can say whom here - but think.... PlaneAzure) and they were AWESOME. All in all, my new flight only cost me an additional $15 (because I would have had to pay $50 for my one check-in and $13 for my seat - and I'm active military - nope, they don't care). I'm surprised I didn't have to swipe my credit card to pay to use the lavatory. Never, ever again.

Pros: I finally got to my destination.
Cons: Late boarding, lack of communication with customers, no foot room, not even free water - $3 for a bottle of water! Not even a snack unless you pay for it with plastic (wonder how they can do that since US money says right on it "This note is legal tender for all debts public and private."I'm surprised they don't install pay toilets. Very late departure and very late arrival. This is a nickle and dime airline. They advertise low fares and then they charge for everything else at ridiculous prices. By the time you pay for all the extras you could have ridden on a better airline where you could at least get a cup of water. Their web site is a horror story when you try to check in as you go through endless windows trying to sell "upgrades." Of course, you can get a nominal discount on your baggage if you purchase some membership for $59.99! Who are they kidding? I would never fly on this airline again.I realize things cost money but I don't like to be treated like an open wallet instead of a valued customer.

Cons: It was not clearly conveyed when purchasing the ticket that baggage fees were not included in the base price. Thus, we not only had to pay to check 2 bags and 2 carry-ons for 170$, we also had to pay an extra 100$ because our checked bags were "overweight" at 50lbs (they only accept 40lbs bags) - and this was only ONE WAY. We will have to pay that $270 on our return flight as well. Ultimately our baggage fees cost us 4X more than our two ticket fares combined! Now I wouldn't call that a "bargain" by any means - we could have gotten two first-class tickets on delta for the total amount we ended up paying. We will never fly spirit again and will ultimately think twice when booking through kayak. What a bummer.

Cons: I understand it is a budget airline, but after you pay for baggage and seats, you aren't spending any less than on a normal commercial flight. If the flight cost 1/2 the amount as AA, Delta I wouldnt be complaining. But i felt tricked booking through Kayak and not knowing about the extra fees associated with Spirit until after I booked. I have never flown spirit and since i didnt use their website, i saw there are additional fees but there wasnt any pricing. For the same price as other flights, the seats dont decline, no legroom, you have to pay for water, and both flights i booked were delayed. Why send the same about at the end of your travel day to be less comfortable and pay for your drinks? Last time for me!
