Spirit cancelled the flight very late last night, I was on the way to the airport when I found out

I really liked the personalized treatment at the MDE airport, where someone from SPIRIT received me at the entrance of the counter line to ask if the weight of my luggage was accurate or if I wanted a better seat, gave me a name tag for my luggage and walked me to the counter. Thank you.
