787-9 TOO OLD AIRCRAFT , MY SEAT BELT INCORRECTLY FIXED, THE TRAY TABLE SLIDING, REPORTED BOTH , NO CURTESY BY CABIN MANAGER TO APOLOGIZE AT LEAST . FOOD WAS OVERCOOKED : THE PRESENCE OF A CHEF IS JUST A PROMOTIONAL PLOY , WINES EXCELLENT . THE FARE COST IS EQUIVALENT TO QUATAR , BUT TK IS FAR FROM MATCHING THEIR LEVEL BOTH BY AIRCRAFT , FOOD AND SERVICE .. I WOULD NOT TRAVEL BUSINESS WITH TK ANY LONGER .

They’ve got everything right. What a wonderful Airline. Their business class lounges superb. Qantas could learn a lot from them.

The taxi drivers are very rude. Didn’t wait. They said you come in 5minutes or I leave. Did not leave any messages on front desk and they left. We have to hire new cabs in turkey.

Food was surprisingly good for airplane, crew was great, though announcements were sometimes hard to hear. Plane was nice (had great headroom, large screens and big dimmable windows). But seats were uncomfortable in economy (seat width was fine, but not enough shoulder room). I wish I could use my person Bluetooth headphones with screen( I think I could mirror it on my device, but didn’t want to keep tray table down to hold it up).

Great except we ended up leaving almost an hour later than we were supposed to( didn’t start boarding till an hour after it was supposed to start. Crew was great, seats could be better.
