They’ve got everything right. What a wonderful Airline. Their business class lounges superb. Qantas could learn a lot from them.

The taxi drivers are very rude. Didn’t wait. They said you come in 5minutes or I leave. Did not leave any messages on front desk and they left. We have to hire new cabs in turkey.

Food was surprisingly good for airplane, crew was great, though announcements were sometimes hard to hear. Plane was nice (had great headroom, large screens and big dimmable windows). But seats were uncomfortable in economy (seat width was fine, but not enough shoulder room). I wish I could use my person Bluetooth headphones with screen( I think I could mirror it on my device, but didn’t want to keep tray table down to hold it up).

Great except we ended up leaving almost an hour later than we were supposed to( didn’t start boarding till an hour after it was supposed to start. Crew was great, seats could be better.

We traveled Business Class and everything was wonderful.

If I had a chance to rate Turkish airline in negative I will definitely give -100. Worst non professional attitude of ground staff at Istanbul. If I was a owner of Turkish airline I would definitely fire all check-in staff who was on duty for this flight. Rude attitude to all customers. Non availability of food options. Chicken and fish option was finished within 8 rows and only pasta was available (seat rows 25- last row). Seat Front glove boxes were ripped and all stuff was dropping on floor. Flight crew was trying to pacify the customers but this is sole responsibility of the manager who arranged / booked the food for this flight. He must be removed from this position as he has no idea about his job. It was worst flight during my whole life. Never booking again on Turkish airline.

I would appreciate having pillows, blankets, towels, and amenity kits readily available at every passenger’s seat, so that all passengers can easily use them whenever needed during the flight.
