It was fine. I would recommend that when crew see empty seats, they should offer some people cramped in their seats to shift to free seats.

Again the lounge boarding process were the only flaws. I was sitting comfortably in the overcrowded , under-catered business lounge at IST and got a notification in my phone that boarding had started. I rushed to the gate only to stand there an additional 5 minutes before boarding actually began. I could have enjoyed additional time in the lounge. At least they clearly separated business and economy classes in the boarding area so it wasn’t a total mob scene.
