Abysmal overall. Delayed flight caused me to get in with an only 9 minute connection. No help from flight attendants or gate agents to try to make the connection. Second flight left 5 minutes early despite not having at least 10 people on it, including me. Rebooked 24 hours later. I asked four separate delta agents how to ensure my bag would get on the rebooked flight and all assured me it would be there. Landing in Rio right now, 24 hours late, and just got an alert that my bag didn’t make it. Horrible overall experience.

4 hour delay. So our flight schedule mass up. Your worker told me you should rebooking myself. I was very angry. Latam Airline always get the money more through any way. But They have no concern passenger.

Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.

Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day

We traveled with two young children, and it was not possible for our family to be seated together. No one offered help or assistance to organize seating so we could sit with our kids. In the end, we managed to find two seats in Economy so I could at least sit with one of them, even though I had originally paid for Comfort+. In summary, I had to downgrade my seat just to be able to sit with one of my children, which was very disappointing

I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money

It was good, however the airplane was really cold. We received snacks and the crew was friendly.

Hostile flight attendants. Second flight with Jose so much better. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Thanks.

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.

We had to purchase an upgrade to get reclining seats. There was no entertainment module.

As previously experienced neither check in staff nor cabin crew were friendly or welcoming

The seats were the worst I have ever flown Too narrow, did not recline and the actual seat was hard as a rock. I will tell all travelers to stay away from Avianca flights.

We waited for one hour to deboard the plane after landing. That could be better

Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

Charging for WATER on a SIX hour flight in repugnant. Enough said!

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.

This is the Spirit of Latino travel. And don’t even get me started on customer service.

Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
