I booked a flight with them for the Thanksgiving holiday.... I was supposed to travel Wednesday 22 - Saturday to STLand back... I was IMMEDIATELY shocked by only being able to carry 1 personal item... When I found out exactly how small 45 centimeters was...I tried to cancel the trip & be refunded within 5-6 hours.... They told me to fill out a form & return it to them... THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET BACK TO ME WITHIN HOURS TO NOTIFY OF THE REFUND AMOUNT & NOT...I REPEAT NOT ACTUALLY CANCEL THE TRIP UNLESS I AGREED TO THE REFUND AMOUNT... I never heard anything from them! I just assumed it was just taking forever for them to approve my refund... Therefore...assuming that the flight was still booked...SINCE I never APPROVED ANY REFUND... I visited kiwi.com several times before the the trip & there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING informing me of any trip cancellation... I went to the airport... Wasn’t able to board... Talked to kiwi.on the phone... Didn’t find out the trip was canceled until after the boarding was closed for that flight. We have been on 6 flights over the last 8 days, all with Delta and we have already started telling people how wonderful the service was. Sherry on this last flight was amazing, working so hard all by herself as our flight attendant. We were very impressed. And the pilots all came out to say goodbye and thank you. All very nice...esp for me who needed some wheelchair assistance. We will certainly fly with you again in the future.

Three hours delay. I paid for a upgrade to first class. But because of the flight change i didn't get to keep my upgrade and I had to beg for a refund. I have had two trips in the past 5 days and all flights have been anywhere from 1 to 3 hours late. Worst experience with AA I have had in a long time.

My wife is hypoglycemic and requires food. The flight was so early that none of the terminal restaraunts were open, nor did the plain have food for any passengers accept first class. I've purchased a box on other flights, but this one did not provide an option for a box lunch or breakfast.

The seats were uncomfortable. They were hard and so narrow I had to sit crooked in the seat to keep from getting banged into by the service carts and every person going by to the bathrooms. I'm not tiny, but I'm not huge either, it was just overcrowded. It was also very hot in the airplane the entire way from Phoenix to Spokane. My husband, who is always cold, was even hot.

The flight crew was very welcoming and positive. They were attentive and ensures that every one had headsets, blanckets etc for the 8.5 hour flight.

Lacking food healthy food options. No salads or light bites available. The warm food that they did have was terrible and very salty. I wish their in-flight entertainment was not on our own devices because updates to the app are required which you wouldnt know unless you were on the plane and connected to their wifi.

I liked the fact that they were able to find another aircraft for us to travel to Dulles

I didnt like the fact my flight was delayed all that time and i wasnt compensated for it. Airlines charge customers to change their flight all the time. And if you miss boarding you have to wait and be accomadated accordingly. I would like to be compensated for the time that i had to wait because i booked an earlier flight so i could make it back to my destination for other plans

Nothing. I am stranded in an airport. Delayed nearly 14 hours. American airlines fixed the issue since united could not. Never again.

Everything. I am stranded in an airport. My original flight was at 10:05pm. My new flight is at 11:45am. American airlines stepped up and helped me get a flight out earlier. I am now on a one stop flight instead of non stop, even though I paid for direct. Not very happy and will not use untied again.

I love the boarding process. It only makes sense to board the back of the plane first. Finally! They have nice size overhead bins. Love the charging ports in the back of the seats. It seems like someone finally thought through the flight process. Even with a little turbulence the landing was smooth and just a little early.

Not their fault, but not a fan of long layovers. Anything over an hour to an hour and a half is a pain.

Even though I was disappointed by not being able to get the boarding passes from Delta for Aeromexico’s connecting flight to Bogota, I had an agent greet me after customs in Mexico to issue the boarding pass so I could use the transfer flight line. Excellent service throughout the entire trip.

easy but long day coming home

however on the initial trip to cozumel we where rerouted from kc to huntvilles therefore missing our connecting flight to cozumel so the airline was accomodating and reseated us on a flight to cancun instead and I was thankful but i know that that flight was cheaper when i booked this but i didnt want to make the treak to cancun and bus and then ferry to cozumel but ended up doing that anyway is there any way at all to be compensated for the diffrence I am not upset at all but that made for a really long day getting there Just putting it out there

The tickets look like a deal until they charge for every other thing. The information regarding what bag can be carried on without a fee is very confusing. We paid and then saw people rolling cases and putting them in the overhead bin. The seat prices are ridiculous so you don't want to pay for a seat they will assign you for free, I was then told I had to go to the gate to get a seat assignment even though I had already purchased a ticket. I waited for almost an hour before someone showed up. I was told the only seats left were the exit rows. Luckily I am healthy. If I have paid for a ticket Frontier should guarantee me a seat. We had to wait in line even though we had already paid for our bags and some of us went on line and checked in and had boarding passes. Where is the short cut then?? It was so convoluted we will never fly Frontier again. Too much work, let me pay for the ticket and let me have a bag and give me a seat for crying out loud. The flight crew was great. Very nice.

They told me to fill out a form & return it to them... THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET BACK TO ME WITHIN HOURS TO NOTIFY OF THE REFUND AMOUNT & NOT...I REPEAT NOT ACTUALLY CANCEL THE TRIP UNLESS I AGREED TO THE REFUND AMOUNT... I never heard anything from them! I just assumed it was just taking forever for them to approve my refund... Therefore...assuming that the flight was still booked...SINCE I never APPROVED ANY REFUND... I visited kiwi.com several times before the the trip & there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING informing me of any trip cancellation... I went to the airport... Wasn’t able to board... Talked to kiwi.on the phone... Didn’t find out the trip was canceled until after the boarding was closed for that flight. My wife is hypoglycemic and requires food. The flight was so early that none of the terminal restaraunts were open, nor did the plain have food for any passengers accept first class. I've purchased a box on other flights, but this one did not provide an option for a box lunch or breakfast.
