I made a call and left my name and flight information and hope someone will call me tomorrow with an update on my luggage and have it delivered to my home. Because as of right now we have been traveling almost 24 hours from Alaska to St Louis. Please call me if you need any additional information."

Cons: "I tried to get an aisle seat and was told that was what I was assigned when I checked in at Beijing. Even though it was in the Premium section with extra legroom, a middle seat is difficult for a 5' 11" person, especially after flying for as many hours as I flew. I was constantly bumping shoulders with people in the aisle and window seats."

Pros: "This was first Alaska airlines trip and I want to do more! I showed up at the Seattle airport and tried to use one of the many conveniently placed kiosks. I couldn't find my trip, BECAUSE I HAD BOOKED FOR THE WRONG DAY!. This could have been very stressful but an attendant near the (short) line asked me if needed help and immediately redirected me to the VIP line. There, I found another very short line, and smiling, enthusiastic staff. The young woman who helped me got my info, and walked away to get the problem solved with a supervisor. She returned a short time later, my boarding pass in hand, upgraded me to Premium seating and TSA pre check -- without me even asking! On the plane, I mostly slept, but when I woke up I found the attendant had left me my boxes snack which was a mix of nuts and dried fruit in a fancy package. The seats seemed more comfortable than they were in recent trips on United and Southwest. There were plugs everywhere for phone and device charging. There was free wifi(!!). And there were devices available for borrowing. There was even a website for free movie streaming. In a time when most other airlines have sour faced (need to retire!) attendants (Southwest an exception), and EVERYTHING is a la Carte pricing, it is so nice to fly with a company that tries to make passengers happy and comfortable. What a switch!! You"

Pros: "I love the boarding process. It only makes sense to board the back of the plane first. Finally! They have nice size overhead bins. Love the charging ports in the back of the seats. It seems like someone finally thought through the flight process. Even with a little turbulence the landing was smooth and just a little early."

I selected our seating at the time of purchase, checked 24 hours in advance & checked at the front desk before going to our terminal and we still had the seats I selected at all those points. I heard names being called while we waited for our plane, but ours was never called. It wasn't till we boarded that bells started going off & our seating was changed. I spent 8 1/2 hours in pain!"

I would like to say that the staff on the flight from Edmonton to Min. on Nov. 12 were very friendly and helpful. Plane was late leaving and they looked up our gate number for the next flight plus arranged transport within the terminal to help us meet the plane. Worked well."

Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."

Cons: "I called American Airlines as ssoon as I book my trip to set up and make sure my small dog could fly with me. They neglected to inform me their partner, jetstar, does not fly animals. My luggage did not arrive with me. Both of my suitcases were mangled and broken. Items in my suitcases were shattered and crushed even though they were well packed and protected. We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."

Also, the chair made my back hurt, so I did a lot of sitting up straight as opposed to being "in the chair". I noticed that you had snacks for purchase on the flight, but the free snacks were cookies and pretzels. It would be nice to offer a trail mix or dried fruit. Pretzels are good for people who might be a little sick at their stomach, but better snacks are a nice option. I ordered coffee and it was perfect. Overall, the flight was a good flight, just a little tweaking and it would be great. Thanks for asking."

Cons: "The group's for boarding are ridiculous. The back of the plane should board first and so on... the new plane we flew on had the smallest seats we've ever seen. When we tried to board, the crew would rudely say, it's not your turn. We were flying for a funeral and paid a lot for our tickets. We should be treated with respect. One lady said to put our luggage in the first available compartment, then when we tried, another lady rudely said, if that's not where you're sitting, you can't put your bag there. We were embarrassed and when we tried to explain what we'd been told she told us to keep moving."

On JetBlue and Frontier, I have to pull out the back pack during the flight to stretch my legs out, but not on either of these flights. This survey rates entertainment, but there was none. For me that's a great thing (I bring my own), so None gets the 5-star rating for my purposes. Uneventful flights--on time even with a short delay taking off out of MSP."

I arrived in NYC at 10:00 in the evening."

Spoke to a supervisor on duty and she was extremely rude and terrible as far as listening was concerned! Maybe people can be more human during such times, listen and take some feedback rather than stating a loud no and asking straight away to pay?"

Pros: "In flight entertainment was excellent. That was the only thing positive about the flight."
Cons: "Poor service and communication typical for American. Inbound flight was international. Arrived late but 1/2 hour before our departure. Had to wait for that same flight crew to go through customs and immigration. That took over an hour. By the time the plane was boarded and pushed back (over an hour late), we had an ATC ground hold for weather. If we did not have to wait for the flight crew, we would have been on time and not held up by weather. It took 10 minutes to get someone to the Jetway for deplaning when we arrived. We were the last flight to arrive and it took 45 minutes for the first bags to hit the baggage claim."

Cons: "One strange thing happened on my United airlines flight. The crew announced before we boarded that there wasn't enough overhead space for rolling bags and encouraged us to check them in. Upon boarding they announced that all overhead space in the back was full. I sat in the back and noticed that the crew closed the overhead compartments even though they were mostly empty. Another passenger opened an empty one and the crew came over and closed it right away, though many people were still boarding. What's going on?"

One sad items was a soldier had been on deployment for TWO years and was trying to get home. He had been stranded since Friday (it was now Monday). The agent just shrugged and said get in line. Frontier should have booked him on another airline! Finally, a lady in line heard of his plight and bought him a ticket right there on the spot! (on another airline of course). SHAME ON FRONTIER. We will NOT fly them again! #NEVERFLYFRONTIER"

The new seats look very nice, but are just hard plastic covered in faux leather leaving passengers with an uncomfortable experience. They did not recline, which wouldn't have been a problem if the tray tables weren't the size of an iPad mini. The seats were so close together you couldn't even rest forward onto the tiny tray tables without hitting your head on the persons seat in front of you. I am by no means a large person at only 5' 3" so I can only imagine how awful it was for tall people! For a three hour plane ride it would be better to go with any other company."

Cons: "When I got to the gate, I was told that I had to pay $45 for my carry on luggage, which I found it to be somewhat insulting (if I had agreed to check-in the luggage it would have been 'cheaper' only $40). This was the first time I had ever been asked to pay for my carry-on luggage, and the basis for me to never fly Frontier ever again. They claim that it was because of the ticket I purchased through a third party, and I told them that they should not advertise any tickets where you intend to charge people for their carry-on luggage. To make things worse, it appears that Frontier does not participate with the TSA pre-check program, and even though I had my global entry card with me, the officer at TSA pre-check would not allow me through this line because of the airline I was flying with - Never again!!! I suspect that on my way back I'll be forced to pay another $45 for my carry-on luggage, which I despise."

Cons: "Many years ago, I was an Early Rewards member who flew Frontier any time I could. No longer. The ticket price no longer resembles what you will pay. Now they charge $15-35 to get a seat,another $30-$35 to check or carry on each piece, and sit in uncomfortable seats that do not recline. These extra charges cause long delay at the check in counter even if I already checked in and only needed to check a bag because everyone else had to pay. Now I'll only fly Frontier if there is no alternative."

Pros: "I loved the price of the tickets. My children spend the summer between Iowa and Alabama. So we travel a lot. I normally drive to Kentucky to meet up with Grandma to let them go north for part of the summer. However, this year I have planned a honeymoon, and even planned going to Virginia two weekends back to back. I thought I would fly to St. Louis from Atlanta to cut down on the driving. (I tend to get sick on road trips anyway, a flight would be nice). I found these tickets for around $50 each. I needed 3. Got them. The flight to St Louis was quick. We landed 20 mins ahead of schedule. (Made my return trip great as I was back on the same plane and was sorta freaking out about making it back to the gate in time) Landed in St Louis walked to baggage claim met up with Grandma returned with time to spare. The return flight was the same. I did not like the seats. I ended up with a massive migraine no fault of the airline but I would have loved to have been a little more comfortable. It has been a long time from my last flight and this one. The price of baggage went up. (As well as tickets which is one reason its been a while) I did notice that the airline is wanting you to prepay for baggage when you purchase the tickets. In the long run makes in SO MUCH EASIER! And with the most recent issues with TSA and getting through security that speeds things up. I paid for one checked bag. And using the frontier site was cheaper than I would have been charged at the airport. Overall I can't complain. I did make it to and from my destination on time and safely. My bag was in one piece. The seats not being the best is a minor detail. Oh. And unlike some of the other flights this one did not offer free drinks and snacks. I've flown Southwest, and Delta I was offered a soft drink and a small bag of something. I was offered to purchase these from this line. Found it odd."

I didn't expect the best accomidations compared with a major airline. But for a budget airline, I'm actually surprised and happy that there was a straight flight from MCO to STL. I couldn't find other airlines with a straight flight. I also loved how helpful the ticketing personel and boarding employee helped me out and answered some of my concerns. They were super polite and quick to help. They also had a very relaxed/laid back attitude I liked."
Cons: "I understand it's a budget airlines, but I didn't like the fact that you aren't allowed a carry-on item unless you purchase one. Most other airlines would allow one free carry-on and one free personal item. Due to this, I didn't get to pack as much as I needed for my trip. And also, it was not informed that guest had to pay for a carry-on. I was lucky enough to call the hq a day before my flight. It just so happened to be one of my concerning questions. The flight attendants were overall okay, but there were some instances that I felt they were incompetent but also not as thorough. I had trash to throw away and they passed me 3 times before I was able to throw it away. Plus I turned on my assistance light so they would come pick it up, but it took them a good 15/20 minutes to finally check in me and by that time my trash was already picked up. The seats and trays aren't as comfortable as I hoped. And I get it's a budget airlines, but that's also the reason why my flight was less comfortable or entertaining."

Cons: "Despite the fact that their ticket counter was open for other flight departures, they only allow you to check in beginning two hours before your scheduled takeoff time. This really means you have only an hour and a half until your flight begins to board. On the flight they mentioned wanting more people in the exit row, but you would have to pay an extra $50 because it has more leg room, needless to say everyone chuckled at this blatant ripoff attempt. On the flight you have two pay $2 for a small glass of water, not a bottle but a small plastic cup filled primarily with ice. When we landed we had to wait 45 minutes before the checked baggage began to arrive. Overall this is a very poor airline. Watch out for the fees as they charge you $20 for each airline interaction. I would suggest avoiding them if you can as the price rapidly rises above your ticket cost & the hassles for basic services are not worth the cost."

If you're going to make stuff worse for whatever reason at least give a small commodity that improvs the customers experience. The fee for drinks.. I can understand alcoholic beverages, sort of, but just an average can of soda or life saving water... I mean come on, are you going to be charging for the quality of air we get to breath next? And don't even get me started on the $45 bag check fee and $25 carry on fee.. It's legitimately cheaper to have my bag mailed then it is to go through you guys.. Too bad I already made my returning flight with your airline, otherwise I would never be flying it again unless some serious changes are made. There's no warning of these fees either which I'm pretty sure is called... Ahh can't remember the word for it, but I'm pretty sure you guys know what I'm talking about."

Also be ready to take your credit card out every 5 minutes because frontier airlines charges you for just about anything you can think of, I was surprised the water was free. No joke. Almost every other flight is delayed so don't plan anything important within the next 1-2 hours of your final destination. I personally would never fly this airline again, hope this helps."
