Did not rent the car. ACE wanted to charge $35 per day because I was driving to VA. I didn’t see their area restrictions when I rented. The agent ask where I was driving and advised it would be an additional $385 plus an additional $5 a day for my husband to drive. The whole rental was over $1000, so I canceled and went two blocks to Budget and rented for $575 total !Reviewed Apr 28 2023

Please do not use this rental agency. They are predatory and will aggressively try to sell you their insurance, even though legally you aren’t obligated. The car that was rented to me had 80,000 miles on it, some preexisting damage, and the tires were low quality. The location is not convinient. OUrside the airport plus shuttle is not very resposive and people in the counter are rude. Very difficult to communicate with them in person. They changed my car two times. Not recommending ACE from La Guardia.Reviewed Feb 28 2023

Car smelled like cigarettes, radio and blue tooth of the car kept restarting every 10-15 minutes. The service to pick up and drop off car was slow. For the few dollars difference than competitor prices it wasn’t worth it.Reviewed Dec 2 2022
