I rented a mis size SUV to hold 5 people and linens for a week. They gave me a Trailblazer and tried to tell me that it was the mid size SUV when in fact, that would be a small SUV. Three kids had to sit with knees in their chest. So, I had a reservation for the end of August to take my daughter back to school. Can’t risk them saying it’s a midsize, and unlimited miles means you can’t drive to Ohio or you pay a $50 per day fine. So not worth it. I cancelled and paid the extra $20 for unlimited miles elsewhere. I’ll come out better in the long run. Stay Away.Reviewed Aug 11 2024

Drop off was understaffed. I was charged a late fee because it took 15 minutes for someone to get to me to review the car, and they submitted their report 10 minutes after my drop off time. This company also requires you to have full coverage, not just collision. I do not own a car and so had to pay an extra $30 a day to them for this coverage.Reviewed May 4 2024

For whatever reason you always have to wait longer for their shuttle vs other car agencies, the lines for checkout and check-in also are longer, they nickle and dime you on insurance requirements like no other rental car agencies. The car I rented was older and had previously been wrecked and fixed with a bad paint job. Other than that it was ok.Reviewed May 3 2024
