We had to wait about 15 mins for the Wally buses which was very frustrating because the number they asked us to text was wrong and the correct number was busy all the time. The upgraded vehicle was large enough for my family. I didn’t like that I was overcharged for upgrading. The way I determined that I was overcharged is because they said the additional rental was $100.00 per day but they will give it to me for $35.00 per day. That defies logic and made absolutely no sense to give such a deep discount just because you want to be “nice”. Plus they charge me $9.99 per day for toll. I argued that I should be charged after I return the vehicle since it was going to be impossible to know how much I would accumulate in toll charges. The lady refused even when I told her it was unfair. Also I was quoted $284.00 when I booked the initial vehicle and when I picked it up it was $378.00. Very shady car rental company. Never again will I rent from them. I will stick with the major chains who have a character to protect. I was even more upset when the lady kept telling me to give a 10 out 10 review. That is unprofessional and unacceptable to tell a customer what review to give you. It is perfectly fine to ask a customer to give a review but you can’t insist on giving you a certain rating.
