Pros:Pick up was a nightmare. Drop off was very accommodating. Still waiting for my emailed receipt thoughCons:I didn’t get the car I reserved. They had to force me up to a bigger vehicle but they charged me too. I understand if you didn’t have any more economy cars and HAD to move me up to a bigger car, but don’t charge me for it then. Pros:Staff during the check-in process was great. The lady at the counter was very friendly.Cons:Getting the care was different. Unfortunately, Advantage didn't have any staff there and one of the other companies was handling their vehicles. The poor guy was flying solo while handling his company and Advantage. To top it off the first car had an issue with the seat and they had to get another car cleaned and to me, which added about 20-minutes. Also, if you can update the information on the site to show that the pickup location is in TPA's Rental Car Center. It shows an off-site location and I was momentarily lost until someone pointed me in the right direction.Reviewed Jun 28 2021

Cons:When I went to Advantage rental counter, they informed me that the car could not be taken out of a four state area, due to insurance rules. I planned to drive out of the four state area during my vacation. No where in the website used for the reservation, did this information appear, I only saw that the rental included "unlimited mileage. I hope there is NO charges, since the rental from Advantage was not used.Reviewed Jun 11 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly and I was not charged because the type of car I requested was not available.Cons:Hold the car type requested by customers until the time frame for pick up has passed. My reservation was to pick up a minivan at 10 a.m. I was told there was a 4 hour window, but when I arrived a little after 1 p.m. there were no minivans available.Reviewed Jun 9 2021
