New car was not clean when received. Staff was unfriendly. Car battery died twice and they cared little for our inconvenience. In total had to wait 5 hours for roadside assistance. Little communication beyond making sure they read me every disclaimer that I was responsible for the vehicle and may be charged for roadside assistance.. As of right now, no one has reached out and they still have not reimbursed me for the day without a car. Total disaster.Reviewed May 1 2023

I canceled my order, the representatives on the phone, could not understand me, they had no idea what a convertible was, a total run around, from start to finish, I’ll never use a bus again…. Hire people they can speak English.Reviewed Sep 5 2022

I was arriving to the Houston Hobby airport in a car with a friend. I could not determine how to get into the lot to get my rental car. The interior of the car was clean except for the piece of bacon on the emergency brake. The exterior not so clean. The interaction with the person at the counter was great. The drop off at Charlotte airport efficient.Reviewed Jan 20 2022

The car was a beater. Dents and scrapes all over and the “see maintenance” light kept coming on. Upon return our location didn’t exist, along with several others. Nobody at these “drop off locations” knew anything about Avis returns. The customer service line wasn’t much help either. Made for a very stressful evening.Reviewed Dec 28 2021
