Quick and easy pick up at Houston hobby airport. Quick services at the desk in Houston. Always hate getting pressured to buy the insurance though. Check in in San Antonio at north park Lincoln was a mess because the dealership is under construction. But the staff was still helpful.Reviewed Sep 3 2022

We had an amazing trip to Texas and the minivan we rented was comfortable, spacious and held all our things, surprisingly. All the staff at Hertz Rent a Car were helpful and the drop off was quick and right across the street from the Terminal. We loved it!Reviewed Jul 1 2022

When I booked on Kayak, it was one rate. But when I got the counter the Hertz rep insisted it was a much higher rate and forced me to take a $25 a day upcharge for a different vehicle. Very disappointing.Reviewed Jun 29 2022

It looks like they close the pick up center at 11PM and we were there at 11.02PM. They had closed down for the day and it would have been bad for us out there hanging out with the kids. Thankfully the hertz employee agreed to help us and get us our car quickly but the information about the closure should have been made known to us ahead of time.Reviewed May 31 2022

Office was closed when we got to Houston so couldn’t pick up our car. We had to take Uber to hotel and then another one back to pick up cat. You shouldn’t be allowed to rent a car if place is closed. We tried calling hours before we landed. But no one answers the phone. Will never rent from here again.Reviewed Mar 8 2022
