The counter rep with whom we dealt with when we picked up the car, Grace, was very competent but friendly and helpful as well. The rep who went over the car with us was equally competent and friendly. Lastly, the rep we dealt with when we turned in the car, Dan, was also friendly and helpful. Your staff at Dublin were excellent and you should be proud of them.Reviewed May 18 2022
