Car wasn’t as clean as I would have thought they should be for new users The guy who checked us in and the guy who received us after were great! We decided to add a driver after we left and we called Hertz to add a driver and we were told we had to find a nearby Hertz and travel to it. The person on the call told us we could t add someone over a call. When we interrupted our vacation time and walked to a nearby Hertz, the guy said, “You could’ve just did this over the phone.” So, this guy knew his business. I wish people on the phone would be trained correctly because that cost us part of our short three days in Ireland.Reviewed Jun 5 2024
