My drivers license was set to expire just after the rental would have been finished and even though my license was renewed in Canada, they would not allow the vehicle to be rented to me. Had to change to an automatic in my wife's name for an ADDITIONAL $2000.00 for a 12 day rental - total rental cost was $3300.00 Canadian for 12 days - and I didn't get to keep the rental. Pros:The staff were wonderful and very helpful.Cons:We had difficulting finding the drop off location when we wanted to return the car. Once we made it to the return location we were told the directions were located in the love compartment. We wish someone had emphasized this when we were picking up the car.Reviewed Aug 13 2019

Gasoline/diesel is outrageous at liter ratesPros:I didn't get insurance.. broke a mirror and they added insurance after the fact.
