Pros: Staff was great, same with pick up and drop off.
Cons: The Car was absolutely filthy upon pick up. there was food in the back, dirt all over the interior of the car, and socks left in passenger side compartment.

Pros: The man who was handling drop off on Tuesday, January 28, at about 3 pm was fantastic. So helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had the type of receipt I needed to file for reimbursement.

Cons: The car hadn’t been cleaned. The gas tank was not full (they allowed me to return it empty since it was more than half empty when I got it, I appreciated that!). It smelled as if someone had smoked in it and then used cheap air freshener to cover it up. I was glad it wasn’t raining because I had to drive with the windows down the entire time. Even still, when I got to my destination, my family commented that I smelled of cigarettes. I mentioned it smelled as if it had been smoked in to two different associates, but neither of them said anything about it or offered to do anything about it. Had I not been in a hurry, I would have insisted on another car.
