The guys did not have the car ready even when the flight was delayed 30’ . They said 15-20 minutes but I did not have that time as I had to make an important business meeting. I said I need any car now I don’t care if it’s smaller or bigger , they offered me a bigger car but said I have to pay !! Ridiculous so I had no choice but to paid for an upgrade when they had no car ready at the time of my reservation which was 1:30pm or even 1:50pm. Bad bad experienceReviewed Feb 19 2025

Pickup took forever. Wait was almost an hour. The agent at pickup was very pleasant and easy to work with. Drop off was easy and agent was very pleasant. Vehicle was clean and in good condition.Reviewed May 13 2024
