Pros: The airport at AVL is small and nice.
Cons: I understand about the headache Covid-19 has created for all of us. Unfortunately when we got there, they had a Very small sign blocked by a pillar telling folks to merge with all the passengers at the National counter. Well we stood in line for no reason because we had to be at the National line and not the Enterprise line. Then the lady at the counter was nice but appeared she had no clue who we were and why we were there.
Anyway, make the signs more obvious or placing them
At a better location would help...
Cons: They tripled the rate. It was 28 when I rented online. They raised to 51 when I picked it up. I dropped keys in box as there was no one at kiosk when we dropped car off. They charged 150. I called and they dropped to 100. They said we dropped off at 4. It was 12 15. No one checked box till 4. Scammers. Usually its smooth and reasonable.
Pros: Easy to get booked, hard to find drop off or communication with 800 number
Cons: I know there is a pandemic, but the disorganization is hard to deal with.
Pros: Jesse was incredible helpful at the Enterprise counter!
Pros: Staff members were helpful. Drop off was super quick and easy.
Pros: Pick up and drop off very easy and quick...it was a small airport so it should have been relatively easy!
Cons: Kind of misleading pricing...looked like a great deal until you got to the airport, they added all kinds of fees that made the price less desirable, also got locked into the rate by the sponsoring airline when trying to change reservation only gave a voucher for their airline...a total rip off!

Pros: Pick up and drop off were easy. No long lines. Car was clean.
Cons: It was pricey
Pros: Very quick pick-up process without trying to up-sell me. The car was very clean and we were in the car and on the road about 10 minutes after we got to the counter.
Cons: The only negative is the pick-up process went so quickly he forgot to tell me where to go to pick up the car.
Cons: The line & the cost.
Comfortable, convenient rental option
Pros: The person who checked us in was very kind and helpful to work with. We were glad there were not any attempts to upsell more expensive options. The pickup was very easy.
Cons: We had to wait about 10-15 minutes in line because there was only one person working.
