Rented the car ahead of time through Kayak. Showed up and rented the car. Went outside to find out they did not have enough cars and were waiting on cars to come in. There were probably 15 people also waiting. Thankfully it only ended up being an extra 30 mins, but no one notified us at counter.Reviewed Jan 23 2022
