Pros:The staff was so nice and friendly. I had to wait about 5 minutes before I spoke to an agent which was fine. Then we had about a 8 minute wait till the car arrived. It was clean and good for us.Cons:I’m not sure I agree with the “film the car as insurance that you got it in this condition”.
