Worried the car might break down
Pros: The gentleman at checkout in Stamford was quick and professional.
Cons: The car had the wrench symbol (I.e. it was due for servicing) from the get go. The engine did not sound great and rattled such that I was concerned the car was going to break down on me.
The car's tank was only 7/8 full and I had to tell the agent, who had marked it as full on my rental agreement.
When I called in to change my drop-off location it took forever to get someone on the line.

Pros: Robert the manager was great--one of the most surprisingly accommodating, friendly interactions I have ever had at a car rental agency.
