Terrible. The rental was pre-paid, but Budget wouldn't rent without doing a credit check for the deposit. I have no problem paying a deposit and told them that, but I've had my credit frozen for two years due to fraud from a large data-leak. They refused to rent me the car without the credit check so I was stuck at the airport at midnight having to find anyplace open to rent me a car. Won't use Budget or Kayak again to rent a car.Reviewed Feb 5 2026

The only issue was I wasn't aware that there wouldn't be anyone at the counter at drop-off. I was lost as far as the return process and an airport security guard had to assist me. This rental saved us when we missed our flight and needed a quick affordable way home. Budget saved the day! No complaints!Reviewed Nov 10 2023

Cons:Better explanation that I would have to take a Uber or taxi from the airport to pick up the vehicle. I stood in line at the airport for almost 30 mins as they where behind. Once I got to the counter it was explained that I had to take a Uber to the other location.Reviewed May 23 2021
