Cons: I come to Atlanta every summer with friends and this was the 1st time we decided not to stay in downtown since the concert we came for is just south of the city....biggest mistake ever! The room layouts were terrible! Payed for two of the same rooms, both completely set up different. One had a tiny bathroom that only one person could hardly fit in. The other room had a huge bathroom but tiny closet. Our hot water was out so the shower in the morning was like taking the ice bucket challenge. The lobby is nice and that's the only nice thing I can say about the place. And both rooms were paid in advance by me, but my friend got double charged for the room after we left and they won't tell us why other then it will come off the card soon!

Cons: Grungy bathroom, dirty shower curtain, broken tiles, torn carpet, out of date food for breakfast, poor décor, broken bed, lights didn't work, electrical plugs didn't work, further from convention center than you said, beds un-comfortable, overall this place was not as good as a motel 6 or super 8. You mis-lead me on the quality and cleanliness of this place I should have a rebate from the manager offered to discount my first room which I moved out of due to cleanliness. She said it will come from you Hopefully I will see a credit on my charge card soon!
I'll think twice about using your service again!
