Very confortable rooms with nice view on the buildings.
Everyone and everything at the Hilton was great. Really enjoyed your hotel, but not crazy about the garage parking.
The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a 21 dollar fee to park in the parking garage. We were not told this prior to making our reservations, so we were not prepared to have to pay $21 to park our car. Also, our room key did not work 2 times. I had to have it reactivated.
Nice location specially the sky ridges connecting 3 hotels to Leachtree Center very helpful staff good security nice size rooms
great area. rooms are very nice and the bed was sooo comfortable!!!
Lots & lots of interior construction
poor service in restaurant $14.95 for internet no restaurant service after 10:00pm breakfast buffet very expensive
location, friendliness of staff, good service
The staff, rooms & restaurant were very good. Inability to get a late checkout. Everyone referring to me as "oh, that's Booking.com". My travel was changed due to weather (flight). I was charged for nights I did not stay.
The staff tried to be helpful in spite of giving incorrect info twice while I was there - which exit to get off the marta and where to stand for the Expo bus (which the concierge actually walked me to the area which was incorrect). The hotel was quite dated and the bedding was awful. My back hurt for two days after sleeping on the substandard beds. The pillows were too flat for just one and too high for two - feathers. In the bathroom there weren't any vents and you could hear everything from the room upstairs - yikes!
This hotel should be closed while being remodeled. The smells noise and dirt are awful. The noise was truly unbearable. And my room was not remodeled. Sticky floor that I asked to be cleaned and never was. Old beat up furniture. Leaky faucets. Toilet that wouldn't stop running. You'd think it was a roadside motel that rented rooms by the hour.
Location Hotel under construction, loud noises in the am, room smelled like paint, a little ghetto
I loved Jazzy J in the club lounge ! He was SO AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL Spirit! Supurb customer service ! I loved the indoor pool garden ! Wish there was a sauna .
Location and price. We requested 2 beds and a pull out or cot on this website. We were told that that set up was a fire hazard and no room in that hotel was set up like the one we requested. We were given the "hospitality suite" which consisted of a bed that pulled down from the wall, a pull out couch, and a cot they had to roll in. There were no actual beds.
The hotel was beautiful very clean the pool was great and the staff was very friendly The bathroom door did not lock and the sound proofing for the rooms were awful
Middle of all that we needed. Can walk to just about anywhere from the hotel. Friendly staff and if we had known how nice the pool was going to be then we would have brought our swimsuits. They were doing construction during our stay. The walls are really thin and we could hear the plumbing at all hours
Everything was good except for the parking The fact that no one told me I would have to pay for parking till after we checked out
A little bit for everyone Children in your spa area and in spa playing quite a bit. Loud .
Rooom was clean and comfortable Getting to the room was very odd, we had to walk around the entire building! You could not get there from here, If your out to get your steps, stay here! They were under construction, so I assume that they will be fixing this problem! But STAFF was Great!
Friendly staff Clean rooms
I love the pool area and the staff was very friendly! The room was not clean and the beds were old, worn and squeaky.
The workout room was nice and clean.
I like the lobby area, the front desk personnel were great. I was able to checkin before assigned time given I enjoyed the pool area. Great location, center of downtown, walking distance to everything. The room were nice, I slept comfortable, the bed were inviting. The parking was ridiculous. They should not have been a charge for this.
Very nice, clean, and convenient. Way too expensive. Their green housekeeping program was confusing. Food at the hotel was also outrageously priced for quantity and quality of the food.
Clean room 45 min check in, valet was full, took 2 hours to get s toothbrush
They had amazing customer service!
it was a nice room and pool. no where to park except down the street at midnight in downtown atlanta with my daughter. we first sat for 45 minutes to get into the mariott only to find out they had no parking because it was full and so we had to go down the street park in a parking garage, and walk back two blocks with our luggage at midnight. I will next year stay someplace that offers more to there guests. I was disappointed also in the staff very unhelpful, I just was not impressed at all with what I got for my money
The bathroom needed a fog fan. One of the shower doors didn't move very well.
Customer Service, lobby, Starbucks on site $35/day for parking
Big hotel. Accommodated my early arrival. False alarm went off at 5:30am, waking all guests. It was not resolved until about 20 mins later.
Overall, pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Would definitely reccommend
Short weekend trip and could not have asked for more. Excellent service and friendliness impressed us and our friends. It was perfect. Nothing. It wasperfect
Great staff, perfect location, very central. Unique architecture. Highly recommend.
the restaurant service was awful. we went every night. food was great, service was terrible.
Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Air worked great. There was alot going on at the hotel that weekend but check in was pretty quick and the riom was extremely quiet.
I like being close to the Atlanta area. I like the building architecture and the modern furniture. After getting our key room, the reception attendant was not too clear about our floor number or room number, so we got of course in the wrong elevator (I had all the bags and three small kids). It was a little frustrating I wished more hospitality and clarity for our first time there... Then the next day the alarm clock in the next room to ours started beeping at 5am with no one there to turn it off. I had to call the guest services to ask for someone to turn it off. Of course all the kids I had sleeping with me woke up at 5am!!! not the way you want to sleep at a 5 star hotel!
Great meeting hotel, with the best and friendliest staff anywhere. Really good lunch options are in the contacted food court.
Great staff, great location, great place
Location and the people are awesome. Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.
Computer downtime meant manual check-in system with pen and paper. They had all hands on deck and handed out vouchers to guests in long line, served drinks (alcoholic included) at no charge, and walked you to your room. Overnight parking was very pricey (I think $35/day).
Very modern and clean! Really enjoyed my stay there! I did not like that the hotel charged me $126.00 to park my vehicle for a 2 night stay. I was not informed of this charge until check out.
I like the fact that is in the city ,and I didn't had to rent a car everything is just there great location. But the room that I got its wasn't clean everything just was dasty the sheet was very dirty I don't think that hotel with high quality like the say but honestly it's wasn't athe all I'll give it rate 5 star only because the location was great.
Excellent front desk and bell staff. Plenty of rooms for early check-in. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city. The interactive TV menu is cumbersome, the mouse on the remote is crap and takes like a million spins to get anything done. Its just not very usable sometimes.
Loved the location? Could of been a little cleaner.
initially given poor room. charge for room from Hyatt showed up on my card
Comfortable bed , I was upgraded to a king and also put up on a higher floor by request. The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.

The room was huge and beautifully appointed. The location was pretty good but it was a bit of a walk to get to a better pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. When we arrived our toilet was not working, we called down twice to have it fixed and no one ever came up so we ended up fixing it ourselves.
Good location for my needs. Restaurant in hotel and within a block of the hotel. All in all a good choice for me. Not really.
Everything... Simple Elegence.. Awesome Accomadations
Beautiful hotel, lovely atmosphere, the room was like an apartment. The front desk clerk was not very friendly and it took her a while to get each person checked in. She also didn't give me much information about the hotel, we were left to figure it out ourselves, but she told us what would get us kicked out. STEREOTYPING
The room was very nice with modern design and great view with balcony, also area was convenient. The staff was rude aside from one exceptional hostess staff was not concerned about guest needs t.v channels were not coming in and was fuzzy.

I loved the city view and how convient it was to different locations in Atlanta
needs new furniture furniture
Private balcony great security Couldn't smoke on private balcony
The staff was amazing! They were all extremely helpful, friendly and caring. The food was excellent. The bathroom shower had a little bit of mold starting. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom except for the mold starting
The staff was excelent. The bars in the hotel were great and the convenience of great restaurants was wonderful.
I love, love, love the dark cool colors of the room and the modern design! I also loved the peak-a-boo shower! I did not like the $30/night parking fee.
I loved the decor of the rooms,it was very romantic and exciting. I enjoyed the whole stay!!!!
Great Concierge - Indira Wrick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, Thanks!!!! Cant think of anything I didn't like
The nice staff, the incredible view and the accessibility to everything we were doing that weekend. No.
Free hotel car within downtown area
It was a cool, fun hotel. The room was tiny for the price and the shower did not have a door so it was freezing!
The friendly effective checkin, the pool area, the BLT, the bed Ordering a burger at the pool - it took more than an hour to arrive ? Minibar was not replenished on a daily basis
The facilities and location The way the staff stared and treated us as if we didn't belong there. It was a long three days.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and clean. The drinks were too notch. The weather...... But that's not your fault.
Very clean and modern looking. Nice spot for couples or adult fun. Very dark motif. very busy with non-guests but guess the marketing dept is heavy on the events
Beautiful corner room! Very chic and modern. Great staff.
Great location. Marta was across the street and five points station is one stop away. Easy to get to turner field and main attractions. Room was clean. Hotel lobby was nice. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Only one of my keys to the room worked but staff fixed that.

Location, location, location!!!! From Americasmart.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel!! A very beautiful place!!!!! Valet was superb and were very personable and professional. The front desk workers didn't have any personality and were not very nice at all. Their attitude was the same as I checked in as well as when I checked out.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I was placed in a dirty room with a used malfunctioning shower that maintenance was nice enough to help. No rooms were vacant to get relocated. A stained pillow that smelled horrible. Was given the wrong number to get money place back on my card.HELP!!!!
The hotel is in a great location (walking distance to a lot) and is spotless but best was the comfort of our room the bed was excellent and it was VERY quiet on our floor! No.
Recently updated very modern and clean. the Layout is strange.
I stayed in this hotel because I was in town for a conference its hotel was booked solid so I choose Hotel Indigo as an alternative. I was thoroughly impressed by the room, it was stylish and cute, the food was great and the staff was super helpful. This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the U.S. I liked that it was quaint when compared to something like a Hyatt. I was a really wonderful hotel and if I visit Atlanta again, I surely will be staying there.
The location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean no
The Indigo is beautiful, it exceeded our expectations even in the 4 star category. The staff was mindful and courteous. It took a little longer than expected for the Valet to bring our car to the front. If the hotel is busy it is very difficult to pull in front for the Valet. The location is terrific but getting in and out can be a pain.

Location and the fact that it's new and modern The staff. I was charged for parking despite it being advertised free parking and my telling the clerk when I checked in.
The location, the friendly & helpful staff, and the very comfortable room made for a really nice stay. I really didn't expect to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Of course, I always appreciate a free muffin or donut at breakfast when I'm paying over $100 per night, but this isn't a deal breaker for me.
The staff at the front desk were exceptional The internet connection was unstable
It was located to what we were visiting but a little far away from other areas of interest (midtown) The bathroom door did not stay closed or lock.
I love the front desks agents and staff they all were WONDERFUL!! VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE LENGTH IT IS STILL TAKING TO CLEAR A CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO MAKE RESERVATION TO MY BUSINESS CARD.. SO MUCH CONFUSION .. NO ONE RETURNING CALLS!!! VERY UPSET ..
Everyone and everything about the room was great. I would most definitely stay there again. It was was in walking distance from the aquarium and moat of all my little girl enjoyed it the most.
Excellent & friendly service Lackluster breakfast selections
Friendly staff - accommodated every request I had Location Facilities Clean Slow elevators - need additional signage for the second elevator and stairs
I enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel, although almost too much. Nice, clean facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Hard wired ethernet connection. Free WIFI Bathroom door was a sliding door which didn't lead to very much privacy. Wouldn't be a huge deal to a family but you couldn't feel comfortable using the bathroom for fear of someone hearing :) The overall lighting in the building was a little dark. I think they were going for a low light, kinda intimite feel but it was almost too much. Almost spooky in some instances. No breakfast. Price.
Close to attractions. Breakfast.
Very comfortable beds, very clean, nice breakfast. Parking wasn't the greatest although at least they had off street parking in an enclosure for safety, at a price. When you walk out the hotel gate you meet immediately with street people asking for money.
Appreciated the shuttle. Kind of noisy
Had a really great stay here for a conference: very comfy bed, big and clean room, nice free breakfast, 24h meals available, free wifi. Short public transport ride away (walkable) from mid town and pretty close to downtown sites. Bathroom was a bit small but this wasn't really an issue.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Nice to have breakfast available. Tea at the end of the day was relaxing. Enjoyed the large TV and opportunity to rent a recent movie while relaxing in our room.
Warm, friendly and helpful.
The crews are very kind. The breakfast can be carried out for eating in the room. The location is very good that 5 min to the metro station. The content of breakfast is a little bit simple. No much option is obtained. I wish I can have ham, eggs, and cheese.
Charming staff, free shuttle bus round town, free breakfast, convenient location, good bar next door
Fantastic , helpful and enthusiastic staff . They make all the difference
The hotel shuttle service. The lack of a hotel manual (stating the time for breakfast, the possible extra costs, nice things to visit in the neighbourhood of the hotel, etc.).
The hotel is located at the heart of Atlanta, within a walking distance (10 minutes) from the Atlanta Aquarium, New World of Coca-Cola and cnn headquarter. It's a good alternative for pricy hotels of the downtown district. The huge advantage of this place is breakfast, wifi and the 3-miles radius shuttle included in the price. It means easy access even to more distant attractions like High Museum of Art (really woth seeing) or galleries at the Atlanta Station. very comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Depending on the room location, you can end up with a nice panorama of Atlanta or a concrete wall, which was my case. But after all, it may happen in any hotel, and the room is basically for sleeping, and not admiring views :-)
Breakfast - waffles were very good! Proximity to downtown also good
The location of the hotel is well suited to reach downtown things to see and do. The hotel is in a dilapidated state. To be fair, the hotel is in the middle of being refurbished, however, it would have been nice to know about this beforehand. This means sections are inaccessible and noisy builders are around during day time. Room door didn't close well. Staff is friendly, though.
Positive attitude of staff to handle any & every matter....keep it up
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Close to the main attractions
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good-- a couple of blocks from the Peachtree marta station. The room was in fairly poor shape, and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired--the bathroom floor was never swept in the 4 days and 3 nights I was there, and it seemed as if the room was not actually being cleaned during the day, just towels being replaced and bed made. The hotel had begun a much-needed renovation about a month before I stayed there, so hopefully things will be better for people who come later.
I liked the fact that my room had a stove, refrigator, and microwave. This was convient for a family that do not want to eat out every night. I did not like the bed, it was very low to the ground and the could not sleep. I also woke up with back pain. I also did not like the fact, my family did not have any soap and lotion. The bathtub was also not really clean.
Very nice and friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The room had an odor due to wet carpet. It was evident that this was an older facility that had been rennovated.
Close to downtown, easy to get to freeways
The people working there were friendly and helpfull The first room they gave us the air was not cooling the room. The next room they gave us by the next morning the whole floor by bathroom and sink were wet. Finanly they gave us a 3rd room and it was ok. They had only 2w4 room they were using and the rest were under renovation.
I like the service . The rooms need improving.
Your hotel "security" have (little) to no public skillscat all and should be re-school'd in public relations, and your room carpet must not have been "cleaned" not ever at all,hummm.....??? Therefore,my stay at this "dump" was a "nightmare" to remember! ...Yeah, when it was time to check-out the next morning!
Roaches in room for real. Very bad neighborhood! Noisy at night with booming radio in parking lot. I slept maybe two hours...NOT A good hotel. Pretty much everything. I am not pickt at all. I just want clean and quiet. Savannah suites was neither.
Too much smoke of cigarrete.
The fact it is near to most places i was interested. I was having a meeting at Hilton Atlanta. I loved the hotel because it is at walking distance from the Hilton Atlanta. Though it is at walking distance to get into most of my business places, I was informed that the area around was unsecured. I have seen some people siting around the hotel. That was frightening for me because that was my first time to be in the USA. But nothing happened to me.
Convenient to local attractions, i.e. Coca Cola, CNN, Aquarium Lots of homeless/vagrants sleeping, standing around hotel entrance made walking around the area uncomfortable.
It's really cheap, the staff is really nice. It truly is in a very shady neighborhood. If you're not wandering around after dark, you're probably okay... I also wasn't crazy about the two cockroaches...
the price and was within walking distance to the Fox. the homeless people right outside the fence area....bad area.
no iron, key card difficulty, and hours of operation (closed at 9 p.m.)
Too noisy - unsafe location
It was nearby the conference I was attending at the Hilton at a much more affordable rate, yet provided needed facilities... hot shower, comfortable room and free wireless internet.
I was pleasantly surprised at how great this Motel 6 was!
Staff are helpful, location is good
This Motel 6 was very clean. They have ceramic floors instead of the carpet, which is a huge plus! Bathroom, beds and room were clean. I would definitely stay here again if I need a few nights cheap stay in Downton Atlanta. Also the parking was a plus. We felt very secure. The elevator seemed a little small and outdated, but the stairs did us just fine. Even on the 3rd floor it wasn't that bad of a walk.
staff was helpful No, requirements were met
Great service, price and location. I would stay there again.
Clean but very basic. Good Internet access. No B-fast. Right on major free way. Sketchy neighborhood. To expensive for what it offers ($ 99.00 a night).
The front desk receptionist was knowledgable and friendly. Checked in st 5PM and room was not ready, but this was due to the influx of people leaving the motel due to Hurricane Matthew.
The wonderful staff! The vending machine goodies were past Best By date
The proximity to the major hotels where the meeting that I was attending took place. lack of small shampoo samples
The geographical location, being close to many turistical attractions. Very close to the highway. Some rooms are quite noisy all the time.
The location of the motel 6 was nice. It's walking distance to many things in downtown atlanta. The staff was horrible. They were extremely rude and were even hesitant to give us extra towles. I will not stay here again, especially since I can Priceline a nice hotel for even cheaper! The hotel rooms are also very small like a tiny dorm room.
