Pros:Staff was courteous and quick to facilitate the rental. Pick-up and drop-off were very easy.Cons:Avis claims to "feature a 100% smoke-free fleet" but they seem to have missed at least one vehicle. The smoke odor was terrible in our rental and made any car trip over our vacation week rather unpleasant.Reviewed Jun 27 2021
