The staff was amazing. You couldn't ask for better service and friendliness.I really enjoyed my visit.I The cleanliness of the Hyatt I felt could of been better. Our room was dusty when we arrived, which surprised me.Cleaning supplies were left in bathroom, and 1 small bar of soap was left for the two of us.It wasn't terrible just surprising because of the friendliness and excellent service.I wasn't going to comment because everything else was wonderful but. since I received the survey I deceided I would.Thank you again.
Coffee service in the morning (much better than those little in-room coffee pots) Very polite, helpful staff, especially the chambermaids Convenience for our purpose Great value through Kayak Check out at 12 (instead of 11) Gym was a bit small (therefore crowded) Atrium was under construction which was okay but a little unsightly Big hallway leading from parking lot is just plain ugly
self parking i s $12 per night. what a rip-off the hotel does nothing for it. there is no security in the parking lot.
Comfortable beds, well-located if you have a car. Beautiful indoor garden. Very noisy - you can hear everything in surrounding rooms. Unfriendly and unaccommodating front desk staff. What seems like an oppressed cleaning staff. High parking rates just to park at the hotel. Extra charge for high speed internet. Unappealing pool and gym. Overpriced food. No flexibility for later check-out.
Professional and friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed! Overall hotel is magnificent. Free coffee and tea is served next to elevators in every morning. We've also enjoyed pool and spa. Free breakfast would be nice.
Pool was overrun with 15 kids at a birthday party
Beautiful Atrium. friendly staff. Noisy. High parking rates. Unappealing pool-not that clean Overpriced food.
Customer service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and positive. Your shuttle drivers couldn't have been nicer. We were in Greenwich for a funeral, without a car. Your Shuttle service was one of the main reasons we chose the Hyatt. Faith
The rooms excellent I liked everything
Walls are paper thin and guests like to scream in the hallways and all common areas
Breakfast was wonderful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Cost for water and self parking. Rooms not as pictured online.
Atrium is a nice look and close to highway I can understand a valet parking fee, although excessive at $25, but a $12 park yourself fee at a hotel not in a downtown area with a huge parking lot is not nice.
The user interface for getting connected to the WiFi was the worst i have experienced compared to the many other hotels at which I've stayed. I walked my device down to the front desk twice to get help where the gentlemen who attempted to help were unsuccessful. I don't know if the server was experiencing because eventually (an hour later) the connection was made, but i needed the connection quickly. I needed to resort to using the computers in the lobby.
Updated and easy to get to Had to pay for wifi- and had a big bug in the shower
I like that it was tucked away from the highway and from any busy streets. The ambiance was very professional; very nice decor; generous sized rooms and very bright lights in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have free wifi.
The area is beautiful, the hotel is massive and very clean. I didn't stay long enough. Checked in at 1am, checked out 10am the next morning.
Nice atmosphere, pool is good, friendly staff The high amenities fee, the noise of the local train, room was old.
The experience was invisible, just the way I like it. I didn't have to "deal with" anything. Everything was taken care of. Breakfast buffet was a little bit of a rip-off. After saying "yes" to coffee, anything ordered other than the buffet seemed not worth it. Buffet items listed on the menu were not available once you commit to the buffet (smoked salmon, bacon).
Everything was good but to pay parking wen you are staying there i never pay parking staying in the hotel my first time Did not know if i did not walk in the room in white socks how dirty was gest it better hard wood floor to clean o shampoo de rooms because vacuum it not only for cleaning at lest one every 6 month thad just me
The food was great , and the hot water was good No Ac , didn't work well at all . The tub drain was very slow I stood in water while I showered . Beds were a bit to lumpy , hard. Didn't sleep well in the room at all , to warm 73 % .
Parking is confusing
It has a grand entrance/lobby and overall is a nice hotel. The bed was super comfy, the garage was well lit and felt safe, and the view was amazing (9th floor with city/water view). Bathroom was nothing spectacular, but felt clean. There was old gum on the carpet in front of the bathroom door and next to the bed, ew. The pool area was super depressing, didn't use it once because of that (stayed 5 nights), needs a complete remodel. There's an additional charge for parking and WI-FI.
never got to check in...arrived sunday instead of sat.
Compliments to Thedia at the front desk. Very kind and welcoming.
Clean, Comfortable rooms , comfortable beds Not within walking distance to the downtown area.
I want to commend Gary, one of the van drivers for helping me with directions, he seemed to know what I needed before I did. Thoughful and considerate
Pay for parking Not enough parking Pool closed for private event Overcharged and had to get refund (still working) No microwave or fridge in room. Had to get access to club room
Like the pool , lobby and room the view. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. No fridge in room. Wasn't able to charge any of our phone.
The waitress at breakfast was extremely accomodating and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was a very sparse continental style. We had stayed there several years ago and the breakfast buffet was far better; a full buffet.
Room was comfortable. Being charged for parking at the hotel's own parking lot. A not so subtle tactic for padding charges for the room. Reminds me of the tactics of cellular companies that dream up an assortment of additional charges to the stated price of service.
The stay could be overall satisfactory. I love the location and the hotel looks great! A lady wakes me up early in the morning, while clearly I turned the do not disturb key on. And by 9 am it was impossible to continue to sleep because someboddy was shouting loudly spanish songs while cleaning the room next door. These are what ruined the stay for me.
It was a decently priced room close to the city, the hotel looked really fancy. The whole experience was weird, you have to pay to park in a parking garage that's attached to two hotels, the lobby is huge and inconvenient. One of the staff was really rude to my wife when she asked for some silverware, and for some strange reason they held an additional $30 for an accommodation fee which we were never told about. It's not a really big deal but the room didn't have a fridge which was a little annoying.
It was noisy. Rolling cleaners and guest luggage in the hallways. Our key did not work and the engineer had to come. he was nice.
convenience big place
Breakfast wasn't included
Staff were super helpful and courteous. Price was way less than half of what it would have cost us in NYC. Train to NYC was 45 minutes and hotel has free shuttle to train station. Bathroom door was very squeaky but they fixed it quickly and were genuinely concerned with guest comfort. Sound proofing between rooms not super great but still overall very good experience.
Loved our room. Wish we could always request the same room. Husband has limitations on walking long distance. The woman at check in was most accomdating. We were close to the elevator. Kudos.
Centrally located for our purpose; nice lobby area for meeting/conversation; helpful staff, convenient, moderately-priced parking; clean, well-appointed rooms No complaints
Quiet and comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Good breakfast at hotel restaurant. Noisy atrium on weekend even late into the night. Out-dated pool area.
the comfort of the beds. housekeeping was not good.
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Proximity to the mall and restaurants is nice. I'd prefer free parking, but who wouldn't?
Nothing Parking was supposed to be free when I booked and I was charged for parking when I arrived. Our first room smelled of BO. We were moved to an alternative room, which was fine.
The staff were especially friendly and helpful
The hallway my room was on smelled like complete throw up and had a horrible odor until later on in the night. Understandably, it was new years day when I came but the hall should of been sprayed or contained the smell. That is the only negative thing I have to say about my stay.
Cozy stay. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops. The breakfast wasn't so great. I really dislike fake eggs.
nice decor, good location No window on room, only one soap bar, uncomfortable bed and pillow, YMCA exercise music at 6AM, difficult parking lot
They were friendly the rooms were clean and we weren't bothered all weekend They had one small elevator for the entire hotel and it was unbearably slow. Then if you went to take the stairs they were filthy.
Party Central. Music playing all night. Apparently unsupervised children in the room next to me, while the parents hit the bars. The room itself was average, sort of a mix of honeymoon suite and no-tell motel vibe. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, and the shower (sized for two, no tub, low water pressure) had an awkward layout. The website makes no mention of fact that parking is available or how to access it. By the time I got to the desk and learned that there was parking, I had already paid to do so at the public garage next door. When I turned in my key, the desk clerk ask how my stay was. "Fair". "Oh, that's great!"
Staff was very friendly and let us do a late checkout. There was barely any parking for the hotel. Caused a big inconvenience because parking is limited. Wish we knew that before we got there.
Hotel Zero Degrees has a great location, helpful, friendly, and professional staff, deliciois breakfast, and clean, modern rooms. It seems to be a well cared for, updated building with nice decor. As others have mentioned, the walls here are quite thin. Staying here on Valentine's Day presented a symphony of noise through the walls on all sides. Also, like many hotels, the heat/AC left me bone dry by morning.
Close to downtown Small room.
Staff was friendly and facilities were fine. Found bed bugs in my bed.
The location is great for where we needed to be. The entrance to the property is 'grand', really liked driving up. The restaurant is 'cellar 49' is in the basement, cosy and intimate. Great service, helpful and super friendly! ... The noise! They need to insulate the walls! We were placed in the 'Weschester' part of the hotel (someone told us it is the quietest area), you could hear the guest next door talking on the phone, hear what he was watching, and hear every single passerby in the hallway chatting away...
The building was beautiful and classic. Closer, than I thought, to NYC, but probably need a car to get there. The restaurant was good or okay. It is also a great wedding destination. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay there. The service at the restaurant (Celler 49) was a little slow and strange. Food was good or okay. However, it will not stop me going back Tarrytown house estate in the future.
The pool was 21 and over and served GREAT drinks! The staff was very nice We didn't eat breakfast there because of the price. It was expensive.
clean room big room nice furnishings great view shower had low water pressure hotel is a maze to navigate
Location in Tarrytown, NY, overlooking the Hudson, friendly upbeat staff, parking on site was convenient, price was great through Kayak, pool was nice and warm, racquet ball court was great! Food at Cellar 49 was tasty. The doors to the room do not close automatically when one exits their room. At one point, I notice that 3 of th4 doors in our area were left ajar by accident. To actually close and lock a bedroom door, one must pull it really hard to make sure it closed. What I am saying is that this is pretty unsafe for women who may be traveling alone and also, throughout the night, I we heard was other guests SLAMMING their doors closed. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they seemed surprised to hear this. Some of the paint, wall paper, flooring (in pool bathrooms), need serious sprucing up. Also, air conditioners seem to leak or stain the outside of the building and when I looked out my window, I saw rust stains running down the side of this building. For a Destination property, I expected more in this respect. As my only Destination point of comparison, I have stayed at the Wild Dunes Resort in the Charleston, SC area, which was AMAZING!
Professional service and a classy clean look. We can't wait to stay there again.
Spent the weekend at the estate when I proposed to my girlfriend. Staff was very accommodating to my requests to surprise her and Alex even had a few extra special touches to add to our stay.
Their staff was very helpful and friendly.
The pool is great, the employees are very helpful and kind, and the place is beautiful. Nice pool, too. I only wish there was someplace to eat on the grounds aside from the pricey Cellar restaurant, since we kept having to take cabs to the main part of town to find restaurants.
Everything at Tarrytown House was just so easy - easy check-in, perfectly comfortable room, and the front desk was so helpful (setting us up with cabs, for example). Plus, the grounds were so green and lovely. Highly recommend - a great value for the cost of the room.
Hilton Honors floor. Restaurant was good. I didn't have the buffet like most guests. The kitchen made me a custom omlet and did a good job.
fitness room comfy king bed shower good pool area - dingy
Good staff, clean comfortable updated rooms.
Nothing Went there for the pool for the kids. Was closed. They never offered to call when it opened
Easy modern clean Parking is tight
I didn't like the heater in the room was very noisy and the chair in the room was dirty
Can only say perfect
Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel was a little worn down, bed pillows were terrible. There was a lot of noise from a group of people yelling and partying in the hallway late at night and we also were in the room next to an unruly individual and ended up with hotel security coming up to defuse the situation. Please see email that I previously sent this morning. We would never use this hotel again.
Nice rooms, although a little on the small side. Great location while visiting Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Elmsford, etc. Cooper Mill restaurant is comfortable with good food and provides the room service. Did not make use of the spa, but it looked nice. Excellent service at the front desk. Very accommodating of any request. Evenings when there are company parties and weddings in the ballroom, parking can be a problem. The ballroom can handle very large groups. There is plenty of parking available but it can be a long hike to carry your luggage. We experienced this twice during our four night stay. Coffee service in the lobby is Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday only, and then coffee is not served until well after 7:00 am. Do not plan on coffee service from the lobby.
Not so many people there and it is very quiet place to relax and peace. so we came at the right time!;) One mattresses is very soft and floppy which makes my back hurt. Plse check the matrress... Also needs a bigger table instead of square table so can put some food on instead on the dresser...
The beds where comfortable, good water pressure and got water. Plenty of parking. Not happy that we had chipping ceiling paint over the bed. Don't be fooled when your told you have a room with a view of the pool. It was noisy, could bot open the windows for fresh light because of pool was right there, and random people walked up to the glass sliding doors to sit in chairs directly in form of our room.
HOT WATER WAS LACKING ,THE 16 KIDS IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME HAVE A BARMITZFA, TILL 430 IN MORNING KIND OF GOT OLD BUT EVERYTHING ELSE GREAT
Stayed for three day instead of staying in a NYC hotel. Beautiful rooms, fantastic bathroom, kind staff and great spa facilities.
The rooms were beautiful, updated and huge. The bathroom was wonderful aswell. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The front desk staff seemed to be a bit incompident with hotel details such as hours of the spa and restaurant and how the computer system worked. It seemed like there were a lot of 'new' people on staff.
This is a great hotel if you want splendid service and excellent accommodations. It is a bit on the sleepy side--there's no bar owned by the hotel with a lot of activity. But you can have a quiet drink in the lobby restaurant.
The room's bathroom facilities. All staff interactions were great. Parking was $30 for the night.
Sometimes my wife is right on the money. NYC congestion I can live without. I stay here I save half my money and get 2x the service...This hotel is brand spanking new...like walking onto an elegant Starship...USS Comfort...we came to nyc, felt relieved at the end iof the day....the Malls are right next door!
I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and outdoor pool :) Didn't like that only 1 elevator was working at the time of my stay.
quick check in, breakfast, clean room and bathroom Line for breakfast was way to long, dining area wasn't up kept very well, neither were the elevators.
The restroom was uncleaned and the room was very small
No dresser in the room.
I felt safe lots of noise from the highway. Only one elevator was working. Room wasn't ready when we got there
Staff was friendly. For the area this is the best priced hotel. It was clean and quiet which great. Quiet in the sense that even though there was a lot of people staying there I never heard anything throughout the night. The free breakfast and shuttle were also great. I travel to the area quite a bit and I think this is the hotel I will stay at every time.
Location 227 is a sad, little room. A queen room at the Hampton Inn. It is unloved and uncared for. If the room were located in Paris, France or a berth on a cruise ship it could be considered spacious but by typical standards it can only be described as tiny. There is no chest of drawers. Guests must leave their clothes in their suit cases or stuff the two night stand drawers. The bath room contains the typical notice indicating that for ecological conservation linens left on the towel racks will not be laundered. Sadly, the bathroom is so cramped there is no room for a towel rack. Clean linens are stacked from counter to the ceiling on shelves. Used linens can only land on the floor. There is abundance in other areas. Two arc lights outside the window of room 227 bath the seven storied building in light. The lights also perpetually bath the room in light. At night, the blackout curtains glow at the edges framing the window as if morning is always eminent. The door to room 227 is located about 12 inches from the door leading to the pool and parking. There are 5 parking levels at the Hampton and the easiest access to most rooms in the hotel is through this second story access. SCREEEEEEEECH-BANG goes the second story entrance door hundreds, possibly, thousands of times throughout the night and day. Management and staff dislike room 227 as much as the guests. Neglect and frustration is clearly present. Controlling the water temperature in the tub is frustrating. Turn the control knob too far and the water is icy cold. Turn the knob too little and the water is icy cold. Like a modern day Goldilocks, guests need to turn the knob on the tub ‘just right’ to get the water temperature close to what a human could sustain. The tub spigot and the shower head are not affixed to the wall. Diverting the water to the shower head is troublesome as the spigot moves around as the guest attempts to send the water to the shower head. Do not think that your HHonors will help you here. Staff has learned, or possibly well trained, to contain prepaid guests to room 227. Ask for relocation and offending guests are given static and treated as trouble makers. Room 227 does have a redeeming quality. Having been a guest of room 227, I affirm to live a better life and treat my fellow passengers on earth better and more kindly. My earnest hope is that after I pass from this planet that I do not end up back in room 227.
It was very updated- tech savvy. The staff went out of their way. We arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closed and they put our food orders in immediately and brought dinner to our rooms (10:30 at night). A great experience. Not at all.
proximity to Greenwich My room was not ready in late afternoon when I arrived to check in. I had to wait in the lobby. The 'continental breakfast' is not more than coffee, dry cereal, and a dry roll. I was very disappointed.
The cool vibe, high tech reputation (if not execution), great food in restaurant and bar My phone did not work in my ground floor room, and since they said the hotel was full they would not change it.
New, modern look. Privacy on the deck area. Bed was great.
Bar/restaurant. Outstanding sushi Cold water in room, hot water heater was broken for the whole hotel. Staff acknowledged but would not refund.
The staff was outstanding. I received a warm welcome when I arrived and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my stay. The room had amazing features with the latest and greatest technology as well.
Cool, very chic place with lots of gadgets in room. Need a user guide to figure out the toilet. Good outdoor pool. Free wifi. I booked a king, the staff lied at my checkin which is unacceptable, ended with what they said was two Queens, they were tiny twins. Restaurant way overpriced.
The toilet was AMAZING! I also enjoyed the staff, very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The bar was also a nice touch. The free shuttle was also a plus, I will be staying their again in the near future. I loved everything!
Small, comfortable with a nice restaurant/bar. Friendly staff. Other nearby alternative (Hyatt Regency) is a 'big' hotel. This was our third time here and we like it. Only negative: a little TOO modern. Toilet opens when you step in the shower. No hooks in bathroom (maybe one). Wife had to turn waste can upside down in shower to shave legs.
I received a patio room, which is much nicer (and quieter) than the 'motel' courtyard room, which should be avoided at all costs. This was the first room I recieved with a bath and a separate shower. This was my 3rd trip to this property. On each visit, one of the evenings I ate at the hotel restaurant. The quality of the meals has not been as expected, nor commensurate with the price. Minor nit, housekeeping did not replace toiletries during my stay.
the staff were very helpful and gave more than was asked for, they went above and beyond. The location was perfect for me, easy on/off 95 and I had to travel north in the morning (against traffic) and south in the evening (also against traffic) a little instruction on where to find things would be great, such as the buttons needed to work the lights and shades
location, morning coffee and paper. Free WIFI Quick snack to go. Stale or not available.
The room was so clean and the king bed was so soft. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I wish there was a bathtub.
The room and the entire building were amazing. Super friendly staff. Great prices and atmosphere. Will be going back again.
All of the staff were very acomidating, and nice. The hotel was clean, new, convenient, and perfect for a health conscious person. The gym and in room supplies were perfect if you were away from your home gym Everything was great
It was simply a stop over on a longer driving trip. Satisfactory, but not great. Not well maintained--looked very tired and in need of better maintenance.
Ease off comford No
Excellent mattresses Severe minimalist decor. Not a place for families with kids.
I bought this hotel in general was very nice. Everyone was friendly, the hotel and rooms were very clean. The design was great. Wifi worked, TV choice was good, free flavored waters were a nice touch, and outside and inside lobby seating areas were nice. I prioritize coffee and comfort over exercise. The lack of free coffee in the morning was a bummer. I almost died when they told me how much the coffee was. My wife ran down the street to McDonald's to grab 3 more for my family. The food offerings were gimmicky healthy and expensive. Ie kale chips. While staying fit is nice, the room was definitely geared towards working out. If you also like comfy reading chairs, those were removed so you had more exercise space. as I said, liked the hotel but if you aren't an exercise freak than maybe these small things will also annoy you.
This hotel does a nice job with a very tired building. Great lobby, beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly The building is a bit long in the tooth. Peeling wall paper in the hallways, floors that are not level, etc, etc.
the beds the room ahh
The room was very nice and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The room service and food was great.
Pool Staff unfriendly. Not accommodating. Needs updating. Restaurants not great.
location ceramic coffee cup was dirty room was 1/4 mile from desk Parking was poor

Well located Lots of construction, elevators not working.
We enjoyed our brief stay. The facility is beautiful. The front desk staff was very helpful. we had a problem and he was very efficient in rectifying it,also afternoon valet was very pleasant, they both made us feel welcome. Handicap room we clean and big but bed was too low and uncomfortable.
Location as well as very helpful bells staff

Nothing. It is a big, old, flat, ugly 1990's resort. Lots of walking and inconvenience. A lot. No free Wifi (just like in 2005). Over priced restaurant. Gym closes early. Rooms are original and about 20 years old. Parking way out and walking 1/2 mile to your room, hard beds, etc. Location out in the country. No shopping nearby.
Great value! Have stayed at another nearby hotel and almost the same. Comfortable large room, Pub was great to unwind in. Rooms/baths could use updating (and seemed to be in another wing). Breakfast was not included and rather high priced - get individual items and saved money.
N/a They were not very accommodating and their breakfast buffet was $40 per person for pre-cooked food. The heat didn't work and there were no blankets on the bed.
the pool Yes, they didn't have omelet station at their expensive breakfast buffet like they did in the past. I

Beds They room keys
Nice looking rooms, exactly what I needed. Great price. Coffee machine was broken. Ants in cupboards.
I was cut off mid-sentence (once we had been in dialogue about where to get food) by a front desk staffer because another guest (from a wedding party) came after from a conference room with a problem. I thought it was rude and I felt like the wedding party guests were held as a higher priority.
Comfort Beds & Room layout was nice. Double Closet with 1 door made getting clothes in & out difficult
Nice room, had everything I needed, a fridge, shower, bed, and wifi. I have no real complaints. The room was clean and had fresh towels/linnens when I arrived. I was never disturbed during my stay. Wifi was a bit slow.
Our room was spacious and very clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, bed and pillows were comfortable. Coffee was good, I usually dislike hotel coffee but Hyatt had some good coffee. Breakfast buffet could have been a little more exciting. Limited choices and pretty bland.
The kitchen is nearly fully stocked This was the best stay I've ever had with my dogs.
Great staff very polite , helpful and friendly Bathroom had no pressure
Nothing Cumout leaked from midnight , never had this kind issue in any other place
We stayed for only one evening but we were quite pleased. The hotel is lovely and located on the harbor with gorgeous views. It is also conveniently close to the train station which we took to and from Manhattan. The shops of Greenwich are also within walking distance and this provides a nice option. The shops are upscale and unique. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. Champagne is provided upon arrival and there was a continental breakfast provided. The staff was kind and not intrusive. Awesome place! You won't be disappointed. No pool and nothing for kids to do.
