I made the reservation online and got a call from the company(voicemail) that they might not have car I reserved so when i get there to pick up my car they will charge me the difference of any car they have available!!!!!!!!!!!! Why not provide that information online so that the customer can chose if they want to gamble. Good thing Enterprise don’t do that.4.0 Mediocre

Teddy who worked with us was a kind man, but there wasn't much that he could do to repair the situation.Cons:
We have had the most awful Payless experience. After waiting with our infant and toddler by the side of the road for more than half an hour for a Payless shuttle from the airport to the rental place, the only two cars in our category reeked of cigarette smoke. We were forced to rent one of these. We felt sick every time we had to drive in the car. Then, the Payless shuttle driver on the way back to the airport insisted that we had to check in at Terminal C even though we twice told him our flight was from terminal F. This was a lie. So we were forced to walk outside the airport from terminal C to F, a 15 minute walk, carrying our children and our carry on bags. A complete disappointment from beginning to end.Hertz

If i wasn't lied to..it would of been better. The employee Amanda gave me the wrong info then lied about it i guess so she wouldn't look bad to her supervisor.
