Pros: Housekeeping services was great.
Cons: Other than house keeping service is below average. Rooms are very very old. Not the ones like you see in the pictures. Old fashion and cheap decoration.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Their standard King room are really small. So don't go there with Taj expectation there. While overall it is better than other hotels in SF.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 5-star hotel all the way. Soundproof windows, excellent service, central location, and a bespoke feel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room spacious, staff spectacular. We have never before had such a gracious and pleasant hotel experience.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: No bells and whistles. This was much more like your standard, mid-grade Marriott than a 4-star experience. No fluffy robes, slippers, turn-down service, etc.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the heart of SF. Perfect staaf, very good service and nice & polite people. Big room, very clean. No noise even in the city center.
Cons: hard to improve....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Taj Campton Place is perfectly located in the heart of San Francisco, Union square. You can walk pretty much every where and easily ride the cable car to the city attractions. It has a beautiful restaurant and a very nice Bistro for a lighter lunch or dinner. The staff is very accommodating to ones needs and try to help the best they can. The room was very comfortable, you can choose a better view for an extra charge if it matters to you.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location very central next to union square. Lovely staff very accommodating and helpful as we travelled with a baby. Rooms are spacious and clean. This is our second time staying at the Taj in SF.

Cons: Wifi didn't work well
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, even courtesy 2-mile chauffeuring
Cons: Not much, perhaps the bathroom water pressure
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice and clean. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Couch was uncomfortable vinyl. Mould in our espresso machine. Shower door coming out of the wall - dangerous with our newborn crawling around. AC was very weak and non-responsive.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good central location in the city. Room was really clean, up to date and of a decent size. Staff were pretty helpful overall. The eco friendly nature of the hotel was a nice touch. If you're staying in San Francisco for a few days this is a good choice of hotel.
Cons: Hotels and accommodation in the city are really expensive, and this was too. Although it was worth paying the little bit more for the Orchard, as the cheaper hotel we staying in at the beginning of our trip was not a lot cheaper but was a lot worse.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, easy check in, location is great - though standard for the price.
Cons: Rooms are a little dated, given the price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Central location, clean, and reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Gym was small and could use an update. Breakfast additional
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A really cozy room (lot of space, desk, wardrobe), huge bothroom. Position is great: almost in front of the gate to the Chinese district and a couple of blocks to Union Square. Highly suggested.
Cons: Bathroom missing toilet brush… kind of strange, however pretty common as in many other accomodations in the US.

Overview Reviews
This design-driven AC Hotel on the San Francisco Bay is all about modern architecture with wonderful waterfront views. Guestrooms feature sleek furnishings and the most comfortable bed you’ll sleep in besides your own. Complimentary parking and free WiFi combine with ample amenities including indoor pool, fitness center, flexible meeting space and media salons. AC Kitchen serves up a European-inspired breakfast, while lunch and dinner in the AC Lounge are flavored with Spanish flair. Karl the Fog cocktails highlight a bar menu focused on tapas. Located in the Cove at Oyster Point, this brand-new Bay Area hotel is convenient to everywhere – SFO is 10 minutes away via free airport shuttle; Caltrain and the San Francisco Bay Ferry are less than a mile. Proximity to a hub of biotech companies makes it ideal for business travelers; this airport hotel is adjacent to the San Francisco Bay Trail – with convenient access to Pier 39, the Embarcadero, and Golden Gate Bridge - so it’s for leisure travelers, too.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location near airport Free airport transportation
Cons: No restaurant near the hotel The amount of money for room not included breakfast
6.8 Good
Pros: I didn't read the fine print there is no refrigerator no microwave this is not a family hotel I thought I booked a room with a living room turns out they didn't have any more and I would have to change through booking Com
Cons: This hotel is for business not for a family
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great Value. Very modern and clean. Pretty view of the water.
7.0 Good
Pros: Did not have breakfast. When I asked someone about happy hour, I was told by an employee, who wasn't the friendliest or most welcoming, that there is no happy hour any day. He could have smiled even a little, but he didn't. He was aloof, which was strange for someone who worked in a hotel! He was a tall male with slightly curly hair and he was in the breakfast area or lounge between 4:30 and 5:30 pm on Friday.
Cons: That everything costs! I think the AC will become even more liked and valued as a destination hotel if it offered breakfast and happy hour. The place downstairs is so small! It could be a very intimate and fun place if there was complimentary food and drinks to enjoy. I also didn't like that the room didn't have a doored closet space. The interior was nice; but I bet a small closet that hides clothes would make the interior even better. I've stayed in hotels in Europe. The hotels don't skimp on closet space like the AC does.
6.8 Good
Pros: New hotel really clean
Cons: Cost
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was the nicest I have ever experienced! This was my favorite hotel bar far I have ever been to!
Cons: No it was awesome!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Suite was very modern.
Cons: No breakfast of any kind was included and only the coffee in the room. Breakfast was pricey for what was offered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: N/A
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really smart, chic hotel. Staff were really friendly and efficient, rooms were a good size, beds really comfortable. The rooms and general hotel area were spotlessly clean and the hotel is obviously well looked after. Not overly central for accessing the main tourist areas of San Francisco but the taxi fares into San Francisco were not over-priced and so we didn't feel disconnected. Would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly! My friend got married at Dominics Oyster Point, so this hotel was super close! 3 of us stayed 2 nights in the large King room with sofa bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, classy, professional staff, nice staff.
Cons: No free breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I love the layout and design of the room as it was very San Francisco chic. The bed was quite comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. There were plenty of plug-in power outlets and even USB outlets. The view in room 331 was amazing too - especially from the seating area.
Cons: The shower in room 331 had an initial issue with maintaining constant water temperature. My room was $221.74 out the door, but my Visa was charged a flat $250.00. I'm not sure why I was charged extra. I just don't see how two small bags of Doritos ans a 20 oz. soda could be over $28.00... Was this a mistake?
Hotel Nikko San Francisco - San Francisco - Building
6
8.8 Excellent (7,553 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, you'll be centrally located in San Francisco, within a 5-minute walk of Westfield San Francisco Centre and SHN Curran Theatre. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in San Francisco? This hotel has facilities measuring 29000 square feet (2694 square meters), including conference space.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice bed and pillows
7.5 Good
Cons: Shower that didn’t drain
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location and restaurant
Cons: Rooms too small (we had a luxory) Windows were very dirty!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location friendly staff - service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the hotel vibe. The location was very good only 3 minutes walking to union square , 3 minutes to the shopping mall surrounded by all you may need. We liked Buster specially after I met him in person @ the reception If you are a dog
Cons: The TV programs are very poor and I believe the era of pay to watch has gone . I suggest to enable the smart feature of the TV and open it to their customers to choose what they want to see.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beds were super comfy! Great location
Cons: Price
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Nikko hotel is a very nicely renovated and stylish hotel with all possible facilities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very high quality and both breakfast buffet and a la carte breakfast are possible. We had a Club room which included breakfast and access to the healthcenter with pool. The hotel is well located by the main shopping streets and not far from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Public transport is available close to the hotel.
Cons: With a standard room, you pay a one-time surcharge of $25 for access to the Healthcenter, I think this better could be included. The pool is quite shallow. If you walk in the direction of the Town Hall (other direction than the shopping area), you will arrive in an area with streets with junks and homeless people.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It is a relatively modern hotel located close to many attractions.
Cons: Hotel severely overpriced for what you get. Nothing is complimentary, with several attempts to trick the guests into buying additional products and services. For example, the bed was covered with fluffy stuffed dogs with tiny price tags. In case you do not look carefully, you could end up spending a ton of money on random stuffed animals.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The design, very pretty hotel, relaxing.
Cons: Expensive valet parking
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and friendly staffs
Cons: I chose the low speed complimentary WiFi, which actually works fine. But normally a hotel would not charge a extra for high speed internet
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff (front desk, housekeeping, and very kind and helpful concierge)
Cons: Having to pay a $30 fee to check in early (when the room was clearly available) and a $25 fee to use the fitness room and pool.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations
Cons: Parking was extremely expensive. I noticed other hotels offered reduced rates if you were staying with them. Only offered valet $65 U.S per cycle aka 24 hours. We stayed 2 nights so converted to Canadian equals much higher. Wish they included it in hotel rate.
Orchard Garden Hotel - San Francisco - Building

Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-out. Planning an event in San Francisco? 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: lobby
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Sofa bed not comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed. Yummy chocolates!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful Location, close to Chinatown. Rooms were nice and clean. Staffs were very friendly and professional.
6.3 Good
Pros: Over priced
Cons: Price was too expensive , there was no bottled water
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Very expensive.. The sofa bed was very bad. The lobby was very small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to do while in the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Green hotel things were excellent. Bathroom was large, very clean and we used all items sparingly including lighting. Better grade toilet paper would be nice.
Cons: White bedspread/comforter - felt like hospital and had to be so careful about sitting on or putting anything on the bed/ Didn't like the large mirror beside the bed - wake up to looking square in your morning face!!! There was no chair or other seating in the room so had to sit on bed and that isn't ideal. Only 1 luggage rack - another one would have been very helpful. The view is absolutely ugly, pipes, dirty, rusty tops of adjoining buildings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: didn't eat at the hotel and had no room service so no commentary on the food. Restaurant seemed like it was struggling to draw patrons. Didn't use the fitness facilities, either. Staff was great and concierge (doubling as doorman) was helpful as were the front desk people and very friendly to talk to. Room was in a non-view/view of the systems location but I expected that as we were the last room available in it's class. Location is stellar, right next to the big Chinatown gate and a big walk nets a lot of scenery. Using your room key to turn on all the power in your room is a super-cool green innovation.
Cons: Room was small. I don't really like the "green" feature of no individual fans in bathrooms, both for odors and sound insulation.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was big, clean and with great amenities.
Cons: Our room shared a door with an adjoining room and unfortunately it was not completely soundproof.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location right at the entrance to Chinatown. Minutes to Union Square. Easy walk to Embarcadero, Market St and Ballpark. Uber/Lift drivers were never more than 3 minutes away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Affordable (hint: book on their web site using your phone), the room and hotel overall was comfortable, modern, and clean. It's a half block from the dragons gate and lots of restaurants and stores. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with a large vanity. The TV has Chromecast and apps. There is a refrigerator in the room. There are chocolates on your pillow and a fantastic filtered water machine in the hallway of the floor. Kureg coffee machine in your room. Rooftop balcony with a view.
Cons: Nothing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, everything on your doorstep
Cons: This is s non smoking hotel and someone decided to smoke in their room at 01.30am so the fire alarm went off. Other than that the stay was great

7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff non friendly Non helpful
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, great amenities and staff.
Cons: Mold in the bathroom and window casing. Surprising there is no exhaust fan in a windowless bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the history
Cons: the price
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was top class and looked incredible. Best part of the stay were the views from the bedroom window. Superb views of Alcatraz and the Golden gate Bridge.
Cons: Not applicable
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Fairmont charged extra for everything, including gym and WiFi, which is now free and standard in almost all lower priced and comparable hotels. It is really disappointing that such a high end hotel does not provide these service for free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and beautiful hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a beautiful property in a fantastic area. Our room in the tower was so much nicer than we expected.
Cons: There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property. The one thing I didn’t like was the experience we had checking in. I don’t know if the man was having a bad day, but I was surprised by how curt he was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and the rooms were perfect for a couple day stay.
Cons: Hotel Parking was overly expensive ($75) when you could park on your own for $20 a day 30 feet away.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice building in a great part of town.
Cons: Overpriced. Everything was ridiculously expensive. Room service was quick but food was awful. Fee after fee after fee. No WiFi while paying a nightly resort fee. Requested early check in - didn’t get it.
Hyatt Regency San Francisco - San Francisco - Bedroom
9
8.7 Excellent (7,604 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Hyatt Regency landmark hotel has long been at the cornerstone of San Francisco's dynamic waterfront neighborhood. Overlooking the Bay, this 804-room hotel with a soaring 17-story atrium lobby is a Financial District destination.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good place and reasonable price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location perfect.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location.
Cons: For starters the over all design of the hotel was mediocre meaning unless your room is right next to the elevator you had to walk around the entire hotel to get to your room. The hotel didn't offer a free parking it was $35 for one time parking or $72 for unlimited parking. No complimentary breakfast, it's an additional $35 per person. They don't have a pool either. The decor was tasteless and the staff was just bland and unwelcoming. One complaint from us we called the front desk for a roll out bed without any success at 7pm then again at 11pm and we finally recieved the bed at 2am very unprofessional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything is fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, the staff the location the room the view I looooved it a lot!!!!!must stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Only valet parking
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Outdated rooms. Just a very chain feel in a cool location. My room smelled too. Just very average.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff extremely helpful with area events and transportation.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked the gym
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upper echelon hotel in san francisco amazing staff perfect rooms with beautiful balcony views perfect location all you could want nearby is within walking distance from the hotel.
Cons: How the breakfast in the regency club was less appealing and not properly rotated to better accommodate the amount of people who had access to the club. The breskfast buffet in the hotel atrium was by leaps and bounds better.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: They want to make me pay a fine for smoking when no one ever smoked in the room. The hotel also pictured outdoor parking but when you get there they only have underground paid parking lots
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was big and very clean. It had a big desk, so I was able to work. Bed was very comfortable. The personnel was nice and helpful. In the lobby there is enough and very comfortable space to sit down and spend some time. Location is great if you come by metro or BART. The food market in front of the sea is a great place to go out.
Cons: Everything was great
Argonaut Hotel - a Noble House Hotel - San Francisco - Building
10
8.7 Excellent (4,291 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a name like the Argonaut, it's impossible not to speak of this hotel in grand, almost legendary terms. Inspired by the Greek legend and Gold Rush-era adventurers, it's one of those rare places in San Francisco that truly merits a term like iconic. Located in the historic Haslett Warehouse, the Argonaut's home is a grand building built in 1907 of exposed brick, Douglas Fir beams and so much seaside character; you feel as though you can almost reach out and touch the colorful Barbary Coast past here. Our boutique hotel is also celebrated for an unsurpassed level of 4-Diamond service and amenities that provide an unforgettable destination experience. Couple that with a positively perfect location at San Francisco's most famous address: perched on the edge of the Bay at Fisherman's Wharf, and it’s easy to see why the hotel is so coveted. A recipient of the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award for five years running.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was simply perfect. Rooms were great, location excellent and the staff very gentle.
Cons: Valet parking expensive. 75 USD per day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Majority of the staff was excellent. Walking distance to almost everything. The room was clean.
Cons: The concierge is hard to deal with. Poor attitude. Discourage us to wait for the cable car. Made a sarcastic comment with the line being too long. Good luck he said. He also charged me for 3 adults for Hop on Hop off when my 8-10 kids is next to me.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious and the location is great.
Cons: Extremely noisy. Hard to sleep with the noise from upper floors and from people fighting and yealling outside the window (which was almost at street level)
7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms and the lobby were well decorated, and clean. The surroundings feels secure. The Staff was great. There is cable TV in the room, tho, with to few channels.
Cons: The breakfast was poor, you have to choose over a menu option. The USD 10 voucher system, per night per room, does not allow you to take breakfast. You have to always put a little more over it and if you are sharing the room... less.... and you can’t accumulate de vouchers. In the other hand, the hotel is near one touristic location, but is far from everything else, even for work travelers. So, you are constantly relying in other means of transport to move around un less you want to climb the hill to get to Union Square.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location close to all major attractions. Great service and very good facilities.
Cons: Check out was lengthy, perhaps not enough staff on at key times. We didn't need the car in SF, but could have been a problem as there is no parking. Otherwise it's a great place to stay and the staff were very helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unequivocally the best customer service we have ever received at any hotel, anywhere. Wonderful room décor, great lobby for visiting, exceptional location right on the wharf and centrally located with easy walking access to everything there.
Cons: Not a single thing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located off a Main Street at the end of the fisherman’s wharf. The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Historic with a modern twist.
Cons: The restaurant inside the hotel was .. ahhhh ok. The hotel did not have any coffee in the lobby. The food was not worth money in the restaurant, but very nice staff and atmosphere
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location in Fisherman’s Wharf, good restaurant inside the hotel (Blue Mermaid), friendly staff. Nautical theme will be appealing for kids and sea lovers in general.
Cons: Too expensive for its hotel class; most rooms will not have a bay view so watch out for what you book.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely characterful hotel, good size room, clean and tidy. Great location to explore Fisherman's Wharf and as a base for the city. Michael the concierge was lovely and organised a lovely table with a view at a restaurant for my birthday. There were a bunch of free facilities we didn't take advantage of - bike hire etc.. wish we had!
Cons: Very expensive parking. Reception desk team not very welcoming. Music in the lifts. Overall, it felt as though they were trying a bit hard to be quirky, rather than it being natural.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, and the hotel itself, is very welcoming. A very nice hotel.
Cons: Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful as what would be expected in any other given hotel. It took longer than expected to get the rooms which we had booked, ie a twin room which was available but not made available right away. Requesting a taxi on our departure to collect a rental car, was also difficult, as the concierge suggested we go there first and return to collect our luggage. This would have impacted/delayed our plans, and was just not have been feasible. In the end a taxi was booked by ourselves, directly with a taxi company.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the view and the room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable
Cons: I didn't like that everything was so expensive and that I couldn't smoke in my room I'm at the pool close so early at 10
6.3 Good
Pros: Bed and room were ok. The cleaning, concierge and bell-staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The room looks tired, as does the rest of the hotel. I was disappointed both on check-in and check-out with the staff. On check-in I was handed the room card and then she immediately moved onto the next customer. No indication which floor my room was, or indeed where the lift was. On check-out the front desk lady just stopped speaking after she gave me my receipt. Absolutely no pleasantries, or as much as a have a nice day was offered.
10.0 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: the room was nice, and so was the view
Cons: didn't like that I had to have the authorization to use my company's credit card, and I was not told this information before arriving. I didn't have this issue in other hotels, and I booked through booking.com. Almost went to a different hotel!

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, close to Millbrae bart. Hotel is less than 5 mins walk from West Plaza exit. Free shuttle bus from and to airport. Good room size, deluxe queen room has balcony and screened windows which can be opened. Balcony has chairs and small table, it would have been nice to have a screen door so we can leave the patio door opened. Good coffee.
Cons: Shuttle bus from airport to hotel is not very frequent compared to other hotels in the area - waited 25 mins after we called and when the shuttle came, after all passengers were boarded, bus driver (Ravi) drove a few meters, stopped and get off to talk to an acquaintance for 5 mins - noted that where bus driver stopped to talk it was not a passenger pick up stop

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice recently renovated rooms. Hotel is located downtown, which is ideal to discover San Francisco. We liked very much Mariott's environmental engagements.
Cons: Self parking and valet parking too expensive. Public garage accross the street is half the price
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beds were extremely comfortable, room quite, views good apart from the sf fog. Pantry at the hotel was good breakfast food.
Cons: All good
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was not too big so much more accessible. Queues were quick at check in & check out - which is an added bonus. Staff were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing.
Cons: The front foyer was being renovated so had to use side door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room decor etc was fantastic
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, good TV and bathroom. The staff was very helpful in giving advice for a restaurant and assisting with any questions we had. Location was also excellent, next to many shops and restaurants.
Cons: There were small blood spots on the sheets the first day. Also one of the ladies on the reception was not very helpful when an issue with the card we were paying with occurred. She was too robotic, repeating the same thing over and over, when her manager came - we managed to find a solution with him and we understood where the problem came from as he was polite and was explaining in details what caused the issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, excellent service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend and would definitely choose again
8.3 Excellent
Pros: loved the food and drink selection in the grab and go area. staff was very nice and the food was good.
Cons: Construction was going on which made the lobby area somewhat congested. Good location for hotel since it was walking distance to many things. This was the reason we choose the hotel, but having been on a few walking outings, we opted to use our car or taxi. The homeless people outside were scaring my kids, so much so that neither child has any desire to visit San Francisco again. That and the city is extremely dirty. Your hotel has many fine upgrades and has a new interior, but your sidewalks and entrance are in major need of attention.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything we expected
Cons: No parking. Valet to expensive.

Cons: There is a "resort charge" added to the bill that is ridiculous. We paid 160$ and in exchange got some free water and coffee. Its should be called Steal From Tourists Charge. :-(

Pros: Location is great! 2 mins from union square, and China town. Apple store next to the hotel. The buffet is quite nice. And Starbucks and CVS just opposite the street. The city view is quite nice too. Parking is just opposite the corner. Easy shopping and walking.
Cons: There was strange noise of door clicking. And next door was very noisy at night. Dunno why there are so many homeless guys in the street, may be SF’s problem. The elevator is always busy. Perhaps section and floor distinction may help with the efficiency?

6.3 Good
Pros: Location is impossible to beat
Cons: Level of service was a big disappointment
7.0 Good
Pros: Newly refurbished rooms.

Cons: Unfriendly staff, room not worth the price
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly staff.
Cons: The TV in my room did not work, despite having it replaced.

7.7 Good
Pros: The location of the Hotel is ideal for any traveler who wants to be close to the public transportation and to be near the businesses in SF.
Cons: For the price one is paying to be there, I wish there was a breakfast option. You could "buy" breakfast but who want to pay $25 for scrambled eggs, when you can walk 2 blocks up the street to a very nice cafe and get the same thing for $12.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean the design is beautiful and the staff is so nice!
Cons: NOTHING.
7.0 Good
Pros: location was good, hotel has a cool, old feel.
Cons: We booked a room with 2 doubles, but when we arrived they did not have any available, so they gave us a larger King room and said they would provide 2 roll beds. We called every hour and still no beds, and every time they would tell us 2 beds could not go into a room, even though the concierge originally said it was okay. So eventually we got them to bring one bed, then had to wait another 30 min to get the other. By the time this was done it was 1:30 am in the morning. Also parking is 68 dollars a night. FYI
