I decline any extra coverages on the rental and I was charged 250$ as deposit. This was clearly explained to me by the representative. Yet, when I returned the car, they did not refunded me the 250$ and put on their system that I chose this insurance option and try to keep the deposit.Reviewed Oct 14 2026

My pickup was smooth but I had to request another car because my car was dirty on the outside as if somebody ran into mud but I was cleaned in the front. But I was given another vehicle. Drop off was very smooth. When I put gas back in the vehicle, I filled it up and upon realizing that I advised Ms Tamika operations manager and she assisted me because with a credit. Ms. Jackie checked me in and that’s was very good…it took her 5 mins. I will be using kayak and budget again 🙂Reviewed Sep 24 2026

I was charged for liability insurance though I had declined it when asked. Had to go back to the desk after dropping the car to get it removed. Was told I’d have to email the manager. Was very upset.Reviewed Apr 25 2026

Got there, they had no cars, Budget lied that more cars would be coming in just a few minutes, so I should wait; no more cars were or did come. Awful experience. It was like the Seinfeld episode; they know how to take the reservation, they don't know how to fill the reservation.Reviewed Apr 17 2026
