didn’t know that they only accept credit cards. had to drive back home to get mine. otherwise a decent experience for the price. car was a little dirty with trash and hard to see out of windows at night. got us safely where we needed to go and for an excellent price.Reviewed Aug 20 2024

I rented a mystery car which turned out to be a Dodge Ram pickup truck. It was difficult for two 60 year old ladies to get in and out of the truck without a running board. Truck was dirty - mud on console, white paint in truck bed. Truck battery was low and required a jump and then starting the truck twice a day to keep it running. No fun!Reviewed Nov 8 2023

We entered the pick up/drop off locations online and we we’re provided a price quote. We called customer service to confirm our reservation a few days before our trip and everything was ok. We got to the counter and the agent told us the van would be $1000+ more than our original quote because we had a different drop off location. We needed the van so we had to book it anyways. But they shouldn’t be able to switch things up on the customer like they did. Not cool.Reviewed Jun 25 2021

Pros:The representative on the return if the automobile was rude, condescending and telling us that we were lying. We were told by the representative while renting that we could return an hour late and we made sure we asked that again to avoid late fees or at worse paying for another day. The cars AC did not function and we given an invoice to pay for another extra day. Worst customer service I have experienced.Reviewed Mar 29 2021
