Pros:The manager at the chino hills location for Avis ‏was a big help. Otherwise the service was horrible and I will never use Avis again. I will use them as an example of bait and switch.Cons:Almost everything. Avis is horrible. Thanks to Kayak for providing a good option. Pros:The staff was friendly when they told me I could not pick up the rental because according to them the bank I have used for the last 5 years is not a "real bank" to them. Then I tried to add my second driver which I was told was free on the website and they wouldn't let me do that.
