Cleanliness and transpoonder
Pros: Ease of p pickup and dropoff
Cons: Exterior barely clean and backseat dirty. They did not offer a rollaway transponder, nor even mention toll payments until I asked how the tolls were paid when the car was dropped off.

Awesome quick service
Pros: Picked up within 3 minutes of getting to curb. I'm my car within 10 minutes. Drop off just as fast.

Pros: Great service from the staff member that checked us in and out, very friendly and accommodating. Van was great, very roomy, comfortable and clean. Fast service as we got in and out very quickly with little paperwork.

Great upgrade to s smoke smelling car
Pros: When I arrived it only took a few minutes and they upgraded to a sports car from my scheduled SUV.
Cons: The car had been washed but the inside needed further cleaning. After driving for a few miles, the cigarette smell came about and never left for the 3 days that I had the car. My sinus are very sensitive and it gave me a headache to drive the car. When I turned the car in, I mentioned to the person taking my car in that it smelled and she only handed me my paperwork and asked me to have a good day.

Pros: the car and price were great
Cons: it took 30 minutes for us to get our car. i had two small tired children running around and it was extremely frustrating.

Overall good experience
Pros: Car was clean, process was efficient and our shuttle driver was great.
Cons: Didn't have the selection of cars we had hoped for, but car was fine for its purpose.

Didn't go for up sell
Pros: Car was clean and fit my needs, I like enterprise.
Cons: I reserved full size car. The guy kept trying to up sell me to a Jeep Cherokee normally 40/day more for 10/day. I kept saying no and he gave it to me at the full sized price.

Very considerate people gave me a great experience
Pros: As soon as they found out there were some problems with the car I rented they gave me a big discount without thinking twice.
Cons: The car I rented hadn't been completely checked for problems - the oil was low and the brakes needed changing.

Enterprise at RDU
Pros: not much.....
Cons: We reserved a mid sized SUV. When we arrived at the lot, a small 4 door car was presented to us as our car. I quickly pointed out what we had requested. Then there was this awkward shuffling of oh, yeah, you can get that Jeep over there if you want. The 4 door was lees than the SUV making me think bait and switch. We moved past that, then I signed all the paperwork only to have the girl tell me it again as she hit cancel. So, we did it all again and got to the exit and the gate guy asked when we had 2 receipts. I explained what happened and he gave me both receipts in case I was double charged. We ended up on a toll road at one point. Typically car rental companies will give you options in this case but Enterprise told us nothing about this. When we returned the car, the girl asked us about our experience and I told her what had happened. She chalked it all up to new people working there and getting up to speed. I thinking even new people can read.... So, she kept asking me what she could do to make it an excellent experience, I finally told he tht wasn't happening and we walked. This location appeared very disorganized. I've had a few issues with Enterprise in the past, so I will NOT be using their services again. I am retired and was a worldwide business traveler for 35 years: this aint good customer service.

Increased Rates from Hurricane Matthew
Cons: I typically rent from Enterprise once a month but last wkd (10/14) all Raleigh "quotes" were triple the amount bc of the storm. Regardless, an economy car went from 15/day to $70.00 a day & that's so wrong. I ended up finding a car at Hertz for 3 days for $63.00 so I won't rent again from Enterprise. I've always been happy with customer service etc but that just put a bad taste in my mouth esp when people are in some hard financial situations due to the storm.

Saved $100's using Kayak!
Pros: It was quick, easy, and basically effortless to rent a car with Enterprise through Kayak. The best part was that it saved me over $200 for the 4 day rental!!!I would definitely use Kayak again!

Pros: The person who helped pick the car for me went to extra trouble to pick the color package that I mentioned I liked. I thought that was extra nice. Drop off was excellent and very efficient.
Cons: Due to more cars being returned than expected, there wasn't enough help at check in, but they corrected that as soon as they could. Everyone was very helpful, once the staff was in place.

Pros: The vehicle was there and ready when I arrived. It was clean and in good working order. The booking was simple and a good deal.

Pros: Quick friendly service. 15 mins from arrival gate to airport exit. Just as quick on the return.
