It was hard to find both pick up and drop off locations. The air conditioning did not work. The temperatures were in the 90s and my phone kept overheating so I lost my map. When I stopped for the day, I called Budget. They would bring me a new vehicle but I would have to pay to have the current one towed even though someone would be there with the new vehicle. I was in a dangerous position and they were not helpful.

Nothing, it wasn't at the airport, so I didn't rent from budget.
The clerk at Minneapolis site on 229 South 10th was very helpful. Pickup was smooth and quick.

No problems. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive in the office for both pick-up and drop-off, but the person who helped us was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
The car didn’t have AC. Also the website must have switched locations. I had to leave the airport to pick up my car-very inconvenient.
