Even though kayak showed me the wrong vehicle, the staff at budget made it right

Took 45 min to get to the desk to get my car. There were only two agents and 30 people trying to get a car. I will never use this service in STL again.

Gave me a car that immediately gave a notice of urgent need for an oil change, which is already a big inconvenience. However, when I stopped by the closest Budget location, they said I didn’t need to change vehicles because the oil change wasn’t as urgent as it stated. I was taking a 100+ mile trip and would’ve preferred to not worry about a potential problem on my ride. The car made it fine, but the customer service experience was not idea — especially not after paying a very high rental price of $130 for 24 hours.

Truck was amazing, customer service through budget at both our pickup location and drop off were superb! Our pickup was in aurora IL, an employee named rich made sure we were taken care of and he was genuinely one of the nicest humans I’ve ever come across. A++

Overall experience was good. Easy pick up and drop off. Car was returned on time and with full gas, However, I was charged more that the quoted price on my receipt. In process of disputing this extra charge.

We waited in line for pickup for over an hour, having reserved and paid for our rental in advance. If we hadn't already paid, we would have never waited in that line and would have gone with a different company (perhaps the one without a line). BUDGET= excruciating line. Once an agent opened, we were done in 5 minutes. It's a hard NO for Budget.
