Our overall experience was very good. Great car , nice counter lady, good instructions for pick up and return. However, the car was.DIRTY! Unwashed, bug smeared windshield, and lots of trash inside. Fast food bags, soda, cans, and drink cups. I’m back paperwork from the previous renter. Open box of crackers and lots of crumbs. We have never had a rental car given to us so dirty. We were going to be driving guests around so it had to be cleared out in short order. Not what you want in a rental car.

They changed me fuel 112 dollars but when I dropped off the car it was full up of gas and I showed them the receipt I talked to customer service and I sent them the receipt and I’m waiting for respond back

Everyone was friendly. But the car was super dirty on the outside and there is a mandatory purchase of insurance on St. Thomas I was unaware of. The car itself was great.

Service was great! We were 4 hours late due to airplane mechanical problems. Budget kept the car for us. Easy check in process. Keys in the car ready to go.

Ulysses was terrific to check out my rental event though he works at the Avis desk.

They did not allow me to take the rental after paying for it and signing the paperwork. They left me hanging after my flight was canceled at 11pm and asked me to go around asking if a rental car is available at other rental car companies. I will never go to Budget again.
