Fast pick up and friendly staff, easy to deal with.

Not cheap and we are not happy "HAVING" to purchase the extra insurance and our CC covers the extra insurance but that's the way in Mexico. But we have to say that the staff was accommodating, helpful, friendly, etc... couldn't ask for anything else.
Did not go through with the rental .
Enterprise didn't have the advertised vehicle available. They said they are not responsible or liable for what you advertise on your site. They say they don't provide you with updated availability. It took me 1 hour to try to solve the issue. They just had a more expensive car available and it took me 1 hour to negotiate the price. Finally, I didn't take the car since their process was painful and they didn't provide any customer support and they were not interested in customer care or satisfaction.
I reserved the vehicle online 2 weeks prior and when I went to pick it up they had no vehicle for me.

This is the second car i have rented over the past 2 weeks at the miami lakes location, however, both cars have smelled like a cigarette ashtray…. This second car was supposed to have a full tank and was not even 1/4 full. The lady who received my returned rental, made it easy by allowing me to explain that it was not full tank when received but 1/4 of a tank
