The vehicle had no navigation & the electrical system is going on a 2025 vehicle.

I had a flat tire (no puncture just tire failure) and had to purchase a new tire. I received no reimbursement for the new tire.

The car was dirty when we picked it up. Also no one told us we would not be able to use our bank card when we picked it up due to us having an out of state drivers license. We had to drive 3 hours out of the way to fix that. Huge inconvenience. Thought they would’ve accommodated us knowing we were from out of town and that know one told us this policy but they did not.

Appears they were having system issues, slowing down the line at the counter to get the reservation and then again to exit the parking garage. Not as smooth as my usual experience, but the rest of the experience was great.

Enterprise did not have a vehicle available and we were forced to have a friend pick us up from the airport.

They cancelled my rental and did not bother to inform me. They claimed they have the wrong number yet when they showed me the number on their system, they have my correct cell number. Disappointing!!!

Customer service at the West Orange Enterprise was EXCELLENT. Everyone there was friendly and so nice. Even though it was very busy both times I was there, everyone who worked there was still so nice and patient. Will definitely use this Enterprise anytime I need to rent a car!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but the car was infested with roaches and they didn’t notice, or say anything. I returned iit two hours after renting it and the team was incredibly nice and understanding but didn’t have a replacement of comparable size to lend me
