I had an all-around great experience the staff was very wonderful to me the vehicle was an excellent running vehicle and even when I returned the vehicle it was quick and to the point they didn't waste any time they were very efficient I appreciate their business and I look forward to renting from them again very soon

Very nice car and person who helped me. It was too expensive to do the one way trip in my opinion and ended up going back ti where I picked it up to save $120. Otherwise very happy with the experience

Very friendly staff, attentive, quick to get us going and show us the car. Drop off was very good, and staff were efficient. Receiving invoice immediately through email was great. I would definitely use Kayak again, and car rental with Enterprise. We had a terrible flight experience, leaving us stranded and kayak provided an easy solution that helped us get home.

Although I had money (cash) and a Debit card with a bank for over 20 years, I was REJECTED to rent a car because it was not a major credit card. YOUR LOSE, and you will CONTINUE TO LOSE because you REJECT other forms of payment offered by SOUND & STABLE customers who practice NO DEBT strategies TO CREDIT CARDS which in TRUTH is only a legalized credit scame meant to CREATE DEBIT. NO REWARD FOR SOUND FINANCIAL RESPONSANLE customers

I used kayak to reserve a passenger van. The enterprise in south holland called me the next day to inform me they don’t carry those vehicles in their inventory. Then How was kayak able to process my request?? I had to then scrambler and make several phone calls using kayak was a waste of time

After dealing with a very rude associate, we had an appointment to pick up the rental car and had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be "cleaned". By the time we got it, it still had dirt all over it. This isn't an airport location. There was very little foot traffic and there were only 2 other customers, no excuse for the behavior or lack of professionalism
