Was told the vehicle was not available at pickup. Had to wait 4 and a half hours before finally getting a vehicle. And then was charged extra on top of that because we were sent to pick it up at another location. Did not arrive at destination hotel on time despite paying extra for hotel fees. Was told by the enterprise manager that it's a first come first serve and not by how long you reserved the vehicle.8.4 Very good

Not much. Car was ok. Jeep conpass. But turns off everytime car stops. NO one told me this. Pulling out if lot in traffic. Thought car was stalling and on highway in traffic / was nerve racking - wish someone gave me a heads up warning that car turns offCons:

Staff was incredibly friendly and easy to get the car at drop off and pick up.Cons:
Pick Up at airport was much less than the other rental car companies. This company was MUCH farther than many of the other rental car companies and should be advertised as on site of the airport. Many of the other companies you can walk from the terminal to the rental company (and they had vans picking up 3-4x as much as this company) but this was at least a 5-10 minute drive.Sixt

Cons:
I had a reservation for a car and they told me all of their vehicle’s were booked! Sorry! I asked them how could all of the vehicle’s be booked if I have a reservation? Doesn’t the reservation hold a vehicle for me? I got no answer. Didn’t even give me a ride to the next car rental. I was left out in the pooring rain!!!!3.6 Poor
