Pestering about purchasing insurance. We get it, most people rented a car or two or three. The hours of the location did not allow for an after-hours drop in which was inconvenient. About an 1/8 tank shy of full but had just pulled out of parking lot and didn't want to go back because woman rental agent had been abrupt, rude, never smiled; poor customer service.
