Due to over booking, we didn’t get the vehicle or anything close to what we booked. Got a extremely small SUV. Extremely uncomfortable and not so enjoyable ride.8.0 Very good

Cons:
The only thing which could be improved was the car smelled of someone smoking in it. As a nonsmoker, I don't appreciate the smell. In addition, the car manual was missing.2.0 Poor

Staff at Glendale office was not good ... specifically the black female working there. Very rude and had attitude the whole time. Luckily we got someone much better to help us out. She was a b.Hertz

The rental car agency did not have a vehicle for me, even though this was a prepaid rental. I have not found a place on the Kayak app where I can request a refund, so I have asked my credit card company to file a claim to get the refund.5.2 Fair

Pros:
The car had a tire with a small leak so I had to return it. The rental place was about 40 min from my home so very inconvenient. The young man at the desk was very very nice and apologized several times. He also didn't charge anything - of course I didn't use the car hardly at all due to the low tire pressure.Cons:
Would have been difficult for anyone to know the tire had a leak as the low pressure warning didn't come on until after I left the dealership. Again, the young man was excellent.Budget

Upon drop off the staff was rude. The vehicle was a Dodge journey and had a blurry backup camera, the backseat was dirty upon pick up, the Bluetooth on the stereo was spotty and kept dropping connection and refusing to reconnect with my phone.7.6 Good

We were given a car that had a leaking back tire. They filled it and sent us on our way. Had to return due to tire warning light turned back on the next day. This is cause of low review.Avis
