I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING!!! Didn’t even get my rental bc they wouldn’t take either of my debt cards?! And then doesn’t take cash. I was there 4 HOURS
The reservation was made to pickup in Johnson city and drop off in Stuart, FL. Somehow, this was modified and we were charged $350 extra when dropping off in Stuart, FL. Probably will never use kayak or Avis again and will make sure to tell everyone I know. We had to rent a car because we were caring for my aging in laws who are both on their deathbeds. Thanks for making the hard, harder.
