Pros:
I have rented here before and they have never been late with promised car pickup. But first time I used Kayack to rent from Hertz
Cons: online booking for 9:00am pickup. Car was not ready until 10:00am. Needless to say I was late for my appointment for outing with friend from out of town.

Pros: I member of the staff was their at my return time and ensured that the gate was open for me.
