Little Ferry car rentals

Cons: OVercharged me $100!, ridiculous customer care, rude on the phone. Fradulent charges on the bill

Cons: They called me 4pm the day before and left a voicemail saying they didn't have a car for me because they extended the length of the previous renters trip. I tried calling back minutes later but no one would answer the phone, even though online it says they close at 6. I called at least 8 times over the next house and still no one answered. The morning of my trip i called again at 7 AM and they hadn't yet figured out how to get a car, even though i was reserved from 8 AM on. While calling back a second time to get details on when a new car would be arriving they asked me where i was driving and then told me that i wouldn't be able to rent the car because i'm going to far. On my rental through kayak/priceline it specifically said unlimited mileage. The person i spoke with said it was on the payless website, but i checked it before booking and it doesn't mention distance restrictions. so in the end my trip never happened and I was very displeased.
