Cons: The car was dirty back seat had garbage on the floors the rear seat was pulled away from work should be so we had to put it back in place the windshield wipers did not work could've been a lot cleaner that was the most biggest complaint we had was it was very dirty were such a new car . Hertz dropped the ball when they sent his car out as dirty as it was.

Pros: Very good rental rates for weekly rentals.
Cons: Office is a bt far from the Airport.
We reserved an SUV because 3 of us adults were going to do some traveling to different mountains. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the office did not have any vehicles the size we reserved months ago. I realize they have to depend on people returning vehicles ontime, etc
The manager was very understanding and pleasant, and gave us a ride back to our hotel, as we cancelled our request and found a suitable vehicle elsewhere.

Pros: Not only did Hertz not have the car I was suppose to rent, they never contacted me when they got it in like they said they would. Very disappointing.

Don't Bring A Debit Card
Pros: When I arrived to rent was told new policy was that you had to have a corporate acct to use a debit card anymore. Left without renting. Have used Hertz many times in past but won't in the future. Thank goodness I had other options for a car.
Cons: The salesman at the front desk was terribly rude to me. I conservatively scheduled my pickup time at noon, but didn't get there until around 12:30 since my flight was a bit delayed. I never got a confirmation call from them. When I got there, they said it would take 20 minutes to clean the car and bring it over. After waiting for over an hour, I asked him why it was taking so long since I scheduled my pickup for noon. He rudely blamed me and said that since I wasn't there right at noon they gave my car away to another customer which was why it was taking so long. I was seriously offended by his terrible customer service.

Worst experience with wvc enterprise ever.
Pros: We met really awesome people and had a great experience with the South Jordan enterprise after wvc enterprise completely screwed up. Next time we are just ordering directly from them.
Cons: They didn't have the car we ordered at either location, wvc flat out didn't have a car and didn't want to find one. Wouldn't pick us up, even after we rented the car, Tristan (sp?) just didn't want to.

Cons: i requested a car at the Salt Lake City airport, but they changed the pick up location since they had sold out at the airport. It was not clear that the location had changed and it was very inconvenient.
Pros: Gave us a free upgrade to a Cherokee. Great customer at their office!
Cons: Pick up was fine (a bit far from the airport but free shuttle and great customer service), but because they close at 6pm (which we didnt realize), we had to drop off the car at another location, and follow these very specific steps to make sure the car was returned properly.

Pros: The agents were friendly, and helpful. The vehicle was perfect for our needs. It was clean and in great condition. We returned our vehicle after hours and it all went very smoothly because of clear instructions we were given.

Pros: Excellent car. Entire staff was very courteous.
Cons: Should have had a number to call on the confirmation form to arrange for airport pick-up.
Pros: I liked the car that I was given. A hybrid with a modern computer dashboard that allowed me to access my phone and whatever I liked with bluetooth. It was strong but fuel efficient. The guy who rented me the car was helpful and friendly and I feel like I got a good value for my money.
Cons: The car was dirty inside and out. It had just been returned, but nobody could have at least washed off the windshield? Also, the after hours dropoff process was a little complicated, I had to guess on a few of the areas I needed to fill out

Cancelled reservation on me
Cons: No customer service, no offer to help in any way. I had a delayed flight and lost luggage to deal with, so they cancelled my reservation after 2 hours. I will never use them again. Traveling with a whole family, had to take an uber and bunch of car seats/bags...was basically stranded.
