Standard SUV

I reserved a small SUV. when I got there all they had was a mini van and a mustang. I only needed the rental for 24 hrs as my car was in the shop. they pulled it into the open garage area and there were several cars back there. they basically told me to take the mini van, or pay extra $35.00 for the mustang. I told them I couldn’t do the mustang because my mom’s walker wouldn’t fit in the trunk. I will NEVER use Budget in Shorewood Illinois again.
